- Soup: "Amadai, Winter Melon, Fish Somen, Yuzu" Perfectly cooked amadai with flavorful broth.
- Side dish: "Tuna, Flounder, Aori Ika" Summer flounder with great fat content, and tender aori ika with a nice texture and sweetness.
- Assorted dishes: Various intricate dishes with swordfish, pumpkin, corn tempura, octopus, shrimp, edamame, fig, and more.
- Bowl dish: "Nishin, Kamo Eggplant, Small Potatoes" Flavorful nishin and small potatoes with a strong taste of the ingredients.
- Grilled dish: "Ayu Salt-grilled, Tadezu" Ayu lacked aroma and bitterness but was decent.
- Vinegar dish: "Awabi, Liver Soy Sauce" Sliced awabi with rich umami, and tasty liver soy sauce.
- Main dish: "Kamameshi Rice, Wagyu Fillet, Chili Pepper, Side Dish, Pickles" Delicious chili pepper and wagyu fillet, but the chili pepper stole the show.
- Dessert: "Mango, Cherry" High-quality mango that rivals Miyazaki mangoes in taste.
- Sweet: "Hydrangea" A hydrangea-shaped dessert with sweet bean paste, perfect for cooling down after the meal.
