- Thick-cut tongue: This thickness is amazing! Super crispy and crunchy, thick with a satisfying chewiness. Lately, I've been seeing a lot of thickly cut and sliced tongue with cuts made to make the sauce stick better, like the one here. But this one is on another level with a 2-centimeter cut, heavy and thick! The original grated garlic sauce on top makes it easy to eat as is after grilling. This tongue is dangerously good, incredibly delicious, and instantly boosts your mood. - King's harami: When it comes to yakiniku, you can't miss out on harami! Many people think harami is a lean cut of meat, but did you know it's actually classified as a type of hormone? I just found out recently too. However, this harami has a rich flavor with little fat, making it taste similar to lean meat but with a savory punch. This particular harami has an intense flavor, yet it's light and incredibly juicy. - Kimchi assortment: This platter is a great deal with a huge volume and a sense of value. It includes kimchi, kakuteki, and cucumber kimchi, all authentically delicious. With this amount, it's definitely better to order the assorted platter with all three varieties. - Chadolbagi: This thinly sliced meat looks like belly meat with marbling, but it's actually beef rib meat described in Korean. The thinness is perfect, and the meat is sweet with a rich taste. It's juicy and flavorful without feeling heavy, with a sweet and rich taste. - Grilled seaweed: A crispy snack that you can't help but reach for. The sesame oil and sesame add a nice touch. Perfect for snacking. - Ichome salad: A salad with a huge volume of fresh, crunchy vegetables dressed in Italian dressing. The crispy onion fries add a nice touch. - Shoulder sirloin: This pre-release of shoulder sirloin is already a delight. The pink meat with fine marbling looks beautiful and melts in your mouth, despite its thickness. It's tender, juicy, and delicious. - Shoulder triangle cut: This meat has fine marbling and a vibrant red color. It's sweet and flavorful, with a delicious sweet and savory sauce that makes you want to devour it in seconds. - Upper hormone: As the meal progresses, there's always a craving for hormone, even though it's a fatty cut. The concentrated umami and chewy texture are just right. - Kimchi cheese chijimi: Another amazing discovery, a crispy kimchi pancake loaded with cheese. The combination is perfect, and you'll want to keep eating it.

【Nearest Station】5-minute walk from Shinjuku Station 【Visit Time】Friday, around 9:00 PM 【Purpose】Dinner 【Closed Days】No holidays 【Reservation】Available 【Number of Guests】6 people 【Budget】4,000-5,000 yen 【Order】All-you-can-drink 120-minute party course for 4,980 yen 【Recommended for People】Looking for a yakiniku restaurant around Shinjuku Station with a good cost performance and all-you-can-drink option 【Overview】A yakiniku restaurant specializing in Japanese beef with a motto of "Delicious! Affordable!" called "Yakiniku Ichichome." Many customers are surprised by the quality of the wagyu beef at such a reasonable price. It's a lively place with a slightly smoky atmosphere, so it's recommended for dining with friends rather than a date! 【Review】 - All-you-can-drink 120-minute party course for 4,980 yen: This course is definitely worth it. The amount of food was so generous that we couldn't finish it all. The flavors were simply delicious. The price of the course may vary depending on the day, but we were able to book it for 4,980 yen this time, so it was a great deal! The champion of the meal was the "Upper Tan Shio"! It's not the famous "thick-sliced upper tongue with salt," but a slightly thicker type of tongue. It's hard to put into words, but it tasted like the special seasoning prepared in local yakiniku restaurants. The runner-up was the "Tansuji"! It's a menu item that you cut with scissors and eat, with a nice texture and chewiness. Overall, the tongue dishes at this restaurant are delicious. 【Course Contents】 - Tongue dishes: Upper Tan Shio, Red Meat Tan Shio, Tansuji - Red meat dishes: Kalbi, Roast, Harami - Hormone dishes: Hormone, Liver, Maruchousarada - Grilled seaweed namul, 3 kimchi assortments, Kimchi cheese chijimi - Salad, rice, mini cuppa, mini cold noodles (choose one menu item each) Thank you for the meal!

I cooked at a company social gathering. I used a coupon for a 7680 yen course, which became 7180 yen with all-you-can-drink included. First, Namul and Kimchi were served in a huge portion that I had never seen before! They were very delicious and served as a great side dish for the grilled meat. The meat, being a specialty of Japanese beef, was incredibly delicious from start to finish! There was a wide variety of meats served, and the portions were so generous that I couldn't finish them all. It's a great value restaurant that ranks high in the Shinjuku area. The staff were efficient and the drinks were served promptly, so I didn't feel stressed during the all-you-can-drink session. I definitely want to go back! Thank you for the wonderful meal!!!!!!!

This is a yakiniku restaurant where you can smoke and has great cost performance. The menu is also extensive, and it's nice that they have thick-cut tongue. There are different types of tongue dishes, including a platter of thick-cut tongue. The thick-cut tongue is grilled and then cut with scissors. For dessert, I had cold noodles.

We went with three people from our business partner. The restaurant was clean and had a good atmosphere. As mentioned in other reviews, I think this place offers good value for money. The meat was all delicious, but some pieces were thick and hard to chew. It's better to cut them into smaller pieces with scissors. When we ordered the large serving of stone pot bibimbap, it came in a huge portion. It was equivalent to five small bowls, so it was quite a lot for the three of us to finish.

Seibu Shinjuku, a 2-minute walk away. It's located right on the edge of Kabukicho. Today, there was a request to eat bibimbap, so I picked a yakiniku restaurant from the list of places I had checked out. I called ahead, thinking it wouldn't be crowded on a weekday, but was told that the almost full restaurant could only seat us at the counter. Amazing, right? I made a reservation and when I arrived, the place was indeed packed. Impressive. The restaurant operates on a touch panel order system. Also, it's great that smoking is allowed. I recently realized that I always order the same menu at every yakiniku restaurant, but it's nice to compare different cuts like tongue, kalbi, rare cuts, and small intestines! First, the tongue was quite thick. Some people may like it, but I prefer it a bit thinner. The kalbi platter was also thick. The way it was cut seemed a bit unusual, but it was delicious. The rare cut, I forgot the name. It was like a cross between kalbi and loin. The small intestines were small and easy to eat. For the amount we ordered, the price was reasonable. There was a line forming by the time we left! I'll go back again if I have the chance. Thank you for the meal.

The beef tongue was delicious!! I ordered a mixed plate, but the thick-sliced beef tongue was so tasty! The ones wrapped in leeks were a bit overcooked and tasted like dumplings. I ended up ordering more beef tongue for dessert. However, there weren't many meat options besides beef tongue, so it was just average.

I visited a yakiniku restaurant near Shinjuku that allows smoking. I made a reservation in advance and checked for availability before visiting. The restaurant is located right next to Seibu Shinjuku Station, down a small alley. I climbed the stairs and entered the restaurant, where I was seated at a table near the entrance after providing my reservation name. Here, you input your order using a tablet from the start. I started with a glass of draft beer, which was delicious as always. The menu for the day included Negi Jyo Tan, Tan Tan, Suji Harami, Liver, Pork Toro, and Special Roast. The quality of the meat was better than I expected. The Jyo Tan at the beginning was particularly delicious. When you sear the surface well before eating, you get a crispy texture followed by a juicy umami flavor. The Harami was also full of meaty goodness. The pork toro had a great sweetness to its fat. I wasn't sure how to cook the liver properly, but I cooked it slowly over the charcoal grill before enjoying it. It had a tender texture and a rich flavor. The lineup allowed me to enjoy the flavor of the meat and the sweetness of the fat. Most of the staff were from overseas, so they may not be able to answer detailed questions. However, they were able to handle basic inquiries without any issues. I wanted to have seafood chijimi as a finish, but some members of my group didn't like spicy food. When I asked the staff about the spiciness, they provided a clear answer. We ended up ordering the seafood chijimi, which was also delicious. I was also drinking Hoppy, and when I asked for a refill, they brought me a glass filled to the brim (laughs). I ended up using a whole bottle of Hoppy and enjoyed it. After eating and drinking to my heart's content, I asked for the bill. The bill was also settled using the tablet provided at the table. I was surprised to see that the total amount was not high considering how much we had eaten and drunk. The cost performance was great, and I left feeling satisfied. I will definitely visit again. Thank you for the delicious meal! I will be back again!

The variety of meats is abundant and the prices are reasonable. The meat is tender and delicious when grilled. The best part is that the restaurant has a special smoke exhaust duct so the unique smell of yakiniku doesn't stick to your clothes or belongings. Also, the location is great, just a few minutes' walk from Seibu Shinjuku Station (even with traffic lights, it only takes about 3 minutes to get there). Good choice!

A yakiniku restaurant in Shinjuku Kabukicho with the best cost performance. The atmosphere of the restaurant is casual, but the quality of the meat and side dishes is on par with high-end restaurants. The thickly sliced premium tongue is tender and juicy, with a rich and flavorful taste that spreads in your mouth. The Chadolbagi, similar to yakiniku, is a thin slice but has a wild and rich flavor that pairs well with eggs. The carefully selected loin has a smooth texture and a rich sweetness that is reminiscent of a steak from a teppanyaki restaurant. The King Harami, with its rich flavor spreading in your mouth, and the elegant yet flavorful Shoulder Tri-Tip are all top-quality cuts that exceed expectations in taste. The portion size is quite generous, making it worth more than its price. The non-meat menu items are also excellent. The First Avenue Salad, with plenty of boiled eggs and Italian dressing, is a refreshing dish perfect for a palate cleanser. The kimchi has a rich flavor but a crunchy texture, making it a perfect side dish or palate cleanser. The Kimchi Cheese Jeon is a unique dish with a chewy texture that resembles pizza or a fluffy pancake. The balance of the mellow cheese and the perfect acidity of the kimchi makes it incredibly delicious. The roasted seaweed with sesame oil and sweet-salty flavor is delicious on its own or paired with salad or jeon. The restaurant and restrooms are very clean, creating a comfortable atmosphere. The touch panel ordering system ensures quick service, and the staff are friendly and provide a pleasant dining experience. The best value may be the course with all-you-can-drink option, but the individual drink menu is reasonably priced, allowing you to enjoy a great meal without breaking the bank.

I recommend this affordable and delicious yakiniku restaurant in Shinjuku. The atmosphere is casual but they offer rare cuts of meat like a high-end yakiniku restaurant. The menu includes items like kimchi assortment, Ichome salad, thick-cut tongue, king harami, chadolbagi, shoulder sirloin, premium hormone, kimchi cheese, and more. Not only the meat but also other dishes were delicious.

Visited with former colleagues for dinner. A hidden gem of a restaurant located slightly off the main street towards Seibu Shinjuku Station, offering a calm atmosphere. The interior has a small, upscale feel, and the menu includes a variety of Korean dishes in addition to yakiniku. This time, we ordered 10 items, focusing on popular thick-cut tongue and king's harami. - Ichichome Salad: A colorful salad with plenty of fresh vegetables, boiled eggs, and fried onions, offering a generous portion. - Thick-cut Tongue: A popular choice, impressively thick and cooked to perfection. The crispy texture and juiciness, combined with a refreshing lemon sauce, make it a delightful dish. - Grilled Seaweed: Crispy and fragrant, a perfect palate cleanser between meat dishes. - Kimchi Assortment: A selection of three types of kimchi - cabbage, radish, and cucumber, with a mild spiciness and a hint of sweetness. - Chadolbagi: Thinly sliced tombara lightly seared and enjoyed with vegetables in a Korean-style shabu-shabu. The rich flavor and melting fat are reminiscent of sirloin. - King's Harami: The second most popular item, a thick and juicy harami that is well-balanced in terms of meat and fat. The generous portion and affordable price make it a must-try. - Special Roast: A thick and well-marbled roast with a rich flavor, resembling a steak in appearance. Each bite offers a direct taste of the meat's umami. - Kimchi Cheese Chijimi: A kimchi chijimi generously topped with melted cheese, offering a thick and satisfying texture. - Kuri (Shoulder Triangle): A lean and flavorful cut with a light marbling, cooked rare for the best taste. - Upper Hormone: Sweet and savory marinated shimacho with a juicy and chewy texture, perfect for a satisfying end to the meal. A recommended restaurant for those who want to enjoy high-quality Japanese beef cooked to their preference in a relaxed setting.

Highly recommended! This yakiniku restaurant located right by Seibu Shinjuku Station is perfect for everyday use. The quality is top-notch and the prices are affordable. The thick-cut tongue is a must-try, it's the most popular menu item and the thickness and tenderness are comparable to high-end restaurants. With two thick slices for only 1400 yen, the cost performance is amazing! The Chadolbagi, thinly sliced beef brisket, is another delicious choice. Quickly sear it and dip it in the egg yolk sauce for a fantastic taste. It's marbled but light, you could eat as many slices as you want. And it's cheap. Also, don't forget to order the Kimchi Cheese Jeon, it's seriously delicious. The fluffy jeon with a lot of cheese and the crunchy texture of kimchi create an indescribable flavor. Definitely give it a try. They offer a variety of cuts, the shoulder triangle was also great. The harami is huge and cheap. The gigantic zabuton has a satisfying chewiness. It melts in your mouth... I ordered some high-quality meat this time, but it was still under 5000 yen per person. I was extremely satisfied with this yakiniku restaurant. Thank you for the meal! ___ Items ordered: - Thick-cut tongue 1410 yen - Chadolbagi 860 yen - Shoulder triangle 1410 yen - King harami 970 yen - Zabuton 1960 yen - Kimchi Cheese Jeon 860 yen - Ichome Salad 640 yen - Kimchi assortment 750 yen - Draft beer 530 yen

When you want to boost your energy, I went to a yakiniku restaurant specializing in Wagyu beef and ordered a course with all-you-can-drink option. I was surprised by the volume of the meat, especially the thick-cut tongue, which was the thickest I've ever seen. I cut it with scissors and grilled it, just like a king's harami. The Chadolbagi, made from rib meat, was thinly sliced, quickly seared, and delicious when dipped in a sukiyaki-style egg sauce. The premium hormone had a miso flavor and was crispy when grilled, it was amazing. The first avenue salad was generous, and the grilled seaweed kimchi platter was excellent for a palate cleanser. The kimchi cheese chijimi had a chewy texture with plenty of cheese, it was irresistibly delicious. There were other meat dishes served, all of which were delicious and left me completely satisfied. With only two months left in the year, I want to give myself stamina and do my best.

I visited a long-established yakiniku restaurant in Shinjuku called Yakiniku Icchome. This time, I tried the Icchome Salad (640 yen), Thick-cut Upper Tan (1410 yen), Chadolbagi (860 yen), Zabuton (1960 yen), Soft Shoulder Triangle (Kuri) (1410 yen), Upper Hormone (860 yen), Kimchi Assorted Platter (680 yen), Grilled Seaweed (380 yen), and Kimchi Cheese Chijimi (860 yen). Everything was delicious, especially the Kimchi Cheese Chijimi. I also tried their shime dish, which was amazing. I highly recommend this place and will definitely visit again!

If you want to compare beef tongue dishes, this is the place to go. I reminisced about the past and visited after a long time. When it comes to beef tongue, I used to come here often. The flavor is just right and when you grill it, you can eat it as is. The thick and juicy meat is a guarantee. They also serve ice-cold draft beer carefully poured by the staff. Grateful to the staff.

I had yakiniku at "Yakiniku Icchome" in Shinjuku. It's a Korean yakiniku restaurant located near Seibu Shinjuku Station in Kabukicho. It was raining on the first day of Golden Week, so I searched for a restaurant close to the station and found this place. We sat at a table for two, and aside from the narrow space between chairs, the atmosphere was good. We ate a variety of meats and drinks, and the total bill came to about 15,000 yen. My son likes tongue meat, while I prefer hormone meat, so we had to manage our preferences separately, making the quantity important. We both enjoyed the common items like loin and kalbi, so we had to balance those as well. Luckily, there were small servings of hormone and tongue meat available, which we enjoyed. Due to the pandemic, I haven't had many opportunities to drink at work in recent years, and I don't drink at home either. This was my first time dining out since my son visited during the New Year's break. However, I felt that traveling all the way to Shinjuku from Hanakoganei just to drink was quite an energy waste.

Today, after several years, I went on a business trip to the United States. Since I won't be able to eat delicious food in America, I decided to have yakiniku before leaving. I had to take a PCR test the day before departure, so I came to Shinjuku to get tested. The test itself was quick and easy. I received the results and the necessary travel documents within about 2 hours. I went for the test at 3:00 PM and it was done in just a few minutes. As planned, I went to this restaurant that I had been curious about for yakiniku. It's a place where you can easily dine alone at the counter seats. When I entered around 3:00 PM, I was seated at the counter as expected. There are only two counter seats, so if it's crowded, dining alone might be discouraged. There was already a customer at the counter next to me, selecting dishes on a tablet. So, I also checked the menu on the tablet and ordered the following: Thick-cut tongue for 1040 yen, Harami for 970 yen, Kalbi for 860 yen, Upper Hormone for 869 yen, and Kakuteki for 420 yen. Since it was daytime, I had two bottled beers. The total came to 5400 yen. Although I didn't drink a lot, it was a reasonable price for yakiniku. I didn't order the premium cuts, but everything was delicious. It seems like this place might become a regular spot for solo dining in Kabukicho. Thank you for the meal.

Today's restaurant is located about a 3-minute walk from Seibu Shinjuku. This yakiniku restaurant offers great value for money, while still serving high-quality meat. The recommended set at this restaurant costs 3000 yen, and I personally ordered the yukhoe (Korean beef tartare) which I really enjoyed! This is a great place to go for a casual meat meal with someone. Definitely worth a visit!

On Sunday around 5:30 pm, I visited without a reservation. It was early, so I was able to get in smoothly without a reservation, but most people seemed to have made reservations! I ordered: - Jack Daniel's highball x2 for 640 yen each - Refreshing and delicious plum wine for 470 yen - Kakuteki for 420 yen - Kalbi for 1,520 yen - Harami skewers for 640 yen - Rice (small) for 230 yen The total came to 4,560 yen! The staff were all Korean, and they quickly brought out our dishes, which was impressive. The Kalbi was thick, tender, and perfect for someone who loves lean meat over fatty cuts. As of November 2020, the restaurant has a Foodlog rating of 3.49!
