A luxurious restaurant where you can enjoy Kobe beef to the fullest. I recently visited Omoki in Corridor and it was incredibly delicious, so this time I visited Omoki Hanare. The restaurant is located next to Ginza Six in a building with a charming entrance. The interior consists of private rooms only. You take off your shoes and are guided to a private room with a sunken kotatsu table. The space is spacious and very clean, exuding a sense of luxury. Perfect for entertaining, business meals, and dates. The luxurious Kobe beef course "Keyaki Course" costs 17,800 yen. The meal started with a broth soup, of course made with beef broth, full of umami. Then came the appetizers - simmered dish, meat sushi, salted fish roe. The salted fish roe was a first for me, and it was delicious, with a moist texture similar to aged prosciutto. Next was the roasted thigh meat with a dip of leeks and soy sauce koji, which was incredibly delicious, bringing out the flavor of the meat. Then there was a seasonal sashimi platter with tuna, octopus, scallop, and striped jack, providing a refreshing break between the meat dishes. The tartare dish with caviar was a surprise, with a unique taste and texture. The seasonal chawanmushi with fresh yuba and matsutake mushrooms was luxurious and delicious. The fillet cutlet wrapped in seaweed with crispy texture, scrambled eggs, and balsamic vinegar and red vinegar sauce was a unique combination that surprisingly worked well. The marbled sirloin steak was seared at the table by the staff, served medium rare with dipping sauce and raw egg yolk, which was incredibly tasty. The shabu-shabu, featuring fillet and marbled beef, was the main dish of the day. The beef was plentiful, and the soup was made with Kobe beef broth, with plenty of leeks, watercress, and Okinawan mozuku seaweed. There were four types of salt - wasabi, tomato, truffle, and yuzu - to accompany the shabu-shabu, with the Okinawan mozuku seaweed surprisingly complementing the dish well. I discovered that fillet shabu-shabu is incredibly delicious, becoming a big fan. I was so full that I had to skip the soba noodles as the final course. It was a day of first experiences and I was completely satisfied. The staff's service was polite, making it a great choice for special occasions like dinners, entertaining, business meals, and dates. Thank you for the wonderful meal.
