On a weekday, I visited Akasaka Rigyu Ginza branch for lunch with a business partner. The location is on the 5th floor of Koshin Building, about a 3-minute walk from Ginza Station. Akasaka Rigyu is a renowned Cantonese cuisine restaurant. The Ginza branch is usually not too crowded, so I often visit. I made a reservation for seats the day before and arrived right at the opening time of 11:30. The restaurant floor in Koshin Building has a slightly dim atmosphere for some reason, with around 100 seats including private rooms. We were guided to a table for 4 after giving our names at the entrance. For weekday lunches, there are several lunch sets and courses available, and ordering a la carte is also possible. The tea menu is quite extensive, so it's nice that you can enjoy non-alcoholic options. This time, we ordered the "Yum Cha" course (6,655 yen) and the Jasmine tea "White Dragon Pearl" (1,320 yen). The contents of the "Yum Cha" course are as follows, listed in order: - Assorted three appetizers: The duck and barbecue pork were delicious! The special chili sauce for personal preference is also excellent! - Today's steamed dim sum trio: All of them were plump and delicious! Personally, I think the shrimp dumplings were the best. - Special fried dim sum duo: These are recommended to be eaten without the chili sauce. Both were outstanding. - Shark fin soup dumplings: First enjoyed the soup alone, then savored the dumplings with plenty of filling. A must-have for a morning after drinking! - Shrimp dumpling soup-filled Shoronpo with superior soup: I want to drink this superior soup in a 500ml PET bottle! - Seasonal clam and vegetable simmer: A healthy dish with a strong clam flavor! - Rigyu's special barbecue pork bun: A voluminous barbecue pork bun with excellent taste, of course. - Dessert or coffee, black tea: Selected mango pudding from 5 dessert options. Pineapple cake and melon were also served! Reordered the chili sauce for a fee (220 yen), and the total bill was 15,004 yen including a service charge (excluding tax of 10%). We were able to enjoy a leisurely meal for 2 hours with attentive service, so the cost performance is quite high! From the delicious "Yum Cha" course from start to finish, I highly recommend visiting at least once! The general seats at the Ginza branch are slightly casual, so using a private room is also recommended for important business meetings!

I used it for a family dinner on my birthday in the summer. I thought it was a bit little that there was one Peking duck per person (forgot to take a picture), but everything from the first appetizer of roasted duck to the last fried rice and mango pudding was delicious. I think it was the first time I had a course that was so flawless in terms of taste.

At Ginza Akasaka Rikyu, the dim sum is especially delicious, and the lunch prices are reasonable, making it very satisfying. The lunch set includes a variety of dishes such as steamed and fried dim sum, appetizers, and main courses like shrimp and meat stir-fry. The menu also features desserts like almond tofu and herbal jelly.

I had reserved the 19:00 menu course, which was supposed to take 2 hours, so I made plans accordingly. However, the dishes were not served consistently, with a 30-minute gap between the shark fin soup and the final dessert, which arrived at 21:30. The food was incredibly delicious, the service was polite, and the atmosphere was lovely. Unfortunately, I ended up making my companions wait due to the delays. It was just one of those days when things don't go smoothly, right?

I made a reservation for dinner and visited the restaurant. I had the hometown tax course. The female staff's service was pleasant, and all the dishes were delicious! Cashew nuts were served as an appetizer. The meats in the appetizer such as sausage, duck, and pork were sweetly seasoned. You could add spicy miso to your liking. The dim sum included scallops, shrimp, and chive dumplings. The meal ended with shark fin rice. For dessert, we could choose from 5 to 6 options, so I chose the coconut milk tapioca mango pudding. The tapioca also had nata de coco in it. When eating dessert, you can also enjoy warm tea from a pod. I would like to visit again!

I was served with meticulously prepared dishes with very rich flavors. I enjoyed the course meal where I could savor delicious bites little by little. The dessert, in particular, was so amazingly delicious that it blew me away. Just for that, I want to go back again. It was such an experience. Thank you very much!

To be honest, every dish was excellent. The seasoning is definitely different from your average Chinese restaurant. This time, I had the lunch course "Hakuran." Every dish was so delicious that I felt sad when I finished them, but the abalone and black vinegar pork were especially outstanding. I was a bit unsure about eating sea cucumber, but it turned out to be delicious. The sticky rice with abalone and shark fin was amazing! The shark fin is now my number one favorite. If you come here, you must try it. It was really delicious, so next time I want to try other dishes, not just the course, maybe for lunch. The hot Oriental Beauty Tea also had a lovely fragrance, and the refreshing taste was delightful.

First visit! I was craving Chinese food (^。^) Everything was so delicious~!! I loved the Peking duck and shark fin soup! The five-flavored fried tofu was also tasty~. The steamed buns for dessert? Absolutely delicious)^o^( If I had to point out something, there were a lot of loose threads flying around(^_^;) Maybe it's time for a replacement...? Despite that, because it was delicious, I will visit again!

The interior has a very calm atmosphere. Visited for lunch. They asked in advance about any disliked ingredients, but a dish with the scent of disliked ingredients came out. When I asked the staff, they promptly confirmed and brought a replacement. My husband's champagne was flat, and when he mentioned it to the staff, they kindly and politely responded without any unpleasantness, which reassured us as a couple. All the dishes were delicious, so I would like to visit again ♡

When I visited Tokyo, I stopped by Ginza. I made a reservation for a private room and the Tsuran course online the day before, for 6:00 p.m. We toasted with beer and were served a special palace grilled appetizer platter, a bite-sized dish, simmered shark fin soup, homemade kiln-baked Peking duck, sweet and sour beef with black vinegar, abalone steak with rich sauce, Hong Kong anchovy and lettuce fried rice, and dessert. We enjoyed several beers and glasses of wine. Overall, the taste was more refined and elegant compared to the famous restaurants in Yokohama Chinatown. The simmered shark fin soup was exceptionally delicious, and the abalone was also tender and tasty. As expected in Ginza, the atmosphere inside the restaurant was calm and luxurious. It was a very delicious meal, thank you. I would love to visit again if I have the chance.

On this day, I visited Akasaka Rikyu in Ginza for a business dinner. Starting with beer and Shaoxing wine during the day put me in the best mood. Since it was a business dinner, I could only take one photo discreetly. Every dish felt truly like Akasaka Rikyu, and the room was magnificent. I would love to visit again.

I went to Akasaka Rikyu Ginza store. The theme of the restaurant is "Experience the excitement in Ginza." The interior has a calm atmosphere and a sense of luxury. This time, I ordered the "Chef's Special Course" for 12,100 yen (including tax). The dishes included chicken with leek sauce, grilled pork with kelp, rolled tofu skin with vegetables, steamed tempura hearts of three kinds, and more. Each dish was elegantly presented and delicious, with a variety of flavors and textures. The homemade roasted Peking duck was particularly outstanding, with a rich flavor that was perfectly balanced. The seafood miso stir-fry was also exceptional, with a delightful blend of flavors. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience with excellent service.

As usual, we ordered an excessive amount of Chinese food this time too. Overall, it was delicious but there wasn't a particularly amazing taste that stood out. I think everyone would find it decently tasty, though.

A restaurant to visit when you crave Peking duck. They bring the crispy roasted Peking duck for you to wrap yourself. No disappointments with other dishes, always a challenge to see how much you can order based on your hunger level. I also love the appetizer platter with three kinds of meats. Since they were out of pork that day, I had steamed chicken instead.

I attended a Japanese sake pairing event at 7:00 PM on a weekday. The course included a special appetizer platter, grilled scallops, premium shark fin with crab sauce, deep-fried prawns, pie with new onions and Jinhua ham, steamed dish with Akaushi pork and pickled vegetables, simmered abalone and dried sea cucumber, and Chinese herbal soup poured over fried rice. The appetizer was excellent, but the other dishes were too strong in flavor. It was a bit disappointing considering the quality of the ingredients.

A master of Akasaka who also reigns in Ginza. Not only the quality of the food, but it's also great that they are open for business on Sundays at 2:30 PM. It's very convenient after watching a play or a movie. They have a wide variety of side menu items such as alcohol, desserts, and tea. The only drawback is that it's not exactly affordable. It can cost around 20,000 yen per person for drinks. They also have a rich selection of high-quality alcohol. It's recommended for a special day.

"Akasaka Rikyu Ginza Store" is a restaurant where the head chef, who has always admired Ginza, opened with the theme of "experiencing excitement in Ginza." Once you step inside, you will be surrounded by the traditional Chinese courtyard-style architecture. The dishes feature Cantonese cuisine essentials such as grilled dishes and dishes using shark fin, as well as seasonal recommendations that truly bring about a sense of "excitement and amazement."

My husband chose a gift to Akasaka Rikyu through the prize selection at his company every year! We used to go to the Akasaka main store every year, but this year we went to the Ginza store for the first time. It's delicious as always. The best is the char siu at Akasaka Rikyu. We even went to Toranomon just to eat this. I can only pray that we can win an award again this year...

【Obsession that does not embarrass a high-class restaurant】The magical sauce in the third photo went well with all the dishes and added richness. Everything was delicious, but personally, I had never eaten a Shaoxing wine pudding before, and it was really good due to its freshness.

I was looking forward to it because of the good reviews, but I was disappointed. Perhaps it was because it was a large group gathering, but none of the dishes were particularly impressive. The service was lackluster, and I didn't even feel motivated to take photos after the appetizers. I don't understand why this place has such high ratings.
