I want to eat chicken... I chose samgyetang as my main meal for the day for a week. There are not many places in Ginza where you can eat samgyetang. It is said to be located on top of Mitsukoshi, so I went to the 11th floor. Without looking at the menu in detail, I sat down and ordered "samgyetang!" After about 5 minutes, the appetizer set arrived. The pancake was crispy on the outside but slightly undercooked inside, a bit disappointing! Various Korean side dishes were lined up in small dishes. The japchae had a nice flavor. While eating the pancake and appetizers, after about 10 minutes, the boiling hot samgyetang arrived! It was a half portion, but still quite substantial. It came with sticky rice, but I didn't have it. The chicken was simmered to a tender texture, and as you picked it apart with chopsticks and a spoon, it dissolved beautifully. It was a bit light in flavor, so it was just right with a sprinkle of salt. The hot and fluffy samgyetang contained jujubes and chestnuts, and you could enjoy the crunchy texture of the chicken cartilage. There are not many dishes that stand out, but if you're looking for a healthy lunch in Ginza, this is a good option. Thank you for the meal.

When I visited Ginza in midsummer, I had lunch at "Ginza Minari" in the restaurant section of Ginza Mitsukoshi. Due to its location in Ginza, it seems to attract a lot of inbound customers (mostly Korean). I chose the lunch menu, which included: Stone-grilled Bibimbap and Cold Noodles Set for 1880 yen + tax, and Black Wagyu Stone-grilled Bibimbap and Cold Noodles Set for 2580 yen + tax. The set comes with seasonal Bibimbap as an appetizer, and seasonal 4 side dishes (Chapchae, Kimchi, Iburi Gakko, and seasoned greens). The Bibimbap and cold noodles are in a half portion set. The Bibimbap remained deliciously hot until the end.

My wife's mother was shopping at Ginza Mitsukoshi before returning home, and afterwards we had Korean food at Ginza Minari. The restaurant is affiliated with Toa Trading, which also operates Hanamisun and Kimchi-kan, but since it's located inside Mitsukoshi, does that mean it's the upscale version? We ordered Chapchae and started with beer as an appetizer. Hanamisun is known for its delicious Sundubu, so my wife and her mother ordered Sundubu, while I ordered Samgyetang. The Sundubu was indeed delicious with a strong seafood broth. It had been a while since I had Samgyetang, and the chicken broth was rich, and dipping the chicken meat in the soup with a little salt on the side was also delicious. Enjoying tasty Korean food without having to go all the way to Shin-Okubo, we left full and satisfied.

Around 14:30, I visited without a reservation. It was a Saturday, so there were people waiting at this time. I was third in line. I ordered a set of bibimbap and sundubu. Side dishes like jjigae and japchae came out. There were many foreign customers, but the staff didn't explain things like how to mix the gochujang with the bibimbap, so some people seemed confused. I thought it would be good if they had instructions in English on how to eat the food.

Modern Korean cuisine on the 11th floor of Ginza Mitsukoshi. Everything I ate was delicious. The seasoning of the chapchae was addictive. The sauce that comes with the chijimi is tasty and goes well with the stone bibimbap. The namul fresh spring rolls were delicious, but I still felt like I wanted to eat namul on its own. The sundubu includes cod and is delicious. The kimchi is also tasty.

I called around 7 pm on a Friday and managed to get in without a reservation! I decided to order everything a la carte instead of a set menu, and everything was seriously delicious! Especially the Korean pancake! Definitely go for the full size instead of the half size! The Korean cold noodles had a texture and broth that I usually don't like, but this was really tasty! It felt like it was made for Japanese taste preferences! It may not beat Morioka cold noodles, but still worth a try even for those who don't like Korean cold noodles!

It was raining, so I decided to have a meal inside Mitsukoshi. Unfortunately, the tonkatsu I wanted was already sold out, so I reluctantly went to this place that was still open. It turned out to be a good decision because the food was unexpectedly delicious! The sundubu, bibimbap, naengmyeon, side dishes, and jeon were all authentic and satisfying. Plus, the prices were not as high as typical for Ginza, which was a pleasant surprise. I will definitely visit this place again.

I couldn't make a reservation, so I entered the restaurant right at 11 o'clock when it opened. There were only me and one other group at the opening, but by around 12 o'clock a line had formed. The jeon that came out as an appetizer was fluffy and delicious. The bibimbap also had crispy rice. If I had to say something negative, there weren't enough staff members and they weren't attentive. The restaurant is spacious so strollers are allowed inside!

This is a Korean restaurant located on the restaurant floor of Ginza Mitsukoshi. The two of us visited and ordered the Choose Half & Half (Stone Bibimbap and Black Wagyu Kalbi) set for 2398 yen (2180 yen) and the Homemade Samgyetang set for 2176 yen (1980 yen). The Choose Half & Half set includes a meat dish (Black Wagyu Kalbi) and a classic menu item (Stone Bibimbap), along with 4 side dishes like Chapchae. The Samgyetang set includes Samgyetang, Chapchae, and 4 side dishes. Chapchae is a Korean dish made with stir-fried glass noodles. Everything was delicious.

I had been curious about a Korean restaurant on the 11th floor of Ginza Mitsukoshi for a while! It was around 15:00 on a Sunday, and there were people waiting in front of the restaurant. However, the turnover seemed fast, and we were able to enter fairly quickly. I ordered the cold noodle set. It arrived quite quickly as well. The atmosphere inside was nice, with families, couples, and solo female diners, making it welcoming for anyone. The set included cold noodles, pancakes, kimchi with yam, a namul dish with greens (not sure of the name), tuna and enoki mushrooms, and a dish with glass noodles. The total was around 1700 yen including tax, which I found to be quite reasonable considering the location in Ginza. The highlight for me was the pancakes! They were crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside, with a deliciously spicy sauce that was garlicky and flavorful. I wanted to have seconds of just the pancakes. All the side dishes were tasty as well, although the cold noodles didn't quite meet my expectations. Maybe I'm just used to the thicker and more refreshing cold noodles from Morioka. But I think they would be perfect for a light and refreshing summer meal. The vegetables and char siu on top were generous and of high quality. There were other menu items like sundubu, samgyetang, bibimbap, and bossam that caught my eye, so I still have high hopes for this place based on the quality of the side dishes. The spacious counter seats were a nice touch for a solo female diner like myself. I'm looking forward to revisiting this place.

Visited for lunch on a holiday and had to wait about 10 minutes as it was full. Ordered a set with cold noodles and grilled meat (around 1800 yen). The food was served in about 10 minutes, starting with pickles and Korean pancake. The main dishes were delicious. The meat was tender and of high quality, as expected from a department store. I was with a baby in a stroller, but the staff was very kind and the seating was spacious enough to lay the baby down comfortably. Will definitely visit again!

I visited the restaurant with a baby stroller on a regular day. The store is located in the new building, not the main building. The table seats are all sofa seats on one side, and it was okay to park the stroller sideways. After much deliberation, I ordered the seafood sundubu set. First, the appetizer. The jeon was crispy and delicious, freshly cooked! The sundubu was piping hot!! The cod and clams had a mild taste, but the squid and other seafood were delicious. I was able to have a relaxing lunch and I want to go back again.

First night visit to this restaurant. It was quite crowded, especially with many foreigners, and there were only a few Japanese customers like us. We ordered the Pposam set appetizer, spinach with sesame oil and burdock, chapchae with glass noodles, kimchi with chicken and eringi mushrooms, pumpkin porridge, spicy broccoli, and two kinds of chijimi. For the main dish, we had the Pposam stone pot rice (with clam rice) and comtan soup. It's always delicious here, and today was no exception! The price was around 3,000 yen, which is a good value.

I had Cheese Tteokbokki! The appetizers were all high quality, with delicious flavors in the Namul and Japchae, and the Kimchi had a thick texture from the yam, which was a nice touch. The Chejimi had a great sesame oil flavor and paired well with the spicy sauce. The soup had a strong spice flavor, perfect for the cold season. The main dish, Tteokbokki, gradually became spicier, with the rich cheese adding a nice accent. The chicken could have had a bit more fat, but the balance of spiciness and sweetness with items like Topokki was well thought out. Despite the price being a bit high, considering the taste, creativity, and portion size, it's a decent value.

I went to Ginza Minari to satisfy my craving for Bibimbap. The presentation here is beautiful and really stimulates the appetite. I ordered Bibimbap, Octopus Samgyupsal, Jeon, seasonal 4 side dishes, Contan soup, and dessert. Everything was carefully prepared and delicious. The Samgyupsal is spicy but has a lingering taste. The cost performance is great and the staff's service was excellent. I was very satisfied. Thank you for the meal.

This was my third visit. I love Korean food and often go to Shin-Okubo to eat, but here I can enjoy a different atmosphere of Korean cuisine. It's actually a restaurant from the Hanmiru group. The prices are around 2000 yen, which is quite reasonable for a restaurant inside Ginza Mitsukoshi. I ordered the new menu "Grilled Octopus with Pork Belly" and mango juice. It's a set that includes stone pot bibimbap and grilled octopus with pork belly. First, appetizers and Korean pancake arrived. The kimchi that I thought was pickled vegetables turned out to be yam, and the appetizers were delicious. But the Korean pancake was incredibly tasty. It was fluffy and packed with flavor. The grilled octopus with pork belly was even more delicious than I imagined. The sauce was spicy with a good amount of saltiness. There were plenty of octopus and meat in it. The stone pot bibimbap was also a refined dish with a good portion size. The gochujang that came with it was spicy, and when I added a lot, it became quite spicy, haha. I think I'll order this set again when I come back. Thank you for the meal.

I felt like having Korean food for dinner but all the places I wanted to go were fully booked. It was tough without a reservation. In times like this, I find restaurants inside department stores to be helpful. So, I went to this restaurant on the 11th floor of Mitsukoshi. It was quite crowded but I managed to get a table. The menu was extensive and I was excited but also indecisive. We shared the half & half set of beef kalbi and cold noodles, and the samgyetang set. It wasn't cheap, but maybe reasonable for a restaurant inside Mitsukoshi? The taste was elegant Korean cuisine, lacking a punch but overall gentle. There were side dishes that I hadn't tried much at Korean restaurants, so it was a new discovery. Thank you for the meal.

Located on the 11th floor of Ginza Mitsukoshi, this modern Korean cuisine restaurant is a popular spot for those returning from work or shopping. They offer sophisticated Korean dishes with a unique twist, using fresh seasonal vegetables and meats to create beautifully delicate dishes. The menu includes a variety of set meals, such as the "Beautiful Posam Set" which comes with a selection of seasonal side dishes, two types of jeon, Posam set with various vegetables and steamed pork, and a choice of stone pot rice with beef soup or cold noodles with kimchi. The "Stone Bibimbap Set" is also a popular choice, served with seasonal side dishes and jeon. Lunch sets are also available, offering a generous and affordable meal option for solo diners. It's a casual and welcoming restaurant where you can enjoy a satisfying meal for lunch or dinner.

A modern Korean restaurant opened on the 11th floor of Mitsukoshi. The bright interior and healthy menu with plenty of vegetables catch the eye. The Seasonal Vegetable Warm Egg Bibimbap (1150 yen) is a delight with a variety of colorful vegetables such as lettuce, namul, bean sprouts, kimchi, fiddlehead ferns, spinach, red cabbage. It's great to get a variety of vegetables all at once. The soup that comes with it is also exceptionally delicious.
