I always visit the shops on the Kandai Street when I get home. Today, I tried ordering the ramen with seasoned egg. It always tastes delicious with the added green onions. I crave this taste regularly. I want to challenge myself to try their set meals as well.

I love the ramen at Kairikiya. I always have a craving for it. The green onions soaked in the pork fat soy sauce are amazing. I love that you can add extra green onions from the table. The straight thin noodles are also my favorite, I like them firm. It goes really well with rice too.

Sometimes I crave it. My favorite is a Kujyo Negi ramen shop that is full of Kujyo Negi. The amount of lard is normal, but because there is plenty of Negi, it doesn't feel too greasy. It's good to add the free Negi on the table and eat it with Negi Dak.

I have been to this ramen shop several times. It's only accessible by car, but it's convenient as it faces the Kandai Route. The soy sauce ramen is 750 yen, and the miso ramen is 790 yen, excluding consumption tax. The prices have increased by about 50 yen. They also offer fried rice and gyoza rice sets. Despite hearing good reviews about the miso ramen, it wasn't as good as expected. I still prefer the soy sauce ramen for its rich flavor.

The other day, I received a free ramen voucher, so I went to a ramen shop for dinner! I ordered the "everything on top" ramen! As usual, there was a line for groups of 2 or more people, but since there were empty seats at the counter for solo diners, I was happy to be able to go in without waiting in line!

I like that they have changed to touch panel ordering, as it allows me to take my time deciding on my order. I wanted to finish all of the soup, but for the sake of my health, I left a little bit behind.

I visited the restaurant at 11 am on a weekday, right after it opened. There was one customer before me, and more customers arrived soon after. I ordered the Spicy Taiwan Ramen, Fried Horse Mackerel, and Gyoza. The Spicy Taiwan Ramen had a good balance of spiciness and flavor, and I hope it becomes a regular menu item. The Fried Horse Mackerel and Gyoza were also delicious, showcasing the chain's strength in serving consistently good food. Thank you for the meal.

I tried the limited-time Taiwan noodles without soup that caught my attention. The taste was slightly spicy and personally, it was a bit spicy for me. The ingredients included egg, leek, minced meat, and bean sprouts, and it comes with rice which is a nice touch. There were options for 200g and 400g of noodles, and I chose 200g, but it was quite filling. The only downside was that I felt it was a bit pricey.

Ramen Kairyokuya Ichinoe Shop Hmm, was it this delicious? That was my first impression, quite rude, right? But it was really tasty. I felt like having some Kujo green onions, so I chose the Kujo Negi Ramen. They wrapped Kujo green onions in chashu pork and topped it with a bit of back fat - irresistible! It's so good when the Kujo green onions are slightly cooked, bringing out their sweetness. I wanted to order fried rice too, but I still have work to do, so I'll resist today. I always get sleepy when I'm satisfied. I already feel like coming back! They have a parking lot, so it's safe to come by car, and there's a Seven-Eleven next door, so you can even buy dessert after your meal. What a great location. The only problem is that the restaurant is far from my house, and I don't come to this area often. Very disappointing...

Yes~! I'm a carnivorous guy (*´∀｀) I want to go on a diet but I can't resist ramen. Anyway, here the set is too good of a deal!! Check out the menu for details and be amazed haha. I ordered the oil soba (large) for 980 yen. It felt like they set the price with the set in mind. Shh, let's keep that between us. It arrived in about 5 minutes, so fast!! The staff were energetic and friendly, catering to everyone from construction workers to families. Next month, they're giving out free ramen coupons for their 17th anniversary on weekends. I always see lines on weekends, so if they're giving out free coupons, it might be as crowded as Disneyland?! Haha. Next time, I'll go for the set. Oh, I guess I can't diet after all ===========

The last time I ordered something spicy and it was a bit of a failure, so this time I tried ordering the rich and tasty ramen with no spice, along with a side of fried rice. The cloudy soup had a rich flavor, and adding garlic made it incredibly delicious! The rich soy sauce and pork fat gave it a strong punch, which paired well with the fried rice. Adding a generous amount of green onions from the table created a hybrid of rich and refreshing flavors, making it explosively delicious! Adding a little vinegar also worked quite well. Depending on my mood that day, choosing between the default ramen or the rich and tasty one seems to be the right decision for me. I don't see myself trying anything else for a while. I ordered the spicy miso ramen with extra spiciness, but it wasn't as spicy as I had hoped. It had more of a mild spicy flavor. I realized that the original ramen at this restaurant is the best. The fried rice was delicious as always and I left satisfied. It was a tasty meal, thank you.

Visited the restaurant on a Saturday afternoon around 1 pm. The place was packed, so I had to wait outside for a bit. The turnover was quick, and I was soon seated inside. I ordered the "All Toppings" and Wonton Men. The noodles in the "All Toppings" dish were thinner and coated well with the soup. The portion seemed slightly smaller, but you could add as much green onion as you wanted, so I was satisfied.

It's been a while since I visited "Ramen Kairikiya", and this was my first time at this particular location. I used to eat here occasionally, as their stores are conveniently located along main streets, making it easy to stop by while on the move. I've been to the outlet near Kisarazu before, but I didn't realize there was one in Edogawa Ward as well. Their specialty here is the soy sauce back fat ramen, so I ordered the ramen with plenty of Kujyo green onions and a side of fried rice. The soup was supposed to be delicious with the rich back fat, but the noodles were overcooked and clumpy. The Kujyo green onions were crunchy but difficult to chew, and the fried rice was supposed to be crispy but turned out soggy. It was a bit disappointing after so long. Perhaps the quality varies depending on the individual store. I'll give it another try when I've forgotten about this experience. Thank you for the meal♪

After work, I went to Sakarikiya in Ichinoe for their special soy sauce ramen with extra noodles and fried rice dumplings set. I usually just pass by the store on the bus, but this time I decided to walk all the way to the shop since it's about halfway between the bus stop and Ichinoe Station. I had tried Sakarikiya before at the Aeon Mall in Urawa-Misono, but it didn't leave much of an impression on me. However, when I tried it again this time, I found it quite delicious. Honestly, I have a special attachment to Kyoto ramen due to my previous workplace, so my expectations were quite high, but Sakarikiya managed to impress me. The fried rice, though, was not as good as I had hoped. The dumplings were average. Being located along the Kandori Highway, it's a perfect roadside shop and I can see why it's so popular. If it were closer, I would definitely go back.

On April 26, 2022, Tuesday, it was raining around 11 o'clock when I visited the restaurant wearing work clothes. The parking lot had 3.08 spaces available, and it was a non-smoking establishment. They did not confirm credit cards. I've been seeing Kaikaraya in many places recently. Their ramen is delicious, but I particularly like the half-fried rice they make with each order. I watched a video by a YouTuber called SUSHI RAMEN and laughed so hard that my stomach hurt after a long time. It's amazing that even a tired old man like me can still burst into laughter. On this day, I was working in Edogawa Ward. I went to Kaikaraya for lunch. From the menu, I ordered Kaikaraya Ramen for 737 yen and a fried rice set for 242 yen. The noodles and oil were average. The dishes arrived within a few minutes. The ramen came with a ladle, but the half-fried rice also came with a spoon. Do I really need it? The ramen tasted just like I remembered - soy sauce ramen with plenty of lard on top. It was delicious. It's been a while since I last ate here, but I feel like I should come here more often. And the half-fried rice, I love that they make it fresh with each order. It's only an additional 242 yen, which is a great deal. I'm satisfied. The parking lot is spacious, the service is polite, the menu is extensive - overall, it's a recommended ramen chain. However, I remembered that I always get stomachaches from ramen with lard, including this one. That's why I haven't been coming here often. It's my own fault for eating it even though I know it doesn't agree with me. It's delicious, though. Next time, I might try the fried chicken set or something else. Thank you for the meal. It's a ramen restaurant with a red eye-catching sign, which seems to be a chain store based on my research. I think it had "Kyoto" in the name. I ordered the "all toppings" ramen. There was green onion on the table for you to add as much as you like. For green onion lovers, it's a dream come true! The soup is a light soy sauce base with added pork fat for richness. I ordered everything as normal, so I found it to be on the lighter side personally. It might be worth trying with extra pork fat. Thank you for the meal.

I revisited the Ichinoe branch for lunch today, after not going there since it first opened. It was cold, so I ordered the Spicy Miso Vegetable Ramen with Fried Rice set. The ramen arrived in about 10 minutes, and the fried rice came soon after. The ramen had thin noodles, even though I remember Kairikiya having thick noodles which were very delicious. The fried rice was a bit bland. I should have just stuck with the usual Special Soy Sauce Ramen from Kairikiya. Thank you for the meal!
