I visited "Sakagura Kishuya," located just a short walk from Shinjuku Nishiguchi. I tried the Kishuya original sukiyaki with Iwakiyomizu pork (from Country Farm Nishiura in Minamimuro-gun, Mie Prefecture), and I found the course to be very satisfying in terms of price, quality of meat and vegetables, portion size, and taste. The restaurant also offers a variety of flavors, such as the strong soy sauce-based soup with Suruga Atsuke and Makombu, which can be enjoyed with Kishu Nanko Ume. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is lively and welcoming, making it a very satisfying dining experience.
