The sashimi was delicious, and the freshness was evident from the first bite. The fried mehikari was big, juicy, and perfectly cooked. The sea grapes were plump and firm, and the quality of the seafood really shone through.

First time visiting the sushi restaurant "Uogane". The restaurant is clean and the waitresses are cheerful. The chawanmushi was heavy when brought to the table on its flat base, making it difficult to place without almost dropping it. There is room for improvement in this aspect. The food is part of a 7,000 yen course menu with all-you-can-drink option. It was neither good nor bad. The sashimi platter, simmered dish, and sushi (especially the abalone) were above average. However, when the restaurant gets crowded, there can be a wait between dishes. There was no draft beer in the all-you-can-drink option, only bottled beer, which was disappointing. However, the refreshing lemon sour was delicious.

The sashimi was delicious with a firm texture, but unexpectedly half of the sashimi assortment was the same fish as the appetizer, so ordering the assortment was unnecessary. The most delicious dish was the simmered rockfish. The spacious seating was also nice.

I have been using the sushi restaurant from the Uogashi group for drinks and lunches. I visited with my family on a weekend night. The seafood salad was priced at 980 yen and was very luxurious with plenty of ingredients. They also have a variety of appetizers, typical of Uogashi. The sushi set with 13 pieces plus rolls was priced at 2980 yen. It included fatty tuna and was quite reasonable. The rice was slightly vinegary, which may be a matter of personal preference, but considering the price and satisfaction level in Ginza, it was more than enough. Thank you for the meal.

My son (a high school student) said he wanted to eat sushi, so after thinking for a bit, we decided to go to Fish Kin. It was our first time visiting this sushi restaurant. The store is located in that building in Ginza that also houses Masataka. The interior of the restaurant was surprisingly spacious, and we were able to make a reservation easily. When we entered the restaurant, we were seated at a table instead of the counter, but we'll save the counter sushi experience for another time. The staff were very friendly and provided good recommendations. The complimentary appetizer was sashimi, different from the typical fried food at izakayas. We had grilled ayu, tuna with cheese and salted fish roe, crab miso crackers, tuna assortment, tekka maki, a set of nigiri sushi, and finished with shaved ice. The cost performance was good, and it was a perfect place for treating my son. Thank you for the meal.

I had some business in Ginza so I went straight to an izakaya. Well, it's more like a sushi restaurant? It's located in a building near Higashi-Ginza Station. The stir-fried seaweed from Sanriku and the scallop isobeyaki were so delicious that I want to try making them at home. The prices are quite reasonable, not like the usual Ginza prices. Thank you for the delicious meal!

I was looking for a restaurant in the Ginza area where I could make a reservation online, so I decided to use this one. In conclusion, it offers the best value for money. I was planning to order sashimi, but I was satisfied with the three kinds of sashimi appetizers. I then ordered grilled fish, octopus tempura, and sushi. The amount of vinegar was just right and everything was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

The sushi restaurants in the Uogane Group have multiple locations, but they are a bit different from the one in Shinbashi. They are relatively easy to make reservations at and you can enjoy a leisurely meal. We opted for the course menu, and the dishes were served separately, making it easy to eat. The sashimi and sushi were both delicious and generously portioned. I would definitely want to visit again.

I love the restaurant in Ginza that I can casually eat at, it's clean and satisfying. Just the sashimi alone is already enough. It's perfect for light business entertaining. The lemon sour with pickled ginger is amazing. I wonder how many glasses I've had. The staff are all friendly and it's a comfortable atmosphere. ⭕️

Visited on Saturday at 1:00 PM. The tables were full, but there were plenty of seats available at the counter. Groups were enjoying one dish with drinks, and there were also many solo diners.
- Simmered dish and sushi platter: 1,280 yen
- Chawanmushi (savory steamed egg custard): 300 yen
We ordered and were immediately served with seaweed stir-fry and chawanmushi. Just as we were about to start eating, the simmered dish, sushi, and miso soup arrived one after another. The soy sauce was the brush-on type. The tuna was mediocre, but the white fish was delicious. Unfortunately, the clams in the miso soup were sandy and not edible. The simmered dish was topped with plenty of green onions. It was small but flavorful and tender. The seaweed stir-fry was surprisingly not greasy and quite good. The chawanmushi was simply delicious. It was difficult to distinguish the waitstaff as they were in casual clothes. Lunch service seems to be until June, so those planning to visit should go soon!

All-you-can-drink buffet for 7,000 yen. The sashimi and sushi were delicious, but the young corn, jumbo shrimp, and squid tempura were excellent. The sweet lemon sour goes well with fried food. They also have box seats and tatami rooms, so it seems suitable for company dinners.

I visited the restaurant around 13:00 on a weekday after seeing a delicious-looking bara chirashi on Instagram. It was full, so I couldn't get a seat. The lunch menu mainly consists of sushi, with the most popular being the bara chirashi. I decided to stick to my initial choice and ordered the bara chirashi for 1280 yen. It arrived shortly after, looking very colorful. It came with a side of simmered seaweed (which was just okay), red miso soup, and pickled ginger. The chirashi seemed to use a variety of leftover ingredients, with cucumber, yellowtail, egg, salmon, white fish, red fish, shrimp, and dried gourd among others. There was a large shrimp in the center that really stood out. Overall, for this price, the variety and quality of the chirashi was satisfying.

On the 3rd floor of a dining building in Ginza 5-chome. I had never been to Uogane before, but I decided to visit for a casual sushi lunch. I ordered the regular sushi set. The colorful lunch set was well-balanced. It's best to eat each piece of sushi one by one. If I have the chance next time, I might try the seafood bowl or tempura bowl.

The course at this restaurant has good value for money. As someone who enjoys drinking, it's easy to end up spending a fair amount at Uokin. With the all-you-can-drink course, you can drink without worry, and the volume of food is satisfying. If you're meeting up with fellow drinkers, I recommend going for the course option. Not only is the sushi delicious, but there is also a wide variety of appetizers to enjoy.

Visited on Saturday around 12:45 PM with no wait. Ordered the assorted sushi for 1980 yen. They offer a unique experience of grating fresh wasabi and dipping the sushi in soy sauce. Overall, the sushi was good but not outstanding. Sometimes the wasabi flavor is a bit overpowering. The rice is slightly firm, which makes it easy to pick up. Would recommend for a casual sushi outing.

I had some errands in Higashi Ginza and then needed to head to Aoyama in the afternoon. When I was thinking about where to have lunch, I saw the sign for "Uokin." I wasn't sure if it was the same as the famous "Uogashi" but the sushi looked delicious so I decided to give it a try. It turned out to be the real Uogashi. It wasn't too crowded, maybe because I arrived early. Everything looked delicious, but I decided to try the recommended "Buri and Shirasu Donburi." It was really delicious, especially with the miso soup. I had only heard that Uogashi was good, but now I can say for sure that it's worth the visit. (lol)

I visited for the first time, and when I entered the store, it was difficult to find Japanese people as almost everyone there was of Asian descent. I ordered sushi, oysters, and grilled fish, but a foreign lady sitting behind me asked me, "What are you ordering?" It felt like I was really in a foreign country. The food was delicious as usual. The staff were efficient.

Recommended restaurant where you can enjoy delicious sushi lunch at a good price. I have been there multiple times and have always enjoyed the food. The satisfaction level is high. It can get crowded during lunch hours, so you may not be able to relax, but it's popular for a reason.

Today's lunch was a bara chirashi in Ginza, delicious. This restaurant was on my to-do list for a while, but the name changed and it became a sushi and oden shop. I arrived at 11:30 and was the first customer. I ordered the bara chirashi in a large portion, with an extra 100 yen for the large size. The staff was plentiful and my dish arrived in 12-13 minutes, looking beautiful. The staff asked if I had an egg allergy before sprinkling soy sauce, and explained that the shrimp had a strong presence. It looked luxurious but made my hands smell fishy. It was delicious, with tuna, egg, yellowtail, squid, and kampyo. The sushi rice was perfectly seasoned and mixed well with the toppings. The bento box was surprisingly large, with just the right amount of rice at about 3 cm deep. The miso soup was delicious too. Thank you for the meal. As I ate, more and more reservations for groups and parties came in.

This is a sushi restaurant in the Ginza area called "Uokin" group. The restaurant has a counter and is easy to enter even for solo diners. I ordered the serious nigiri sushi set for 1680 yen. The appetizer was a stir-fried seaweed dish cooked with sesame oil in a wok, which was quite delicious. The sushi was generous, with 12 pieces of nigiri and 2 rolls. The rolls were Tekkamaki and Kanpyo maki. The nigiri was decent, like a high-end conveyor belt sushi level, worth the price. However, there were some minor details like the fish under the lemon topping being discolored. The sushi rice seemed to be seasoned with red vinegar, with a mild acidity and slightly strong saltiness. The miso soup was red dashi with seaweed and clams. It's a good place to enjoy a casual sushi lunch.
