Treat yourself to a special dinner! I chose a popular restaurant in Kanda, the sister store of <Abagura> called Kuzushi Teppan Abagura Ebisu store. It is located on the 7th floor of GEMS Ebisu, a trendy area with many stylish restaurants. The atmosphere is sophisticated and refined, perfect for the adult atmosphere of Ebisu. We reserved the luxurious course with all-you-can-drink for 2 hours, including a selection of 10 premium local sakes. The menu was filled with a variety of dishes including meat, seafood, vegetables, and seasonal ingredients. The drink menu was also impressive with a good selection of Japanese sake and wine. We started with a refreshing Asahi Super Dry beer, followed by dishes like grated sweet potatoes, bonito sashimi, uni and wagyu beef roll, truffle toast, autumn delicacies plate, fried local smelt, and more. Each dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. We also enjoyed sparkling wine and white wine with our meal. The experience was delightful, and we savored every bite and sip.

I went to Abagura in Kanda before and it was very delicious with good value for money, so I also visited the Shibuya branch. I reserved the same lunch special course as before (6000 yen including tax). The Kanda branch had a calm and chic atmosphere, while this one had a lot of young people and was lively and casual. This kind of atmosphere is not bad either. The course includes 14 dishes, including the dessert at the end. It's impossible not to enjoy so many different dishes. It started with warm grated frosty Chinese cabbage and oyster. A welcome drink was included, so I toasted with sparkling wine. Next was the famous Hokkaido horse dung sea urchin wrapped in black Wagyu beef. It made me laugh. Next was my favorite, homemade truffle butter spread on fluffy toast, grilled on an iron plate, then sliced Himalayan truffle sprinkled on top. Tempura lotus root topped with Parmesan cheese, and further sprinkled with dashi salt and suki powder. It was so delicious. The bread is light, so I could eat many more. Then came the rolled anago omelette from Tsushima, followed by a bonito sushi for a palate cleanser, and then grilled legs of Kinosaki crab, turbot teppanyaki soup, and finally steak. A comparison of two types of black Wagyu beef. The sides were Brussels sprouts and spinach. For a palate cleanser, there was persimmon and cream cheese with white vinegar miso. The rice dish was a special pork and beef tendon topped okonomiyaki. After a refreshing black Wagyu beef soup, there was dessert with chocolate terrine and fruit gazpacho. I drank a glass of white wine (Chardonnay, 600 yen) and sake such as Kiyoshi and Hidakami, spending around 9000 yen per person. I could come here many times.

I used it for a birthday celebration. I had reserved a counter seat, so I thought they would cook in front of me, but they actually prepared the meal on a different teppan and then placed it in front of me, which was a bit disappointing. The food was delicious and there was a good variety, so I think it's reasonably priced for what you get! However, the service could be improved. The staff didn't come to refill our drinks even when they were empty, and the explanations of the dishes were vague. Also, the servers' sleeves were too long and could potentially touch the food. The restaurant was quiet on a weekday night, and it's conveniently located near the station, making it a good option for a date or a small celebration!

I made a reservation for 11:30 on a weekday and visited the restaurant. It seems that they may require reservations as they were turning away customers without one. I ordered the 200g hamburger and 60g steak course, and both were delicious with juicy hamburger and tender steak. As mentioned in another review, the service was not particularly special and may not be suitable for those seeking a high level of hospitality, but it did not bother me. I would like to visit this restaurant again!

Good points:
- Each dish was small, but there were many different items to enjoy.
- The cleanliness of the interior and the restaurant was good.
Areas for improvement:
- The staff seemed unfriendly and the overall service was lacking.
- Despite still having our meal, they started cleaning with what seemed like detergent being sprayed around.
- The taste was good, but I may not come back due to the service.

Cost-effective, wide variety of dishes, it was great. Truffle toast is delicious for sure! The sea urchin was also good, with a nice flavor. The steak was not too heavy, which was good. Everything was good! I want to come back for dinner as well. Thank you for the meal.

I visited for lunch on a regular day after making a reservation. It is recommended to reserve good ingredients the day before as they may run out. For 6,600 yen, I enjoyed 16 delicious dishes. The sea urchin was rich in flavor, and the meat was delicious. The truffle toast was a new experience, with a lovely aroma that paired well with butter and bread. It went perfectly with the hamo and plum dish. The squid sushi was tender and tasty, although I didn't taste much ink. The sweetfish was crispy and fluffy, very delicious. The turban shell was consistently delicious. The steak was generous in portion, perfectly balanced in fat content, and went well with salt. It was delicious. The okonomiyaki was rich and heavy, a real treat! Thank you for the wonderful meal.

The restaurant is conveniently located near the station, with a calm atmosphere. Although the portion size of each dish is not large, there are many dishes so you will be full. The abalone and spiny lobster were delicious. The pace of serving the dishes was just right, not too slow or too fast. Thank you for the feast.

We previously used the same course for dinner and it cost 30,000 yen for 2 people. This time, we used it for lunch with 4 people and it also cost 30,000 yen. Lunch is definitely a better deal. The taste of all dishes was delicious and the portion size was satisfying. It is recommended for its good cost performance.

My experience at Kuzushi Teppan Abagura Ebisu was a very enjoyable time. This restaurant, specializing in steak and teppanyaki, pays great attention to the quality of their dishes. The steak I ordered was impressively tender and flavorful, spreading deliciousness in my mouth. The dishes are cooked right in front of you on the teppan, allowing you to enjoy not only the meal but also the performance. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is calm and perfect for enjoying delicious food while engaging in conversation. The staff members were also kind and provided attentive service. Dining at Kuzushi Teppan Abagura Ebisu was truly a special experience. I look forward to visiting again.

The course had a small amount of food but a wide variety. The live kitchen was also good. The abalone was tender with no strong taste, easy to eat. The truffle-topped bread had a good amount of truffle salt, adding a nice flavor. The Ichibo was lean but cooked to a medium-rare tenderness. If I had to say something, I wish they had asked about my preferred doneness for the steak meat at the beginning.

Abagura is the place to go for affordable teppanyaki. I've been to the Kanda location before, but this was my first time at the Ebisu one. The Ebisu location is more spacious. The food is delicious. Recommended for solo dining: ⭐️⭐️⭐️

-The course includes unique creative dishes such as Wagyu beef and sea urchin rolls, and truffle toast, different from the typical teppanyaki menu, with good value for money.
-The meat is delicious as usual, but the seafood dishes are well-prepared, with no hint of fishiness in the crab and sea urchin, bringing out their flavors.
-The atmosphere is calm but not too quiet or too loud, making it easy for groups to enjoy.
-The overall serving portions are small but with a variety of dishes, making it just right for enjoying some drinks and conversation. It may not be suitable for those with a big appetite.

I ordered the course menu. The dishes were served at a good pace, and I enjoyed watching the cooking on the hot plate in front of me. I was able to try a variety of dishes little by little and became full. This is a recommended restaurant for couples or girls' gatherings with a nice atmosphere.

I used it as a celebration for my naturalization day. I ordered the luxurious indulgence course for 11,000 yen including tax. There were about 15 dishes, each with a decent portion, and my stomach was satisfied. In particular, the comparison between the steak and the ichibo was impressive, and I was able to truly appreciate my preferences for meat. We each ordered 3 drinks for a total of about 29,000 yen for 2 people.

I ordered the 8,800 yen course. The truffle butter toast was the most delicious. Although there are many dishes, each dish is small so you won't get full. The service was mediocre, so I don't think I will visit again.
- The staff's voices when serving were too quiet to understand (all three people who served us).
- I reserved a counter seat for the teppanyaki course, but the teppanyaki in front of me was just for placing dishes (I was expecting cooking in front of me).
- The final soup was skipped and dessert was served instead (when I mentioned it, the soup came after dessert).
- The water glasses smelled bad.

It was great to be able to eat while watching it being cooked right in front of us on the hot plate✨ It was a course meal, but the portion wasn't too big so even women can easily finish it☺️ They also had Japanese sake, so I think it would be great to pair it with Japanese food for those who like it.

The portion sizes are quite small, even for course meals. You won't feel full after eating here. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was nice, but the teppanyaki was not done in front of you at the counter, they just bring the finished dish to you. The reason for the low rating this time was that the vegetables for the main steak dish were spilled by the staff and only a small portion was put on the plate. It seemed like they were going to throw away the rest. Shouldn't they have asked for permission from the customer first? This was the first time I experienced this kind of service in a course meal, and I was surprised. I won't be coming back to this restaurant. Disappointing.

The location near the station is convenient and the atmosphere is nice, but the downside is that the seats are close to each other. Since it was daytime, there were many groups of women, but it wasn't full so I thought it would be nice if they could seat us further apart. The food was delicious overall, but the beef steak was especially good. The portion sizes are relatively small, so it seems just right for female customers. I had both red and white wine as drinks, and I think they offer good value for the price. If they included coffee after the meal, it would be perfect. The service was also good.

I visited the Ebisu for dinner at the Kanda branch, which has been selected as one of the top 100 restaurants on Tabelog. This time, I made a reservation and visited the Ebisu branch on a weekday night. I tried the following dishes:
- Silky sweet soup
- Uni (sea urchin) wrapped in black wagyu beef
- Truffle butter toast
- Lotus root with Parmigiano cheese and karasumi powder
- Tamagoyaki (Japanese rolled omelette) with conger eel
- Sushi with bonito
- Kanimeshi (crab rice)
- Kinmedai (golden eye snapper) soup
- Comparison of different cuts of black wagyu beef
- Butatama (pork and egg)
Despite being full, I finished all the dishes as they were delicious. I ordered wine by the glass this time, but they also offer pairing and all-you-can-drink courses. The cost performance is excellent. Lunch is also popular, so I would like to visit for lunch as well.
I found a great restaurant that can be used for dates~(^_^) The teppanyaki here has good value for money in this area! It would be even better if the staff could be a little more polite and provide explanations. We ordered the chef's recommended abagura course for two people~ I made a reservation for Sunday night and it was almost fully booked, so it's better to make a reservation~
