I made a reservation and visited the Meat Yazawa Group's Chinese restaurant located along the river in the Meat Yazawa area. The restaurant has a solid and luxurious atmosphere, with the head chef having worked at prestigious hotels like The Westin Tokyo and Grand Hyatt Tokyo. The presentation of dishes is excellent, with live cooking performances like the drunken prawns and sizzling shark fin adding to the dining experience. The main dishes are served tableside, with a focus on traditional, bold flavors that are sure to satisfy. The standout dish was the spicy sesame noodles, leaving me eager to return for lunch. I definitely want to visit this restaurant again.

The hidden menu item at Ryutenmon, Dan Dan noodles, was no longer available due to a change in chef. Originally, Ryutenmon itself is a Cantonese restaurant, so Dan Dan noodles were not on the menu back then. The chef who used to make the Dan Dan noodles, Peter from Meat Yazawa, was invited to join and open the restaurant. I visited the restaurant right away.
- Walnut with syrup: A walnut is served as a palate cleanser, along with spicy bean paste and XO sauce for flavor enhancement.
- Assorted appetizers: Jellyfish salad, Shanghai-style soy-marinated daikon, flavorful sesame and peanut chicken, drooling beef, Iwachu pork spare ribs, honey-roasted domestic eel with plum sauce.
- Miyazaki's "Kakusame" simmered in court collagen brown sauce.
- Crispy Peking duck neck skin and traditional Peking duck with China crepe.
- Special seafood spring rolls with white fish, squid, and shrimp.
- Scallops and scallion ginger steamed dish.
- Saga beef lamboso with honey wine black pepper sauce and vegetable buns.
- Cold Dan Dan noodles: Creamy and rich soup with Sichuan pepper chili oil for flavor variation.
- Mango pudding for dessert.
I visited for the Dan Dan noodles and drooling beef, but the meat dishes were also amazing! A variety of Chinese dishes to enjoy!

A high-end Chinese restaurant opened in a place where Okinawan cuisine used to be served. The entrance of the restaurant has the name "Hanryuuka," but the first character "Han" is written in a cursive style that is hard to read. But let's focus on the order. I ordered the shrimp wonton noodles with a dim sum set. It took about 5 minutes to arrive, which was relatively quick. First, I tried the soup of the wonton noodles. It was elegant, light but flavorful, and delicious. The shrimp wontons were firm and blended well with the soup's broth. I couldn't figure out the true identity of the "Han" character, so I was about to learn from Google, but that learning time disappeared in an instant due to the taste (I'm simple). The dim sum included chicken siu mai, shrimp siu mai, and xiaolongbao. They were all delicious, with a distinct dim sum flavor, especially when dipped in black vinegar. Having rice available was appreciated. The almond jelly dessert was also authentic and not watery like common gelatin desserts. Thank you very much. PS: The character "Han" consists of "tree" radical and "cedar" phonetic component. The actor Nakao Akira's name "Akira" is a kun reading.

Meet Yazawa is a Chinese restaurant affiliated with the Yazawa group. I made a reservation for the dim sum course for lunch. Three of us were seated in a semi-private room and were able to relax and enjoy our meal. The appetizers were spicy and delicious, and all the dim sum dishes were tasty, but I especially liked the squid dumplings. For the final course, we chose the signature dishes, tantanmen and hitsumabushi. The tantanmen had thin noodles just the way I like them, and the rich soup was very delicious. The hitsumabushi, with its variety of flavors, was unique to Yazawa and very tasty. The atmosphere was nice, and I thought it was a great place to enjoy a leisurely meal.

I had lunch at the affiliated restaurant of Yazawa Meat, called Binryuuka 66. I tried the tantanmen, which had a rich broth with a smooth walnut flavor added. The soup was thick and creamy like potage, and the walnut added a nice touch. The sesame flavor was also good! The meat miso was incredibly delicious too! It was the best tantanmen I've ever had! Thank you for the meal.

I visited the Chinese restaurant Ryutenmon at the Westin Ebisu, known for its secret menu item, tantanmen. The tantanmen set for 2,350 yen includes dim sum, rice, and almond jelly for some reason. I opted for the cold tantanmen due to the hot weather. The minced meat in the dish seemed more prominent compared to Ryutenmon's version. While I like the thin noodles, the overall dish felt like a minor upgrade from Ryutenmon's tantanmen. The dim sum was honestly not that great, so I don't think getting the set is necessary. Overall, it was a nostalgic taste of Ryutenmon's tantanmen, a place I used to frequent when I lived in Ebisu and Meguro. The restaurant is about a 5-minute walk from Gotanda Station.

In Shinagawa, there is a Chinese restaurant called Binryukaku 66, the first Chinese restaurant by Yazawa Meat. We had high expectations as the chef had experience at Westin's Ryutenmon and Gracery's China Room. When we made a reservation, they prepared a private room for us. The private room had a separate door from the entrance, allowing us to go to the restroom without passing through other seating areas, which was convenient. For our first drink, we ordered the Alain Milliat Cabernet red grape juice. It was nice to see a variety of soft drinks available at the restaurant. We opted for the special THE Binryukaku 66 course, which included a selection of signature dishes. The appetizers were creatively presented and delicious, with unique flavors such as sesame and peanut sauce for the chicken dish, soy sauce marinated radish, and crispy eel with plum sauce. The main dishes, including the Beijing duck and drunken shrimp, were also impressive. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was welcoming. Overall, it was a delightful dining experience at this new and charming restaurant.

Revisited Chinryuuka 66, a restaurant in the YAZAWA MEAT chain in Gotanda, for a gathering. Ordered THE Chinryuuka 66 course with wine pairing. The main dish was YAZAWA MEAT's black wagyu steak, along with luxurious items like shark fin and Peking duck. Wanted to try both the original 66 walnut tantanmen and fried rice for the finale, so added them. After drinking wine continuously for days, I reached my limit around dessert and fell asleep. Woke up when the staff found me, everyone had already left haha. Thank you for the feast! 25k #Chinryuuka66 #Gotanda #Chinese cuisine #Cantonese cuisine #Tantanmen #Peking duck #Shark fin #Pairing #YAZAWA MEAT #Meat YAZAWA #Shinagawa Ward gourmet #Gotanda gourmet #Food porn #Delicious Instagram #Thank you for the meal #instafood #yummy #Gourmet #Delicious

I was invited by a friend to visit this restaurant for the first time, so I decided to go with the course menu. The course included shark fin, Peking duck, vegetables, fish, meat, and dan dan noodles, with quite a lot of food. It was nice to be able to try a variety of dishes in small portions. Everything was delicious, but I will mention the ones that left a strong impression. First, there were five appetizers. The jellyfish cold dish was seasoned in a way I had never tasted before and I loved it. I wanted a large portion of it. The eel appetizer, with a crispy texture, was also delicious. And then there was my favorite, shark fin. The soup was rich and incredibly tasty! For the finale, there were dan dan noodles. The soup was creamy but had a light texture, and the thin noodles were perfect for me. Despite having eaten a variety of dishes, I managed to finish everything with ease, even though I should have been full. I heard they also serve lunch, so I plan to come back next time to try the dan dan noodles as the main dish. The Chinese-style beef stew main dish was also delicious, and I left completely satisfied with the course. I look forward to visiting again. Thank you for the wonderful meal!

Yazawa Meat's Chinese restaurant is located on the same street. I visited after making a reservation for the special lunch course priced at 6600 yen (with one drink included). You can choose between noodles or rice from 4 options, so I decided to go with the "Yazawa Meat Selected Wagyu and Special Char Siu Hitsu-mabushi Rice" (+1000 yen) that I had planned to order since making the reservation. The portion size for this rice is for the course, so it seems like it would be larger if ordered separately. The appetizer platter and dim sum platter were almost bite-sized, so I didn't feel full until the Hitsu-mabushi rice, which was satisfying. From reading previous reviews, it seems like there is a "Wagyu Hitsu-mabushi Rice" option without the char siu. Next time, I want to try the full-size Wagyu Hitsu-mabushi rice as a single order instead of the course.

First visit. When you think of Gotanda, the image of Meet Yuzawa is strong, and this shop is also affiliated with Meet Yuzawa. I saw the cold tantanmen recommended on Instagram, so I decided to visit right away. On this day, I ordered a la carte. However, the cold tantanmen is not on the menu, it seems to be a hidden menu item, so you need to ask the staff for the cold tantanmen. The cold tantanmen served had thin noodles with authentic spicy soup and plenty of minced meat, very satisfying to eat. As a finale for the day, I ordered a half size instead of a regular size, so I finished it in no time! The menu other than the cold tantanmen is also substantial, and it was so delicious that I would like to try a hearty course next time. Thank you for the meal! <Ordered menu> - Xiao Long Bao - Spring rolls - Mapo tofu - Seafood fried rice - Cold tantanmen

I visited a Chinese restaurant affiliated with the Meat Yazawa group, which boasts about its tantanmen noodles. It has a luxurious feel, but the course meals are a bit pricey... especially considering it's in Gotanda. There weren't many customers at night, so it might be a good option when you're in need of a place to eat. However, there are now many Meat Yazawa-affiliated restaurants in this area... but the most delicious dish is definitely the hamburger! 😂

Yazawa Meat Co., Ltd.'s first business venture is a Chinese restaurant. The head chef is Chef Nakazato, who previously worked at "Ryu Ten Mon" at The Westin Tokyo and "China Room" at the Grand Hyatt Tokyo. I had bookmarked this place for a while because I wanted to try the tantanmen I had at The Westin. Finally visited and opted for the course menu. The tantanmen was delicious, especially after adding the Sichuan pepper chili oil. Overall, the meal was tasty. Here is the course menu:

This is a course with a Chinese influence in a hotel setting. The head chef may have a background in hotel Chinese cuisine. There are several course options available, and I ended up choosing the more expensive one. The overall seasoning is strong and flavorful. There was even a performance with live prawns marinated in Shaoxing wine, which was nice. The staff provided polite service, and you can tell it's a restaurant under the Yuzawa Group. The final main course was a large portion of meat, which was impressive. I personally enjoyed the fact that it came with belly-filling XO sauce as a side. I'll have to try their lunch menu next time!!!

Visited with high expectations as it is part of the Yazawa Meat series! This time we tried the fixed course pairing, which is recommended for first-timers as the advanced course allows you to specify ingredients and cooking methods. The XO sauce that came out before the appetizers was amazing. It had a rich flavor with firm scallops, and I would love to buy it bottled. The appetizers set the mood for the meal with 6 refreshing dishes. The main dishes were cooked to bring out the flavors of the high-quality ingredients, and I truly felt it was great value for the price. The restaurant has only been open for less than six months, and it was still not crowded on weekdays, but I have a feeling it will become popular soon. Looking forward to the year-end Shanghai crab!

I visited for lunch on a regular day. Thanks to my friend making a reservation a month ago, we were able to get a private room. The interior was very Chinese-style with round tables and lovely decorations. I couldn't decide on which course to choose, so I went for the special lunch. I was happy that I could order a Qingdao beer as part of the set drink. The dishes were elegantly presented, so even though the portions didn't seem large, the variety made me feel satisfied. You can choose one item from noodles or rice, with an additional charge for anything other than noodles. Since there were three of us, we ordered two servings of the famous tantan noodles and one serving of wonton noodles to share. The tantan noodles had just the right amount of spiciness and a rich flavor. We had a dedicated staff member assigned to our private room, who seemed a bit nervous but still made an effort to serve us attentively and at the right timing.

The mapo tofu with meatballs and dim sum set for 2250 yen is served in a sizzling stone pot, which is too hot to eat right away. It may take some time before you can enjoy it properly. Although it's not cheap, the dim sum is all delicious.

I splurged on lunch on a regular day. I heard about this place on TV so I thought there might be a line, but I went around 12 o'clock and was able to get in easily. I ordered the 66 Walnut Tan Tan Noodles (priced at 1700 yen) that won the grand prize. You can also choose the level of spiciness, which is great. I smiled after taking the first bite. The rich soup is irresistible. The noodles are thin and personally, I like them. The nuts served as a palate cleanser add a luxurious touch. Lastly, pouring the soup over rice at the end is pure bliss! They also have private rooms, so it seems suitable for business dinners or meals with superiors.

Today I used it for lunch. The lunch I ordered is here. Pot-stewed shark fin lo mein rice ¥3,800 Binryu Hua 66 Specialty Kesennuma "Makogal Shark" Shark fin and Chinese cabbage pot-pickled stewed rice with sauce (limited menu for Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, 10 servings) I can't read the menu name at all haha. However, when told that it's a limited menu only on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, I had to order it. The rice is placed on a hot plate, and the shark fin sauce is poured over it all at once in a magma-like style. The moment it's poured in, it's a grand menu that boils like a volcano. After a while, the rice also develops a nice crispy crust, and it's really delicious! A free drink of iced jasmine tea is included. If I had to say something, it would be that the seat I was given today was right next to the kitchen, and the conversations between the service staff and kitchen staff were frequently heard, which was quite distracting during the meal. I wish they would be a little more mindful of that. However, if you're looking for Chinese food in the Gotanda area, the taste is undeniably delicious, so I recommend it. Thank you for the meal! Ahh~.

Yazawa Meat's Chinese restaurant offers a special Wagyu beef hitsumabushi rice for 2950 yen. Although it may be a bit pricey, the atmosphere and service are consistent. The hitsumabushi can be enjoyed in three different ways - with sauce, condiments, or poured with corn soup. The meat quality is excellent, with a nice amount of fat, making it stand out from other trendy Wagyu hitsumabushi options.

Located along the Meguro River, Yuzawa Meat Chinese Cuisine is situated next to Meet Yuzawa and Agefuku. Although slightly on the pricier side, the restaurant exudes a sense of luxury and provides a tranquil dining experience. I ordered the recommended tantanmen, and the flavors were truly exquisite, especially with the addition of the meat. This is a place that I can see myself returning to for lunch.

I visited the first authentic Chinese restaurant "Binryukka 66" by Yazawa Meat during a weekday lunchtime. This new restaurant opened in January 2023. When I think of Yazawa Meat, I think of delicious meat dishes, so I was excited to try their first venture into Chinese cuisine. According to the restaurant's website, the concept is centered around authentic Chinese cuisine, with a focus on Cantonese cuisine where you can enjoy fresh seafood. I heard that the head chef has an impressive background, having worked as a head chef in renowned hotel restaurants. The dan dan noodles and mapo tofu I tried were delicious! The menu is all made without chemical seasonings, as mentioned on the restaurant's Instagram. I tried the following dishes this time: - 66 Walnut Dan Dan Noodles 1700 yen: Creamy dan dan noodles with a strong flavor of walnuts and sesame! It is a specialty dish from an award-winning restaurant. The walnut adds a unique touch to the dish. The creamy soup with a hint of spice, walnut flavor, and richness is outstanding! The homemade doubanjiang (broad bean chili paste) is also great! The balance with the meat miso is also good. It's a delicious dan dan noodles. - Mapo Tofu with Oysters (half size) 800 yen: The perfect thickness and pleasant spiciness of the mapo tofu. The sautéed oysters complement the mapo tofu beautifully. The spices and homemade doubanjiang must be excellent. It's rich and has a good spiciness. It's a delicious mapo tofu. The staff's service is very polite, and you can enjoy a pleasant dining experience. The atmosphere of the restaurant is calm and suitable for various occasions. It's a very good restaurant. I'm very satisfied with the delicious dan dan noodles and mapo tofu. Thank you for the meal.
