Last time I reviewed, I was in tears because the restaurant was closing, but it reopened with a new name. I was surprised. The interior remains the same, with the same tablecloths and silverware. It made me feel relieved. I forgot to review again, but this time I had photos. I visited in mid-February, close to Valentine's Day, and received a small baked treat as a gift. Thank you. The dinner here is only 2000 yen for this small course. Surprising, right? The taste is great, but the presentation is also wonderful. The foam served with the appetizer is made from kelp dashi, and there is hyaluronic acid jelly and black sesame dressing for the ladies. All the vegetables are from their own farm. The meat sauce is either truffle sauce or cassis sauce, both incredibly delicious. Even though it's been a while since I last visited, they remembered me. I will definitely come back again. It's one of my favorite restaurants.

Located right in the heart of Ginza, this restaurant offers excellent value for its price! They use organic vegetables, which is rare and shows their high consciousness. However, there was no particular explanation or introduction of the vegetables. I couldn't help but wonder if that was intentional. The entrance may be a bit intimidating for solo diners, but once inside, the atmosphere is calming. The taste is above average. I ordered the lobster tomato cream pasta, which had a generous amount of noodles and left me satisfied. However, the noodles were slightly soft, which was a bit disappointing. With reasonable prices and a great location, I overall enjoyed my experience and would consider returning. I would like to try their grilled meat dishes next time.

I want to eat pasta ❤️, so I managed to find some time and thought it would be nice if it's not too crowded during the gaps in my schedule. I found a building right in front of GINZA SIX, the location is perfect ❤️ I was drawn in as if being sucked in by the building right in front of me. I was able to relax in a spacious seat ❤️ There were many other dishes I wanted to try. The salad was plentiful, the lobster was firm and juicy, and I wish there were more options for drinks and desserts ❤️

We used it with 6 men for a company launch. It was a 4980 yen course, but it was very good in terms of appearance, taste, and volume. We used a semi-private room, but you can hear the voices next door, so you can't make noise. It's a trattoria where you can enjoy your meal slowly. Next time, it seems like I will go with my family.

Celebrating the promotion of a fellow recruit to president at an Italian restaurant in Ginza. The former GINSAI PLUS is now Trattoria Italia Ginza. We sat at the lowest-ranked table, while four senior colleagues sat together. I was very nervous, but I had a stimulating time. The food, especially the meat, was incredibly tender and delicious. For the second stop, we went to a bar with 3,000 types of Western liquor, where we continued to enjoy a night of learning and experiencing new things together. #GinzaItalian #GinzaDinner #Trattoria

Trattoria Italia Ginza. I made a reservation and visited. I tried the spring special lunch course (4,500 yen) which included appetizers like quiche, salad, soup, pasta, meat, and dessert. The quiche, soup, meat, and dessert were delicious.

I made a reservation for a solo lunch at a restaurant located in the B1 floor of the building across from Ginza Six, which is easy to find. The atmosphere inside the restaurant seemed to be mostly women, with groups of two or more enjoying their meals. The course included a choice of one drink (I chose red sparkling wine), an amuse-bouche, three appetizers, a hearty salad with delicious orange dressing (although it had canned mandarin oranges which seemed a bit odd), green pea soup, and pasta with whitebait and spring vegetables in aglio e olio sauce. The pasta was flavorful with a variety of vegetables like mushrooms, fava beans, and tomatoes. The main course was a sirloin steak with grilled vegetables, and the meat was tender. Bread was not served with the course. For dessert, I had the strawberry mille-feuille with ice cream, and the pastry was crispy. I also enjoyed a rich cup of coffee (included in the café free course). As the lunch time was ending, it got a bit rushed towards the end, but the female staff provided good service. Overall, I think it's a cost-effective restaurant with a good location. Since they offer a lunch menu in the 1000 yen range without a reservation, I look forward to trying it next time.

I used it for a friend's birthday party. Every dish in the course meal, made with seasonal vegetables and carefully selected ingredients, was delicious and beautifully presented! The two types of desserts were also luxurious and delightful. Unfortunately, it seems that the course can only be ordered when people have time, but I will definitely make time to go and eat there again!

I visited Ginza SIX's Noh theater after watching a Noh performance. This was my second visit, and I had reserved a course menu with all-you-can-drink option. The staff's service was always excellent, no matter when I visited. They offered a great selection of drinks including draft beer, sparkling wine, white wine, red wine, whiskey, cocktails, and soft drinks. The food was top-notch with no shortcuts taken. Starting with an amuse-bouche, followed by a colorful vegetable appetizer, a black sesame salad, and a Tuscany sausage with addictive potato fries, the meal continued with penne pasta and red meat with demiglace sauce. Each dish was meticulously prepared with delicious flavors, and despite the generous portions, I managed to finish everything. The dinner costed less than 5000 yen, which I believe is great value for money. It's a wonderful restaurant, but in my opinion, a slightly brighter color scheme for the walls, tables, and sofas would make it even more inviting and likely to thrive.

Ginsai, located in the heart of Ginza on the 5th block of Chuo Street, has changed its name to "Trattoria Italia" without me realizing it! I visited the restaurant at 12:00, miraculously without a reservation. The special pasta lunch caught my eye this time. It came with an amazing deal - tomato cream sauce with half a lobster, along with salad, soup, a bite-sized dessert, and coffee for only 1350 yen! The lobster in the pasta was delicious, and the soup was refreshing with green peas. I was also happy to learn that if you add the restaurant on LINE, you can get a 100 yen discount. This Italian restaurant serves tasty vegetables, and I would love to come back for dinner sometime. Located at the bottom of the stairs leading to the basement of the building across from GINZA SIX. The interior of the restaurant is not very spacious, but it was quite crowded. Many customers were dining alone. - Sparkling water (450 yen): The brand of the sparkling water was not specified, and the price of 450 yen for a glass seemed a bit high. The carbonation was quite strong, almost hitting the face. - Short course (2000 yen): - Caponata and smelt fritters: The fritters were crispy, and the smelt had a subtle bitterness that was delicious. - Assorted appetizers: Caprese with mozzarella and tomato, smoked duck, beet potato salad. The spices in the Caprese were well-balanced. - Chilled pea potage with chia seeds and berries: Not bad, but not a favorite. - Grilled kainomi (beef cheek) and vegetables: The portion of kainomi was small, but there were plenty of vegetables which was nice. The beef cheek lunch seemed to have a larger portion of kainomi. - Aloe yogurt dessert: The waiter was very attentive and made the dining experience enjoyable. It would be nice to have Free WiFi since the signal was weak in the basement.

The food was mediocre in taste and portion for the price. The sausage and potatoes tasted like frozen food you would find in a bento box. The meat was small and the sauce was lacking. The wine was also not very good.

The other day, I visited Trattoria Italia in Ginza. Despite its location in front of Ginza Six, the prices were reasonable and the food was delicious! I was surprised that I could eat pasta and pizza at this price! I will definitely visit again!

I visited Common Maintenance for their shareholder benefits. I used to love Ginza on the old Dentsu Street (Sotobori Street) and always used my benefits there. Unfortunately, it closed during the pandemic. The owner or manager who always provided great service has also left, but I heard they moved and changed the name of the restaurant to Central Street. The chef is still the same and the food is as delicious and healthy as always. I had uni amuse-bouche, a bubbly appetizer, venison pate (which was amazing and went well with wine), and my favorite homemade quiche. The young female staff were attentive and explained everything well, even though the place was almost full. Despite the change in location and name, they have kept the essence of Ginza intact. I was impressed by their dedication to the food. They change their menu seasonally, so I will definitely visit again soon. I hope Ginza will reopen someday.

I was so surprised. In Ginza, there is such a wonderful Italian restaurant, and the dinner costs only two thousand yen. When I heard the price, I thought maybe I would just get a small portion of pasta or pizza, with a salad and a drink included. But it turned out to be a full course meal starting with an amuse-bouche, followed by appetizers, soup, main course (beef), dessert, and coffee. I was amazed. The amuse-bouche was really an amuse-bouche, with autumn vegetable caponata and seaweed zeppole. Even with some prosciutto! The appetizers were too beautiful. Bonito tartare with arugula tabbouleh. Topped with salmon roe and sea urchin, even gold leaf! The bonito tartare also added to the autumn vibes. The soup was also well-prepared, with butter squash potage. At this price, you would usually expect a plain consommé or a common corn potage, right? But butter squash really gets me excited. And then, the main course was roasted Angus beef sirloin with mushroom sauce. Again, feeling the autumn vibes. Wow, the meat was so tender. For dessert, there was sweet potato Mont Blanc and chestnut ice cream. Perfect with coffee. It's all about autumn! The presentation was beautiful and I was completely satisfied. All the vegetables are from their own farm, so it's healthy. You can get so many different vegetables here, it's amazing. I know I keep saying this, but all of this for two thousand yen. I had to confirm the price when I paid. It's a shame they don't accept PayPay, though. But two thousand yen. Two thousand yen. I was truly surprised.

I visited this restaurant for lunch for the first time. They had just renewed in early July and were offering a special deal, so I made a reservation for the course meal. According to the staff, they use plenty of organic vegetables from their own farm, not only in the main dishes but also in the salads and side vegetables. The 7-course meal started with an amuse-bouche, followed by a platter of 3 appetizers, a colorful salad, chilled corn soup, tomato cream pasta with lobster, roasted A5 wagyu beef, and dessert. Each course was delicious and fulfilling. It was great to enjoy a variety of fresh organic vegetables in addition to the pasta and main dishes. The meal also came with a post-dinner drink, and I left very satisfied. The restaurant is located in the basement of a building across from Ginza Six. There were a few walk-in customers, but they were turned away as the restaurant was fully booked. It's recommended to make a reservation for weekend or holiday lunches.

The restaurant has transformed from Italian to creative Japanese cuisine, then back to Italian with a new renovation. Despite the name changes, the use of plenty of vegetables in the dishes is always pleasing. The Caesar salad is filled with various vegetables, and the chilled corn soup is delicious. The curry, with a mild spiciness, is also loaded with colorful vegetables. The only downside is that the food takes a bit of time to be served. The mini desserts were quickly devoured.

I visited an Italian restaurant that opened on Chuo Street in Ginza 6-chome, after GINSAI PLUS. The interior and concept of the dishes seem to be similar to the previous restaurant. For lunch, they offer pasta and course meals, but today they had a special pizza lunch with a drink included, probably for the renewal celebration. I chose the Quattro Formaggi pizza for ¥1,040 (regular price ¥2,080) and added a salad, soup, and mini dessert set for ¥300. The salad had hyaluronic acid jelly and superfoods, while the soup had quinoa for a healthy touch. The Quattro Formaggi pizza was made with Gorgonzola, Parmesan, mozzarella, and smoked cheese. It was delicious, and they even brought honey when I asked for it. The crust was a nice balance between fluffy and crispy. For dessert, I had a beet tiramisu and coffee to finish off the meal. I had a relaxing time and would definitely visit again if I have the chance. Thank you for the meal!

I opted for a course that includes one drink, choosing a cola. [Amuse-bouche] Today's amuse-bouche consisted of salmon and white asparagus. The texture of the white asparagus was delightful. [Appetizer] The appetizer today was a colorful assortment of four farm-style appetizers, including tuna olive potato and caprese. [Salad] Today's salad was the "Nutrient Treasure Trove" Ginsai Salad, garnished with chia seeds and pomegranate, and dressed with homemade dressing. [Soup] Today's soup was a chilled pumpkin potage, offering a soothing sweetness of pumpkin. [Pasta] The pasta today was lobster tomato cream sauce, topped with a large lobster, providing a satisfyingly filling meal. [Dessert] The dessert today was blackcurrant sorbet. For a post-meal drink, I requested black tea.
