1 What is SAVOY?
SAVOY, which sparked the current Naples pizza boom that is now commonplace throughout Tokyo, opened in 1995 near Naka-Meguro Station. At that time, Japanese pizza was only the American style brought by the occupying forces, but owner Susumu Kakinuma imported a wood-fired oven necessary to bake Neapolitan pizza. The pizzeria, which only offers Margherita and Marinara in the authentic style, became explosively popular. Kakinuma sold SAVOY in 2007 and then reopened in the same location as "Seirinkan." Seirinkan has now become a renowned pizzeria selected as one of the top 100 pizza restaurants by Tabelog every year. On the other hand, SAVOY has also established itself as a top restaurant, with two stores (Classic and Tomato Cheese) in Azabu-Juban, as well as stores in Mishuku and Meguro.

3 Three SAVOY Classic stores
There is only one entrance, but inside SAVOY Classic, there are three different areas: SAVOY Classic, Domi-La, and Woodstock Tokyo. SAVOY Classic replicates the original SAVOY in Azabu-Juban, Domi-La offers new pizza varieties, and Woodstock Tokyo specializes in meat, fish, and vegetable dishes cooked in an oven.
4 SAVOY Classic lunch menu
The lunch menu at SAVOY includes peach tea, salad, and Margherita or Marinara for 1,100 yen. Domi-La's lunch starts from 2,200 yen, while Woodstock Tokyo only serves dinner and is relatively expensive.
5 Atmosphere inside SAVOY Classic
Inside, Domi-La is in the front, SAVOY in the middle, and Woodstock Tokyo at the back. SAVOY's area has only counter seats, but it is cozy with a large black pizza oven that adds a cool touch. You can see the pizza dough being made right in front of you, creating a stylish yet homey atmosphere.
