そら☆まめ
Hello~♪(^.^)/ [2019.02.25] I'm back again♪ Today, I planned to relax on my day off, but my second son asked me to go out because he needed to work (record) at home. This happened last month too... Last month, I explored Omiya. This time, I was thinking of watching "Fly Me to the Saitama," but it would be quite expensive with train fare, popcorn, drinks, etc... So, I ended up going to Ikebukuro, full of memories. I was searching for my middle school friend's house and got lost... The buildings and roads have changed a lot since then. It was shocking to get lost in my hometown... After walking nearly 10,000 steps, it was lunchtime. And of course, where did I go? The nostalgic First Cafeteria. Today is Monday, but there are hardly any students around. In the cafeteria, there were a couple speaking in Osaka dialect, and two middle-aged men... I quickly bought a meal ticket... Huh? There are fewer menu items than last time! It's definitely less! Last time was on a Saturday, today is Monday. Is it because it's a weekday? I wonder why. The sold-out lamps are lighting up on many ticket machines... The ginger pork that impressed me last time is not available. Oh, there's hashed beef! I'll have that today. So, I decided on the hashed beef rice from Group B! Oh, this place is divided into Group A, B, C, each with yellow, green, blue colors, and you follow the same color line as the ticket you bought. So, I followed the green line towards the kitchen since I chose Group B. "Those in Group A, please line up in the green line too," they said, but the color doesn't matter! The hashed beef was served immediately since you just pour the sauce. I prepared my fukujinzuke inside the cafeteria. Wow, I always get goosebumps when I see this cafeteria. It looks like the Harry Potter cafeteria, or rather, the other way around. Chessboard-like floor, black wooden walls, ivory plaster, and black beams and ceiling creating a heavy atmosphere. Umbrella light bulbs hanging from the beams. The seal of Rikkyo on the back of the wooden chairs. Oh, I can't resist! I want to live here! I sat in the far corner and enjoyed the hashed beef. The sauce was poured generously. Isn't the sauce too much? This is like a sauce overdose... Well, let's dig in. Bite, chew... Mmm, a nostalgic homey hashed beef. A sweet taste with little acidity. Not in the forest or on the grassland, but unmistakably hashed beef. (What am I trying to say!) As the monotonous rhythm continues, the fukujinzuke plays the role of a lucky charm! The elegant amount was quickly finished. Mmm, maybe I should have chosen ramen... (Oops) A nostalgic hashed beef rice in a nostalgic cafeteria. I will definitely come back again! The end of the 360 yen adventure. Bye~(^.^)/~~~
