I watched as it was made on the hot plate. The noodles spread on the hot plate with plenty of oil are lightly fried and cooked, mixed with ingredients and sauce to complete! After taking a bite, I realized that yakisoba made on a hot plate is totally different from making it in a frying pan. The aroma is completely different! The rich egg yolk, Kujyo green onions, and the acidity of ginger served on the side are also excellent supporting roles. They are open late, so I want to visit here like a ramen shop. Watching teppanyaki at the counter is always enjoyable. The rice and sake were all delicious. I could see a few regular customers here and there. The staff had a nice atmosphere. And of course, the finale was yakisoba with fried eggs on top, the two sunny-side-up eggs side by side were cute.

I visited this place for the second time since discovering it by chance. I love the atmosphere, service, and of course, the taste. The timing of serving the meat and the way it is cooked are well thought out, making the dining experience enjoyable. I feel the professionalism in the attentive service. Mr. Nori is coming to Gotanda, so we decided to confront him with Mr. Noriyuki. First, we went to Kanemasa, a famous sake bar, and drank for an hour and a half. Then, we went to Cherona, a place we wanted to visit! We tried Umamayo, roast beef, baked Camembert cheese, cutlet, dumplings, and yakisoba (extra large with green onions). The yakisoba, cooked on the iron plate in front of us, was delicious! I would love to visit again and take my time next time!

I visited on a regular night and was able to make a same-day reservation with plenty of available seats. It seems to be affiliated with Yuzawa Meat. I ordered mushroom salad, gyoza, and yakisoba. The atmosphere was nice and the food was well-crafted. The yakisoba, which is their specialty, was especially delicious.

I wanted something light and refreshing to eat, but my usual choices kept disappearing. Then I thought, maybe a salad would work. And there it was, a watercress salad with tomatoes on top. I also ordered a few side dishes. To finish, I went with the classic yakisoba.

I made a reservation after seeing the posts of someone I follow on Tabelog. I visited the restaurant on a Friday night and it was fully booked, so I think reservations are necessary. The interior has counter and table seats. I ordered Ufumayo Mushroom Salad, Gyoza, Salsiccia Fried Potato, Yakisoba, and had about 2 drinks per person, totaling around 12,000 yen. The chef seemed to be working alone in the kitchen, while another staff member served the dishes. The pacing of the dishes was excellent, allowing us to enjoy a leisurely meal. Everything we tried was delicious. I heard that this restaurant is part of the Yazawa group, and I would like to visit their other locations as well. The restaurant is about a 5-minute walk from Gotanda Station, tucked away in a quiet area. It's easy to find if you check the exterior in photos. Both staff members were very friendly and we had a great time chatting with them.

When I went to Gotanda for work, I wanted to eat something delicious, so I found this restaurant. Upon researching, I found out that they serve delicious teppanyaki. It was pouring rain that day, so I decided to visit the restaurant for shelter. I learned that they serve Yuzawa Meat here. On that day, I ordered the following: - Egg Mayo - Fresh Mushroom Salad - Grilled Scamorza Cheese - Yuzawa Meat Gyoza I enjoyed these dishes with a non-alcoholic beer. It was great to see the food being cooked right in front of me on the teppan. The Egg Mayo was delicious as expected. The Mushroom Salad was not just a regular salad with mushrooms on top, but it had chunks of mushrooms as the main ingredient, which was a pleasant surprise. The grilled cheese was tasty and I couldn't stop eating it. It was a shame that I couldn't have alcohol that day. Lastly, the Yuzawa Meat Gyoza was juicy and flavorful, another delicious dish. I was tempted to try the yakisoba as well, but I was too full. I definitely want to visit again and try the yakisoba and hamburger next time. Thank you for the meal.

I loved the style of cooking right in front of me using an iron plate! The noodles were chewy and the yakisoba was incredibly delicious! Each small dish in the evening was also delicious, making it fun to choose. It's a restaurant I want to visit again.

This time, I quickly used the service. I was in the mood for sweet potato shochu, so I had it with hot water. As a hidden menu item, I had the mapo noodles hamburger and gyoza, along with rice. I enjoyed it quickly this time. The homely atmosphere makes me want to visit again.

I like the staff more than the restaurant itself ❤️ It's a place where you can enjoy drinking and have a good time. I wasn't very hungry, so I asked for advice and they brought me bamboo shoot rice for staff meal, which was delicious. They also recommended perfectly cooked beef tataki to go with it, so I ordered that too. We finished with yakisoba.

It looks like it's full... but luckily, there was an available high table and I was seated there. With 2 high tables for 2 people each and around 13 counter seats, it seems like reservations are a must for a more relaxed dining experience. Looking at the customers, it seemed like the age group was on the older side, with many couples dining. However, there were also groups of men enjoying just the yakisoba, so it might be suitable for a more casual dining experience as well. We started with a toast with beer and ordered the classic potato salad, Uff mayo, meatballs, and the yakisoba I came for. The potato salad had beans adding a nice texture, the Uff mayo with a runny egg yolk was delicious, and the meatballs were packed with flavor. Finally, the yakisoba had a chewy texture with a crispy finish and a tasty mustard sauce on the side. Overall, it was a delightful dining experience with delicious food and a fun teppan cooking show. The cost performance may not be great, but since it's part of the Yazawa Meat group, the taste is good. They're open until 25:00, so it's an easy place to go alone when you're not satisfied with just a drink. The hamburger is the same as Yazawa Meat, but they don't serve rice.

All the dishes I ate were delicious! First, I tried the homemade tuna and white kidney bean potato salad. I was impressed by the dedication to making homemade tuna. It had a refreshing taste without the usual greasiness, and the tuna and kidney beans complemented each other well, making it easy to eat. Next was the omelette with whitebait and spinach. The eggs were creamy, and the whitebait was plentiful, making it excellent. Then there was the stir-fried offal. It went perfectly with cabbage and bell peppers, and had a taste that went well with alcohol. Finally, I had the recommended additive-free fried noodles from the restaurant. The noodles were firm and occasionally crispy, with an exquisite seasoning that is hard to describe. Mustard and spicy sauce were provided for flavor variation, allowing me to enjoy different tastes! Instead of pickled red ginger, white pickles were served, which I tried for the first time and found to be a good match with the fried noodles. The staff were friendly, the interior was stylish like an Italian restaurant, and the other dishes looked delicious, so I would like to go there again. Next time, I would also like to try the wine!

Today I visited a restaurant in Tokyo that has been on my list for a while, "Teppanyaki Chelona". They opened at 11:30 AM and I entered right away. I sat at the counter in front of a large iron plate and ordered the yakisoba for 1100 yen. The noodles were boiled once and then cooked on the iron plate until one side was quite crispy. It was topped generously with tempura crumbs. The egg topping was beautifully done and the pork was cooked perfectly. The side of ginger was a nice touch and the miso soup was also good. Another restaurant checked off my list. It was a delicious meal, thank you!

On a Saturday in May 2022, I explored Gotanda. Feeling a bit hungry, I decided to stop by this restaurant called "Chelona." They are known for their additive-free yakisoba, where they focus on the quality of the noodles, sauce, and all ingredients used. Originally located in Shirokanedai, they moved to Gotanda in 2018. The restaurant also offers teppanyaki dishes, with their roots being in "Meat Yazawa." The yakisoba I tried was priced at 1100 yen, and it came with miso soup. The dish included pork, cabbage, bean sprouts, chopped ginger, and a fried egg on top of the chewy medium-thick noodles. The homemade yakisoba sauce, a blend of three sauces, added various flavors like dashi, fruity, and chicken broth. The taste was refreshing and light, with a subtle aftertaste.
