Order: Sanmark Hot Sandwich Set 620 yen (BLT sandwich, blend coffee S)
Food & Drink Evaluation: BLT Sandwich: The system where you pick up bread or sandwiches from the showcase and pay for them. The hot sandwich was cold to the touch when picked up, but they reheat it for 1-2 minutes after payment. The bread of the hot sandwich is crispy on the outside due to the reheating process, giving it a very satisfying texture. The inside is soft and while the scent of wheat is not strong, it is still enjoyable. The ingredients include bacon, cheese, lettuce, and tomato, and I was surprised to find that even the inside ingredients were piping hot after just a few minutes of reheating. The seasoning was also delicious. Additionally, I appreciated that the ingredients were spread throughout the entire sandwich, not just at the edges. Blend Coffee S: The coffee had a relatively strong bitterness and a fragrant aroma. Perhaps it would have been better as an iced coffee instead of hot.
Ambiance & Service Evaluation: The interior is similar to other Sanmark Cafes, with a relatively calm atmosphere. The cleanliness was well-maintained, giving off a sense of hygiene. The service was also good.
Likelihood of revisiting: The hot sandwich was unexpectedly delicious, and I would like to revisit.

I got excited when I saw the Hawaiian Host chocolate croissant. I want to go to Hawaii! The Royal Milk Tea is a bit pricey at 440 yen for a small size. I wish the restroom was a little cleaner.

I ordered the Caramel Mont Blanc parfait. It had soft serve ice cream, Mont Blanc, Oreo cookies, and flakes. It was delicious. San Marco's sweets never disappoint. The fact that there were few flakes was also a plus. It's hard to choose between the Deni Blanc and this one.

Located about a 5-minute walk from Asakusabashi Station, there is Sanmark. I ordered the Deni Blanc and Soy Latte. The Deni Blanc had a black honey Mont Blanc flavor. Soft serve ice cream and Danish pastry go well together, and the Mont Blanc was delicious too. It would be even better if the Danish pastry was a bit softer.

Discovered a San Marco Café right near Asakusabashi Station. Since it's hot today, I want to cool down a bit with an iced coffee. So, I ordered an 'Iced Coffee (S) 300 yen'. The interior is long and narrow with a clean and new look. There seems to be a second floor, but the first floor was relatively empty so I chose to sit there. Whenever I come to San Marco Café, I always crave their chocolate croissants displayed at the counter. But I just had lunch, so unfortunately, I had to pass this time. It's really nice to be able to enjoy a delicious coffee for only 300 yen and take a break here!

Asakusabashi is a place I occasionally visit for shop supplies at Shimojima. It's fun just to browse around for wrapping paper, bags, and more. When I get tired from walking around the store, or when I feel like having something sweet, it's the perfect place. They offer Coffee Jelly Parfait and Strawberry Parfait, both for ¥540. They used to serve them in tall glass containers, but recently they switched to low ceramic bowls. It's easier to eat from, but it's not as visually appealing as before. The desserts were delicious and gentle on the body.

Ah, I want to sit down, open my iPad, and make phone calls non-stop. Alright, let's go to the cafe. Oh no, it's crowded with people. Everyone loves cafes, huh? There's a second floor, so I'll buy a coffee and head up there. The second floor isn't as crowded as I thought. San Marco Blend Hot Coffee for 300 yen. Oh, it's in a plastic cup, not a coffee cup. Well, it's not too expensive, but if I'm paying 300 yen, I might as well pay 530 yen and go to Komeda Coffee instead. In about 20 seconds, the coffee is ready. Oh, it's not in a coffee cup, it's in a plastic cup. Oh well. Upstairs is so crowded, everyone loves cafes. There are hardly any empty seats. I'll just sit at a seat next to someone. Sipping my coffee. Not really feeling relaxed. I want to open my iPad and make phone calls non-stop, but the seats are so close together, it's hard to make calls. Let's just enjoy the coffee for now. Oh, the person next to me left. I'll move to the empty seat next to me and start my non-stop phone call time. Phew, in the end, I was able to do a lot of work.

I sometimes use it. It's Sanmark Cafe, famous for its chocolate croissants. It's within a 1-minute walk from Asakusabashi Station East Exit. There aren't many seats on the first floor, but there are more on the second floor. You can relax more on the second floor. Opening time: Saturday 10:30 am
What I ordered this time:
- Homemade quiche (bacon & tomato) 250 yen
- American coffee (small) 300 yen
The coffee is surprisingly expensive. The quiche seems to be baked in the shop. It was just delicious. Thank you for the meal!

Adjusted my schedule and visited the San Marco Cafe in Asakusabashi. I had been to this place when it was still a Doutor, but despite it changing to a San Marco Cafe a while ago, this was my first time entering. There were hardly any customers at around 6 pm, so I was able to relax and enjoy my time. Unfortunately, they were already out of chocolate croissants at that time. I think it's because it gets crowded during the daytime due to the location. And... the coffee was a bit too bitter for my liking. San Marco Cafe's coffee tends to be like that, right? Across the tracks, the Doutor on the other side is still going strong, so depending on your preference, it might be good to switch between the San Marco Cafe on the north side and the Doutor on the south side. Also, one more thing. They no longer provide drinks in glasses or ceramic cups! Using plastic cups or paper cups for dine-in feels a bit bland... (It seems even the current plastic cups will eventually be replaced with paper cups)

I was drawn in by the strawberry cheese drink at the storefront and ended up wandering into the cafe. When I think of Saint Marc Cafe, I think of their chocolate croissant! I was about to pick up the chocolate croissant that was lined up at the counter, but I changed my mind and went for the strawberry chocolate croissant instead. For my drink at the counter, I changed my mind again and went for the strawberry banana smoothie (laughs). I had a fairytale-like afternoon filled with strawberries. I think Saint Marc Cafe offers some really delicious items among chain cafes. The strawberry chocolate croissant this time was also delicious with its crispy and flaky pastry. Thank you for the meal!

I had breakfast at this place. I ordered the "Daily Bread Morning Set (with vegetable juice) for 360 yen (excluding tax)." The bread was a ham and cheese toast sandwich. They served it slightly warm, which was nice! The ham, cheese, and lettuce hot sandwich is a classic combination that never disappoints! The portion size was just right for breakfast. For the drink, you can choose any drink other than coffee for 70 yen (excluding tax), so I chose the vegetable juice. It's great to be able to relax in the morning at this price! (*´ω`*)

Today, I had breakfast at Asakusabashi. It's been a while since I've been to Saint Marc Cafe. The bread changes daily, today it was sausage. The coffee has a strong flavor. It was delicious. March 23, 2017, used for breakfast.

At Asakusabashi Station East Exit, there was a Gudetama Choco Cro at the San Marco Cafe storefront (^○^) I must buy it (laughs). I entered the store, and surprisingly, it was not very crowded in the afternoon! Gudetama...what is it? It's ¥20 more expensive than a regular Choco Cro (^o^;) Including an iced coffee size small, the total was ¥421. I didn't compare it with a regular Choco Cro, but...is it the same? On the back of the bag, it says, "Ah...it's hot outside" (laughs).

I use it occasionally because it's close to the station. The interior of the store is not that spacious, but there are many seats so you can usually find a place to sit. It's a shame that there is no charging space on the second floor.
