Kanazawa Miso Ramen Shinzen 880 - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Miso Ramen 880 - It's hot but I'm in the mood for ramen, especially miso ramen. I avoided the sun and made my way to Okuroji in Hibiya Gurumezon. I'm already sweating. But my taste buds are enjoying the miso ramen. The rich soup is delicious. The medium-thick curly noodles are the best. I drank it all up because it was so tasty... I'm sweating even more. The ramen shop feels like a food court, spacious and relaxed. It's nice to be able to cool down slowly.

Hibiya's Ramen Avenue is set up in a food court style and the interior recreates the atmosphere of New York in America. Depending on the time, it felt calm and clean, which was nice. Even though it's a food court style, I was happy that they brought the ramen to the table. The ramen had a strong shrimp broth flavor, with chewy curly noodles that mixed well with the soup. The combination with white negi was excellent. I enjoyed being surrounded by shrimp flavors until the end and had a happy time. Thank you for the meal!

Opened in 2020 within the Hibiya Ramen Avenue, this franchise of the popular Kanazawa-based restaurant "Shinsen" offers a unique dining experience in a setting inspired by New York streets. The rich and flavorful soup made with Kanazawa's "Kaga miso" is a highlight, complemented by chewy yellow curly noodles that boast a strong wheat flavor. The sweet and spicy seasoned pork, seared to perfection before serving, adds a punch to the dish that will make you want to mix it with rice.

I went to see the Broadway musical "Beetlejuice" at Shimbashi Enbujo. I thought it started at 5:00, but when I checked my schedule on my phone, I realized it was actually starting at 6:00. I rushed from my office in Shinagawa to Shimbashi by express train and arrived at 5:10 after taking a taxi. I managed to find my seat in the balcony without causing any inconvenience to others. After the show, instead of going back to Ginza, I decided to walk to Hibiya. I found a ramen food court under the bridge in Hibiya and chose a miso ramen with spicy green onions and two pieces of fried chicken. The soup was warm and delicious with a good amount of spice. The noodles were medium thickness and the portion was just right. The fried chicken was hot and crispy. Overall, it was a satisfying meal. The staff kindly took care of my dishes as I had a lot of belongings with me.

I had a standard miso ramen and fried chicken set at a shop in Hibiya Ramen Street where you can use both the shop card and Suica. It took about 3 minutes from ordering to being called to pick up the food (food court style). The miso ramen had just the right amount of miso flavor, and the soup was moderately rich, with a nostalgic and delicious taste. The fried chicken had a crispy skin and the breast meat was not greasy, but satisfyingly tasty. There were many foreign visitors enjoying ramen. The staff were all cheerful and provided friendly service, making for a pleasant lunch experience. Thank you for the meal.

I found a wonderful ramen spot with three amazing stores! I really want to say that it would be great if they considered offering a 70g-100g tasting set with three different flavors so we can try them all! It would cost around 1,500-2,000 yen, I think everyone would love that! This time I chose miso ramen, and since it was happy hour, I had three highballs while waiting for the ramen. I also ordered the Hakata-style grilled chicken, but it was not good at all, it was like cheap frozen chicken. But the miso ramen was delicious!

It had a stylish feel that made me feel a bit intimidated at first, but I felt relieved by the food court system. This place is great because you can add alcohol to your ramen after finishing your drink. I tried something like a Negi Miso Ramen. The portion was just as big as it looked on the menu, with lots of green onions. It looked really spicy, but since it was miso-based, it wasn't super spicy. The miso had a unique sourness to it. The noodles were delicious, but I definitely broke a sweat while eating it.

I visited a miso ramen shop without any unique characteristics before 6:00 PM on a weekday. It is located in a ramen alley between Shimbashi and Yurakucho, under the guard rails, more like a food court with three ramen shops lined up. When I entered, there were about 5 customers, but by the time I finished eating, I was the only one left. I ordered miso ramen with flavored egg. Miso ramen often has a strong miso flavor, but this one was easy to eat without any strong taste. It reminded me of the Sumire ramen, but it wasn't heavy, so it's recommended for when you want to eat miso ramen lightly. Even though I don't eat much, I was able to finish the soup, so I think men should go for a large portion or a rice bowl! It wasn't amazing, but it was a decently delicious miso ramen.

Under the guard underpass from Yurakucho to Shinbashi. Part of OKUROJI maybe? There is an area called Ramen Avenue where you can feel like you're eating ramen in New York. It consists of three ramen shops and a bar. I had the Kinzawa miso ramen from Shinzen, which is topped with grilled meat miso ramen. The sweet miso flavor matched well with the grilled meat and was delicious. I really like medium-thick curly noodles with miso ramen. The side of teriyaki fried chicken bowl was also voluminous and good!

I visited one of the restaurants on Ramen Street in Hibiya. Among the three side-by-side shops, I chose this one. I ordered the meaty miso ramen and topped it with a lot of garlic from the condiments next to the register. The rich miso soup coated the noodles perfectly, and the thick noodles had a good texture. However, because I added plenty of garlic, the smell lingered even on my way back. This shop pays attention to the ingredients in their ramen, especially the volume of meat was impressive. Also, the cost performance is good, and you can enjoy a satisfying meal. If you're looking for delicious ramen on Ramen Street in Hibiya, be sure to visit this shop. Just be careful of the garlic smell!

Around 12 o'clock on weekends, there was no wait at the counter and table seats inside the restaurant. There are three ramen shops lined up like a food court. I ordered the Ajitama Miso Ramen for 1000 yen and it arrived in about 5 minutes. It was a lightly flavored miso ramen with a strong garlic punch and well-seasoned taste. It had a slight kick from the red pepper, making it delicious. The medium-thick curly noodles were chewy and on the softer side. The toppings including chashu pork, bamboo shoots, bean sprouts, and egg were well balanced. While miso ramen at many places tends to be large in portion, this one was of a normal size. For those with a big appetite, I recommend adding a rice dish. The dining space was calm and comfortable, and they also sold canned highball drinks, so you could enjoy some fried chicken or dumplings with a drink and finish off with ramen before heading home. The light miso ramen was delicious. Thank you for the meal! ^_^

On Saturday around 14:20, two of us visited the restaurant. It was like a food court and quite interesting. I was in the mood for miso ramen, so I ordered miso ramen and 2 pieces of fried chicken. We sat at an empty table and after waiting for a little over 5 minutes, the buzzer went off, so I went to the counter to pick up our food and brought it back to our table. The miso ramen was incredibly delicious... it had a strong garlic flavor and the noodles were thick and tasty. The soup was so good that I wanted to drink every last drop. The fried chicken was also freshly fried, and the pieces were about the size of a fist, very filling. The flavor was also great. I found a ramen that I want to eat again after a long time. (After this, I was planning to go eat pancakes, so I resisted the temptation.)

After drinking in Yurakucho, I visited Shime-Ra, a ramen alley under the Yurakucho guard. There are three ramen shops lined up, and you order at your preferred shop, receive a buzzer, and eat in a communal food court-like space. The three shops are "Chuka Soba Fukumori," "Kanazawa Miso Ramen Shinsen," and "Hakata Tonkotsu Shinfu." After some hesitation, I decided to try the Kanazawa Miso Ramen. I ordered the Ebi Miso Ramen for 980 yen with extra noodles for 150 yen. The soup was rich and orange with plenty of oil floating on top, and it smelled of crustaceans. When I tasted the soup, I could feel the intense flavor of shrimp, combined with the sweet and delicious taste of Kaga miso base. Despite shrimp being overpowering sometimes, this soup skillfully combined the goodness of shrimp miso and miso ramen. The noodles were medium-thick and lightly wavy, with a smooth texture that paired well with the miso soup. The bean sprouts with ground meat topping were common in miso ramen and matched well with the miso base. The thick and moist chashu had a satisfying chew, and the thick menma was also good. Although a bit pricey, the Ebi Miso Ramen was quite delicious. It was a satisfying bowl with a good balance of miso and shrimp umami. My friend had the miso ramen and found it to be relatively light and easy to eat. It was my first time trying Kanazawa Miso Ramen, but I felt satisfied.

Ebi Miso Mazesoba ¥980 (price at the time of visit) Third visit after a year and three months. Eighth visit to Raaabe in total. All the eateries near my workplace were crowded with people, so I originally wanted to go to "Fukumori" inside Raaabe, but to my surprise, it was their "store holiday." It wasn't just a temporary closure, but a scheduled holiday? Well, there's nothing I can do about places that are closed. Among the three Raaabe shops, I chose this one, which had the longest interval since my last visit, and decided to try a menu I hadn't had before. The shrimp flavor was strong. Not only the sauce, but also the oil seemed to be made with shrimp, and with each slurp, the flavor and aroma of shrimp lingered in a pleasant way. There was also a slight spiciness. The dish was rich and flavorful, with a decent amount of oil and added lard, giving it a thick and rich taste. As for the toppings, as you can see, there were plenty of ingredients. The lettuce worked well in balancing out the richness of the dish. The noodles were thick and chewy.

I love spicy miso ramen. When I go to a restaurant that mainly serves miso ramen, if they have spicy miso, I will definitely order that without hesitation. However, if the appearance is too tempting, then I might consider something else, especially on a cold day. So, I decided to go with the most orthodox choice, miso ramen. It was delicious, but the flavor wasn't as rich as it looked. Not just the soup, but even the noodles and toppings were on the sweeter, gentler, and more refined side. Some people may prefer this kind of taste, but I felt a little unsatisfied. The shrimp miso ramen also looked delicious, so I'm curious about the taste of that as well.

Under the guardhouse in Hibiya, a few ramen shops have opened in a shared dining space. Among them, Shinzen is a popular shop with multiple locations, even seen in supermarkets. When you order, you are given a buzzer, and after a while, the buzzer will ring to let you know your order is ready, like a food court style. The taste...it didn't give me the same excitement as when I made it at home from the ones sold in the supermarket before, but it's rare to find a miso ramen place in this area, so I would rate it 3.1.

Grilled meat platter miso ramen ¥1,050. It's the season when I want to warm up with miso ramen, but I actually enjoy miso ramen, so I had it even in the summer, and the barbecued meat in the same seasoning was delicious in this ramen. The only difference is the price, which makes me feel the times.

When it gets cold, I always crave miso ramen. On the day of my visit, the weather forecast reported the "coldness of December," so I headed to Ginza feeling chilled. Instead of the trendy lunches in Ginza, I opted for miso ramen today. It was my first visit to the ramen street called Hibiya Gourmet Zone under the Yamanote Line viaduct near Yurakucho. Intrigued by a ramen called "Kanazawa Miso Ramen," I entered the shop swiftly. I ordered the "Ajitama Miso Ramen" at the ticket machine. I handed the food ticket to the kitchen counter of Kanazawa Miso Ramen. The seating was like a food court style, shared by multiple ramen shops. It wasn't as spacious as a shopping mall's food court, with about 30 seats in total. Although it was shortly after opening, there were groups of male office workers who came for an early lunch, each ordering from their preferred ramen shop. After waiting at my seat for about 7-8 minutes, the buzzer signaled that my order was ready. I picked up my ramen and brought it back to my seat. The gentle scent of miso wafted as I walked back. Let's dig in. First, the soup. When I think of Kanazawa in the northern region, I expect a strong salty taste in miso, but this miso soup was mild. It had a subtle sweetness from the koji without the sharp saltiness. The soup didn't have the thick texture often found in miso ramen, which I personally prefer. The medium-thick noodles had a chewy texture that paired well with the soup, making it delicious. The large chashu slices positioned at the center provided a satisfying bite. Among the many hearty and heavy miso ramen options out there, this one was very easy to eat and suited my taste. And as expected, miso warms you up from the core! Thank you for the meal! I will definitely come back.

It is a ramen food court with three shops lined up. The space is clean and has a bar-like atmosphere rather than a traditional ramen shop. The ramen is served quickly and the flavor is a bit mild. The initial impact may be low, but the taste holds up until the end. It might even be a bit on the lighter side. If you can order it stronger, it might be better to ask for a slightly stronger flavor.

Hibiya OKURIJI's ramen avenue, one of the three shops. "Hakata Tonkotsu Shinfu" and "Chuka Soba Fukumori" have already been visited, so this time it's a complete conquest of all stores. Just three shops, is it exaggerated to call it a "conquest" (laughs). Now, what should I eat? In addition to the regular miso ramen, there are options like shrimp miso ramen, salted vegetable tanmen, spicy negi miso ramen, and shrimp miso maze soba, where you can customize the soup flavor or add extra ingredients. This time, let's go with the simplest miso ramen (880 yen). We'll save the advanced options for next time. I approach the order counter. "I'll have the miso ramen, please." "Sure, would you like any toppings?" "No, I'm good." "That will be 880 yen." "Can I use PayPay?" "Sorry, we don't accept that." "Then, can I use a credit card?" "Yes, please insert it here." I make the payment and receive a buzzer. I sit at an available table and prepare some water for myself. Now, all that's left is to wait for the buzzer to ring. While waiting, I observe the Ramen Avenue. There's also a corner called Chelsea Bar that offers alcohol and soft drinks. Happy Hour is from 3 pm to 7 pm on weekdays, where draft beer is 300 yen and highball is 270 yen, half the regular price. Having Happy Hour in Hibiya on a weekday must feel quite luxurious. Eight minutes later, the buzzer rings. I pick up my order, add some garlic and pepper as toppings. Recently, I've been more daring to eat garlic dishes during lunch even on days when I work in the office wearing a mask. Garlic is delicious, after all. I bring the order to my seat and start eating. First, the soup. The aroma of miso rises, stimulating my appetite. The noodles are thick curly noodles. They go perfectly with the rich soup. Eating the noodles, the colored miso soup splashes onto my white shirt, which is a downside (laughs). But, if you eat the noodles without making any noise like a foreigner, it's not as tasty. Today, let's be a little wild! Noodles, go ahead and splash as much as you like! Soup, go ahead and jump around as much as you like! I'll probably get scolded by my wife when I get home... The chashu, vegetables, menma, everything is designed to complement the miso ramen. They provide accents of flavor and texture to ensure the noodles and soup are enjoyed to the fullest. It was delicious! Thank you for the meal!
