I visited a restaurant during the day near Asagaya Station. It was about a 5-minute walk from the station, near the Pearl Center shopping street. I chose the Kobe Takami Beef Red Wine Stew for 1,800 yen. The menu also included options like hamburger, potato gratin, beef sinew rice, meat spaghetti, corned beef, and sea urchin salted rice, all made with Kobe Takami Beef. The restaurant was empty when I arrived, and I was seated at the counter. The onion soup served first was simple but delicious. The red wine stew was also tasty, with the meat's flavor spreading nicely in the mouth. The meal ended with a choice of coffee or tea. I would like to visit again in the evening. Thank you for the meal.

Responding to the demand for the taste of the now-closed "Steak Chaya Shitamachi-kko", we have reopened. Enjoy the finest Kobe Takami Wagyu steak directly from the ranch, prepared using the Shitamachi-kko's aging method to recreate that familiar flavor. Our new establishment is named PucnaHicona. We will be reopening on November 29, 2019, just a 4-minute walk from JR Asagaya Station. Please note that there is limited availability of the top-grade Wagyu steak, so we recommend making a reservation. The last order for steak will be at 9:30 PM.
