Sushi Daichi Sushi TOKYO 2022 Top 100 Award-winning Restaurant This is a sushi restaurant located along Meiji Street in Minami-Azabu, Tokyo. Reservations are by appointment only and are difficult for new reservations as they are by introduction only. Today, I was able to visit thanks to an invitation from a regular customer. Thank you very much. The restaurant is open for dinner only, with lunch served only on Sundays. It is located on the first floor of "Oriental Minami-Azabu," about a 10-minute walk from Hiroo Station Exit 1. The restaurant has a counter with 8 seats. The menu consists of only one omakase course. The head chef has honed his skills at the "Sushi Sei" group and uses the same "Yamayuki" tuna as "Sushi Saito." Both the appetizers and nigiri were very satisfying. With bright and polite service, I think it is a wonderful sushi restaurant where you can enjoy delicious nigiri. Thank you very much. It was a feast. Delicious! I was taken there by a regular customer for my first visit. The location is a bit inconvenient, but I think it's worth going to this place. They have a variety of appetizers and unique dishes. The selection of sake was also to my liking. I thought the bill might be high since I drank quite a bit, but the cost performance was good. I would like to visit again.

I haven't visited this restaurant since the year before last, but everything I tried was delicious. I particularly liked the first three pieces - Kinmedai, Kisu, and Shinko. The Uni was also rich and tasty. The shape of the sushi and the balance between the rice and the topping were perfect for me. Especially this time, the vinegar in the rice was just right and really suited my taste. It reminded me of Sushi Masaru in Kudanshita. It's been a while since I last visited, so I don't remember much, but I wish I had come back sooner.

I visited Daichi-san's restaurant that I had heard rumors about! First of all, the chef was friendly and polite! The interior of the restaurant is stylish and has a calm atmosphere. In this type of sushi restaurant, I often end up feeling too full before I can enjoy the sushi, but here the portion was just right and the sushi was incredibly delicious. I regularly visit this restaurant. Personally, it is the second place I go to in Tokyo after Sushi Saito. The cutting technique is cool and the sushi is great. The conversation is natural and the staff is funny. Daichi is a nice guy, that's what I like.

Daichi-san, as expected, it was amazing! I didn't realize that the taste could change so much depending on the vessel, even with the same sake. I visited the introduction-only sushi restaurant "Daichi" in Hiroo. It takes more than 15 minutes to walk from Hiroo, so many people visit by car. The private space with only a counter and a friendly head chef creates a calm atmosphere to enjoy sushi. The photos are arranged in the order of the dishes. The style is to start with appetizers. Sashimi, simmered dishes, grilled dishes are served in a well-balanced tempo. I couldn't help but have some sake. The nigiri sushi is very orthodox. It is a meticulous work without any ostentation. I had 10 pieces of nigiri sushi and a roll, which was a sufficient amount. The tuna was served as akami, chutoro, and otoro, allowing you to feel the difference in flavor. It enhances the satisfaction. Lastly, a handmade water yokan was served. It was so fresh and delicious. It's a sushi restaurant where you'd want to take someone special.
