After enjoying a fantastic Montevianco at Starbucks Roastery, I headed to this place for lunch. It's a homework store that is only open on weekdays, so I finally got the chance to visit. The restaurant is located among other famous places like Isehiro Kyobashi Main Store and Miyakotori on the Yakitori Street. There was already a line forming before opening, with over 10 people waiting. I was seated at the counter where you can see the chefs grilling the yakitori, and I ordered the Yakitori Donburi (1150 yen). The Yakitori Donburi looked delicious with its shiny appearance and the aroma of the sauce. It came with five different types of yakitori on top: chicken, liver, heart, tsukune (meatballs), and quail egg. The chicken was tender and flavorful, and the sauce-infused seaweed-flavored rice complemented it perfectly. The liver was juicy and tender, the heart had a nice chewy texture, and the tsukune was incredibly delicious with its rich flavor and sauce. The quail egg was tasty with the sprinkle of salt and the sweetness of the yolk. The chicken soup with a kick and the salted cabbage and cucumber were also delicious, pairing well with the sweet and savory sauce of the Yakitori Donburi. All of this for 1150 yen is a fantastic value, and it's no wonder there's always a line. If this place was open on weekends, it would surely be even more crowded. However, the dilemma now is when I can come back since it's only open on weekdays. Thank you for the delicious meal. Visit my blog "Eating, Taking Pictures, Writing" for more details.

The exterior looks well-used and there's a casual display of vegetables by the entrance. Inside, the staff asks "What would you like to order?" in a strong but friendly manner. I ordered the grilled chicken bowl for lunch. The flavor is simple yet refined, and the portion is satisfying. I envy the locals who can eat here every day. It was delicious.

I casually entered a yakitori restaurant and was greeted by the pleasant aroma of grilled chicken. Each skewer was carefully grilled over charcoal, and the sound and scent when the sauce dripped onto the charcoal stimulated my appetite. When I dug into the rice bowl, the grilled chicken, gizzards, liver, meatballs, and quail eggs all had a wonderful aroma. Each bite was perfectly grilled and delicious. The sauce was well balanced and went perfectly with the rice and seaweed. The chicken soup was also delicious, and the pickles served as a palate cleanser. Ah, it was so delicious! Thank you for the blissful moment! I bow my head and say, "Thank you for the meal." Ebisu Shime.

I usually have lunch at my office in Shibuya, where my wife prepares a bento for me. But on a rare occasion when I had work in Kyobashi, I decided to visit Eiichi, a famous yakitori restaurant. For lunch, you can choose between a yakitori bowl or a oyakodon. We sat at the counter on the first floor and watched the chefs grilling the skewers, which got us excited. Then we were led to a table in the basement. The yakitori bowl with five skewers was delicious, with a great sauce, and I finished it in no time before ending the meal with a chicken soup.

Yakiyaki Yakitori♪ [Eiichi] - Yakitori Bowl Established in 1948, this yakitori restaurant offers courses in the evening, but during lunchtime, they only serve yakitori bowls and oyakodon (chicken and egg rice bowl). The place is always packed with customers during lunch, and even if you plan to order oyakodon, you end up getting the yakitori bowl in the end. On this day, I sat at the counter on the first floor, where two skilled chefs were constantly grilling yakitori right in front of me. The yakitori bowl served had 5 types of yakitori - chicken breast, liver, gizzard, tsukune (chicken meatballs), and quail egg. My favorite was the moist and fluffy quail egg. The seasoning was perfect, not too salty, and the surface was crispy while the inside remained moist. I opted for extra rice and left the place completely satisfied.

Eiichi-san from Tsubameya. A restaurant I had been wanting to visit for a long time. I was lucky to arrive just as the first round of customers finished, so I didn't have to wait at all to enter. The lunch menu had two options: Yakitori Don (grilled chicken bowl) for 1,200 yen and Oyako Don (chicken and egg bowl) for 1,000 yen, with an extra 100 yen for a large portion. The first floor had a counter and a few tables. By chance, there was a seat available at the counter. The waitress took my order right away, and then instructed me to go downstairs. I didn't realize there was a basement too, it's not visible from outside. As soon as I entered the basement, I felt relieved as the air conditioning was working better than on the first floor. I was served warm tea (roasted green tea, I think) and pickles. In less than 10 minutes, the eagerly awaited Yakitori Don arrived. It had tsukune (chicken meatballs), chicken gizzard, liver, chicken thigh meat, and three quail eggs. Oh, there's chicken gizzard in it! The sauce was not overly sweet, but had a strong soy sauce flavor. The aroma was delightful. I immediately sprinkled some sansho pepper on it. The tsukune had a nice contrast between the surface and the inside. The liver and chicken thigh meat were cooked perfectly. The chicken thigh meat was moist and delicious. It was different from the grilled chicken you buy at department stores or train stations. The rice was just about right in terms of being moist. Personally, I prefer it this way. If it had been more, I would have been unhappy. I once got angry with my mother at a famous tempura restaurant's branch in Ikebukuro Seibu for having too much sauce at the bottom of the tempura bowl. Since then, I've been cautious. Compared to that incident, this was totally acceptable, and as I ate, the deliciousness of the sauce became more pronounced. It wasn't overly sweet, so it didn't get boring or heavy. It was quite flavorful, but not overpowering. This was good. Although I didn't do it because I was outside, I think it would be delicious to put a lot of pickles on top of the bowl (like red pickled ginger on a beef bowl) and eat it with the grilled chicken and rice. In any case, I definitely want to finish the last bite with the chicken gizzard. I accidentally ate a few pieces of liver first, but I managed to save the gizzard for last. Good job. They also brought me a chicken soup, which was scalding hot! I had it after finishing the bowl. I recommend getting a large portion if you're a man. It took about 15 minutes from sitting down to leaving. I was surprised that I finished in 5-6 minutes. I paid on the first floor. The waitress was still unfriendly. Maybe it's just her nature or maybe something happened. When I went outside, there were 5-6 people waiting in line. Everyone appreciates being able to eat something delicious at this price in this area. That's why they line up. There's a very famous yakitori restaurant nearby, but I wonder if there's a noticeable difference in price. I think I'll go there for comparison, but I'll probably end up coming back here.

One day, let's have lunch at a restaurant that can only be enjoyed on weekdays - "Sakaeichi," a yakitori restaurant near Tokyo Station and Kyobashi Station. Nearby, there are other yakitori restaurants such as Isehiro and Kyobashi Miyakotori where you can have lunch. The interior of the restaurant has counter seats in front of the grilling station and table seats. There also seem to be table seats at the back of the restaurant. I wonder if there are seats downstairs as well? As a solo diner, I was seated at the counter where I could see the chef grilling the yakitori right in front of me. The savory aroma of the yakitori filled the air. The menu consists of only two options: Yakitori Donburi for 1200 yen and Oyakodon for 1000 yen. You can also opt for a larger portion for an additional fee (I believe it was 100 yen). Your order will be taken as soon as you enter the restaurant. While waiting for my donburi, I gazed at the grilled yakitori on the grill. "Yakitori Donburi" for 1200 yen includes Yakitori Donburi, Chicken Soup, and Pickles as a set. It comes with regular meat, liver, gizzard, tsukune, and quail egg. The regular meat was moist and tender, with a nice smoky flavor. The sauce had a hint of sweetness but wasn't overpowering, making it delicious. The rice was cooked just right, not too firm or too soft. The liver had a unique flavor that added to the umami taste. The gizzard had a crunchy texture that was enjoyable to eat. The tsukune had a slightly chewy texture and a good smoky flavor. The quail egg was lightly seasoned with salt, which complemented the dish well. You can also try adding sansho pepper to the chicken meat, or shichimi to the tsukune. The chicken soup was light and had a subtle umami flavor. The pickles had a crispy texture and a nice salty taste. I enjoyed a delicious Yakitori Donburi. Since the restaurant is only open on weekdays, it's not easy to visit, but I would love to come back for another tasty Yakitori Donburi. As I was leaving the restaurant, I thanked the chef at the grill station, and he responded politely. From his demeanor at the grill, I assumed he had the spirit of a craftsman.

The restaurant has become popular with a hundred stores, so there are always waiting customers during lunchtime. Located near Tokyo Station, it attracts office workers of all ages and genders. The counter is spacious with high-quality hinoki wood, which feels nice to the touch. I ordered a yakitori rice bowl with sand liver, liver, chicken breast, and quail. The sauce seeped into the rice, but the flavor of the yakitori itself was weak, lacking the distinct taste of sauce and sansho pepper. The side pickles and broth were simple, so I wished for a stronger sauce flavor to stand out. The meat quality was good, but there was nothing outstanding about the grilling. The two chefs grilling showed sincerity in their work, making me want to visit again at night. Unfortunately, due to the location, I don't have many opportunities to go back. Visited 688 times, rating 3.57.

This is a long-established yakitori restaurant in Kyobashi. For lunch, you can enjoy a yakitori bowl with 5 skewers for 1,200 yen, including tsukune, heart, liver, thigh meat, and quail. It's a hearty and satisfying meal. I haven't been there at night, but the lunch deal seems worth it. #TokyoGourmet #TokyoYakitori #KyobashiGourmet #KyobashiLunch #KyobashiYakitori #EiichiYakitori #WantToConnectWithGourmetLovers #WantToConnectWithYakitoriLovers #yakitorilovers

Sometimes, don't you want to indulge yourself with a luxurious lunch? A reward for yourself? A celebration of something? When I feel that way, I think of three restaurants I want to go to until the last minute before I can actually go. After careful consideration, I have decided on "Sakaeichi," a renowned yakitori restaurant. In my mind, "Sakaeichi" equals yakitori donburi. When I sit at the counter, I immediately order the yakitori donburi. The master and his apprentice each take care of grilling the skewers. Watching them grill the skewers at the counter is like watching a child eagerly waiting for their favorite food made by their mother. The anticipation is part of the flavor. The donburi is topped with five types of yakitori - thigh meat, gizzard, liver, tsukune, and quail egg, all grilled with sauce and served on rice. It's a magnificent sight. With hands together in gratitude, I say, "Itadakimasu." Before I know it, the bowl is empty. I always regret not savoring it more, but that just shows how delicious it was. It was amazing. It was delicious. I will definitely visit again.

I visited a delicious-looking yakitori restaurant on the way to Daimaru for lunch. I ordered the yakitori bowl for 1,200 yen, while the oyakodon was priced at 1,000 yen. Almost everyone in the restaurant was eating the yakitori bowl. The tsukune and momo yakitori were quite tasty, but the liver was just okay. Overall, I was fairly satisfied, but personally, I prefer the yakitori from Isehiro.

I arrived about 10 minutes before opening. There was already one customer ahead of me, and once the restaurant opened, all seats were quickly taken. As soon as I sat down, I was asked for my order. The menu only had two options: yakitori bowl (1,200 yen) or oyakodon (1,000 yen), so I chose the yakitori bowl without hesitation. The bowl included chicken thigh, liver, gizzard, tsukune, and quail, all of which were delicious. Even though I usually don't like liver, I found it tasty as well.

I left Tokyo Station Yaesu North Exit around 11:30 and headed here. This time, I was with a person I met on the Shinkansen. When I saw a line forming in front of the restaurant, I noticed everyone was going in. It seemed like they all entered as soon as the restaurant opened. Not everyone could get in, and there was one group ahead of us. Maybe it's because it's the first round, so it might take some time, I thought. It was hot, and I was wondering what to do when we were invited in. We were guided to the underground seats. The first round was the counter and table on the first floor, and the second round was the table seats downstairs. We were guided to a semi-private room for four people. We ordered the grilled chicken rice bowl right away. It's calmer downstairs, but it's a bit lonely because you can't see the grilling area. When sitting at the counter, watching the craftsmanship of the chefs grilling makes you lose track of time, but when waiting in a private room, conversational skills are required. After tea, pickles were served, and we chatted while waiting for the rice bowl to be served. The rice bowl had five skewers of grilled chicken. The cost performance is good, and most importantly, it's delicious. The person I was with said the liver was especially delicious. The service, such as bringing tea in between, was also polite. After finishing the meal, I wanted to chat a little more, but I was told there were customers waiting outside, so I paid. The surrounding area is undergoing redevelopment, so I don't know how long it will remain in this state, but I want to continue visiting for a while.

Established in 1948, this restaurant in Yaezu Yaki Tori Street offers only two lunch options: Yaki Tori Don and Oyako Don. The traditional Noren curtain at the entrance adds a stylish touch. As soon as you walk through the curtain, you are greeted with "What would you like?" I couldn't resist ordering the Yaki Tori Don, with an extra large portion! The dish consists of quail eggs, tsukune, thigh meat, liver, and gizzard, all grilled on skewers and placed on top of rice. The light chicken soup and chunky pickles are also delicious. The sauce on the Yaki Tori Don here is especially tasty. I will definitely come back again.

In a corner near Kyobashi, there is a street known for yakitori restaurants. One of the famous ones is "Isehiro" located across the street. Note that they are closed on weekends. The restaurants around here may be a bit pricey at night, but they offer relatively reasonable lunch options. When you enter the restaurant, you will be greeted by a savory aroma, and sitting at the counter allows you to watch the skilled chefs in action up close. The menu offers only two items: Yakitori Donburi for 1200 yen and Oyakodon for 1000 yen. This time, I ordered the Yakitori Donburi, which came with skewers of heart, quail egg, chicken thigh, liver, and tsukune arranged neatly on top of rice. Personally, I enjoyed the heart the most, but the liver had no unpleasant smell, and the tsukune was simple and delicious. Also, the yakitori sauce was incredibly tasty! The chicken broth soup served alongside was perfect when mixed with rice. I'm sure the Oyakodon is also delicious.

I heard that the lunch menu was back, so I visited the restaurant right away. I usually go at 11:30, but this day I arrived around 12:57 due to a meeting running late. Just as I arrived, the sign changed to "preparing." The lady let me in with a "cry." Maybe that's why the deliciousness of the grilled chicken bowl stood out!

Eiichi's Yakitori Donburi (Chuo-ku, Tokyo) In a street filled with the smoke of grilling skewers, I enjoyed a delicious bowl at Eiichi's. Just a 5-minute walk from Tokyo Station Yaesu Exit, you'll find yourself in the alley of Kyobashi Ichome where traditional yakitori shops like Miyakitori, Isehiro, and Eiichi stand side by side. Seeking a tasty lunch, I stumbled upon Miyakitori's Yakitori Set meal last time. Indulging in yakitori in broad daylight felt luxurious. This time, I decided to try Eiichi's Yakitori Donburi that caught my eye last time. Passing by the long line of tourists at Isehiro, I let out a sigh and headed to Eiichi. Luckily, I didn't have to wait and was promptly led downstairs. During lunch hours, you can choose between Yakitori Donburi or Oyakodon. Without hesitation, I ordered the Yakitori Donburi. After enjoying the pickles brought to me first with cold tea, the generously portioned bowl arrived. It had 5 skewers of yakitori - thigh, gizzard, quail, liver, and tsukune. Starting with the thigh, the freshly grilled yakitori turned out to be juicier than expected, making me happy. While I usually prefer salt with yakitori, the sauce is the way to go with a donburi. Sprinkling some sansho pepper for flavor change, I savored the meal. Engrossed in eating, I left a bit of rice to finish by pouring chicken soup over it. A satisfying meal in the middle of the day. Thank you for the feast. #Eiichi #Kyobashi #YaesuGourmet #TokyoStation #Yakitori #YakitoriDonburi #yakitori lovers #connecting with foodies #gourmet haiku #foodie club #TonkotsuShoTaro

I entered the restaurant around 12:40 on a regular day and was seated at an empty table. The first-floor counter and table seats were full. I ordered the yakitori bowl without hesitation and it arrived in about 5 minutes. As always, it was an all-star dish. The yakitori bowl at Eiichi is definitely delicious. Thank you for the meal.

Today's lunch was at the famous yakitori restaurant "Eiichi" in Kyobashi. During lunchtime, you can choose between yakitori donburi or oyakodon, and I always order the "yakitori donburi". This is my favorite restaurant where I had my first yakitori donburi in my life. The rice is topped with seaweed, and neatly lined up with regular meat, liver, gizzard, tsukune, and quail egg. Only the quail egg is salted, the rest is marinated. The yakitori donburi here, which you can feel the aroma of charcoal, has perfect grilling, and once it is served, it's a direct showdown with the yakitori donburi. It's delicious and the showdown ends quickly. The pickled vegetables on the side have a refreshing flavor with the scent of perilla, serving as a good palate cleanser. The soup is a simple but very elegant taste with the condensed flavor of chicken. The pickled vegetables and chicken soup firmly support the yakitori donburi, and it's still a great combination. This yakitori donburi is always a straightforwardly delicious dish whenever I have it. Personally, it is by far my favorite yakitori donburi. I look forward to visiting this restaurant again. Today's order: Yakitori donburi, 1,200 yen.

Lunch options are between Yakitori Don (grilled chicken rice bowl) or Oyakodon (chicken and egg rice bowl). As it's a well-known yakitori place, I ended up choosing the Yakitori Don. The Yakitori Don consists of 5 different types of skewered chicken placed on a bed of rice - liver, gizzard, quail egg, tsukune (chicken meatball), and thigh. The liver has no unpleasant smell, the gizzard has a nice crunchy texture, the thigh is moist and flavorful, and the tsukune's cartilage adds a nice texture. The quail egg with coarse salt is a great touch. Yakitori Don from a yakitori restaurant never disappoints. The pickled vegetables and chicken soup were also delicious, so the overall satisfaction level is high.

The highly anticipated yakitori bowl! I went in the middle of a typhoon, so I thought there wouldn't be any customers, but surprisingly there were quite a few. The nearby office workers are strong. There were quite a few seats downstairs, and it seemed like they could accommodate about 20 people. The yakitori bowl I was looking for had chicken thigh, gizzard, liver, quail egg, and tsukune! The chicken thigh was like charcoal-grilled yakitori as soon as I put it in my mouth! It had a nice charcoal aroma and the meat was quite juicy. I wanted to finish with this, so I left the rest. I really like gizzard, but this might not have been the best. However, it had a good crunchy texture and was delicious! I'm not a big fan of liver, and this wasn't the most amazing I've had, but it had no odor and had a good flavor, like yakitori shop liver. The quail egg had salt sprinkled on top, and I quite liked it! It was delicious even when eaten with rice! I don't usually order eggs with yakitori, but I might like this! Finally, the tsukune. I love it as much as the chicken thigh! The sauce was flavorful, and the tsukune was quite large with a chunky texture. I love the nostalgic atmosphere of the restaurant! I want to go again next time when it's not raining (at least not during a typhoon).
