I visited the restaurant for the first time in a year, and once again, I used it as a special occasion. I will update the details of the course menu. Previously, there was no lunch course with sirloin as the main dish, so I used to choose from the dinner menu. However, a lunch course with sirloin as the main dish has been added, so I ordered that.
(Food)
- Special Lunch Course @ 11,000 yen (tax included, excluding service charge)
* 10% service charge
(Drink)
- Yuzu Cider @ 880 yen
- Strawberry Sparkling Cocktail @ 0 yen
* Used a discount from the Ukai Group app
- Amuse-bouche:
Scallop jelly with sliced scallops and cauliflower slices, served with cauliflower mousse. A refreshing and flavorful starter.
- Grilled Lobster:
A flavorful grilled lobster with taro fries and sliced chorizo. The sauce complemented the lobster well, although the lobster was a bit smaller than expected.
- Roasted Sea Bream:
A tender and delicious sea bream with daikon radish soaked in sea bream broth. The capers and shallots added a nice touch to enhance the flavor.
- Seasonal Soup:
A chestnut soup with a natural sweetness that was incredibly delicious.
- Ukai Premium Sirloin Steak:
A charcoal-grilled Ukai beef sirloin with a rich flavor and a satisfying portion.
- Dessert:
I chose the "Special Strawberry Mille-feuille" with strawberry sauce and ice cream, paired with high-quality custard cream.
- Coffee:
A light and refreshing coffee to finish off the lunch course.
Overall, the food was delicious, and the service was impeccable. The staff were consistent in their hospitality, and the atmosphere was wonderful. The restaurant offers good value for money, making it a great choice for both regulars and first-time visitors. I highly recommend this top-notch grill restaurant for special occasions. Don't forget to register on the app to receive a complimentary drink on your first visit!
* Note: There are no toilets inside the restaurant, so you will need to use the ones at Brick Square. Smoking areas are available on the 2nd floor (for IQOS only) and the 3rd-floor terrace.

I visited this restaurant for the first time for lunch on Saturday. I was able to make a reservation just a few days ago, which was very convenient. I had high expectations for the special lunch course from the Ukai Group. Here is what I had:
- Amuse-bouche: A combination of shrimp, fruits, jelly, and cheese. It was fresh and delicious.
- Grilled eel and shishito pepper
- Seasonal soup: A chilled pumpkin soup that was absolutely delicious. I wanted to have a few more bowls of it.
- Grilled lobster
- Ukai special select beef sirloin steak: I had it recommended as medium rare. The meat was thick, tender, and absolutely delicious. I personally recommend eating it with fresh ground pepper.
- Dessert & coffee: I was too full, so I opted for coffee jelly instead of Basque cheesecake. The jelly was delicious, and even the whipped cream and ice cream below it were tasty. The atmosphere, food, and service were all fantastic, making it a great place to celebrate birthdays or anniversaries. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

I finally got to go to a restaurant I've been wanting to visit for years. Starting with the affordable Grill Ukaisan, which I've always admired! I was surprised by how cute all the dishes were. Since I can't drink alcohol, I toasted with white grape juice. I trust a restaurant that offers red/white grape juice. The lunch course included carpaccio, tomato pasta with whitebait, pork roast, and pudding, all of which were delicious. The pork roast was especially easy to cut with a knife and well-seasoned. It was delicious on its own, but when paired with the black pepper on the side, the flavors were enhanced. The bread was soft and the olive oil was excellent. I ended up getting seconds. The dessert selection was surprising, with about 5 options to choose from. The pudding was a traditional firm type, with a caramel sauce that was slightly bitter and not overly sweet, making it easy to eat and feel happy. Although the number of dishes was small, the main meat dish was so filling that I left very satisfied. I highly recommend this restaurant for special occasions! I want to go back again and again!

I was taken out to celebrate my job change! ✨ Steak dinner course ✨ Just looking at the food made me happy ✨ Eating it made me even happier ✨ I highly recommend the medium rare steak. It was a perfect choice ✨ They sliced it in front of me. It was really tender and delicious! I was also happy to eat on the Royal Copenhagen tableware that I have been collecting little by little.

I had a birthday celebration at this restaurant. I was impressed from the appetizers to the corn soup, which was much richer and tastier than when I make it myself (of course!). The dessert options were amazing, and I chose the mango parfait and melon chiffon cake. Both were incredibly delicious. The staff was also very friendly and lovely.

The night before my naturalization, instead of having a bachelorette party, I decided to have a quiet dinner with my parents at a cozy grill restaurant in Marunouchi. We enjoyed a delicious Bolognese made with premium Ukai beef as the main dish! The steak was recommended to be cooked medium rare, and we savored it with crushed grain mustard and fresh black pepper. For dessert, we ordered three different options to share together. If you want to take photos or videos, I recommend choosing the Mont Blanc, which is finished right in front of you. The chestnut paste with crispy meringue was a delightful combination. Ukai restaurants always offer well-balanced dishes and courses, so you can't go wrong with any choice. Even my mother, who is very particular about taste, said she would like to come back! It was a bit disappointing that they didn't have the ROYAL BLUE TEA from kappou ukai. Here is the menu we enjoyed: - Aromatic vegetables and fruit tomato with bonito carpaccio - Grilled spiny lobster with Epice sauce - Ukai special beef pasta Bolognese - Chilled soup with new onions - Ukai special beef sirloin charcoal-grilled - Freshly squeezed gold thread Mont Blanc - Special strawberry mille-feuille - Authentic coffee jelly with Torocco and Tragara flavors.

On Sunday night, I went to this restaurant with my family. The dishes were well-prepared to bring out the natural flavors of the ingredients, and everything was delicious. The quality of the desserts at the end also surprised me. I would definitely like to visit this restaurant again.

I visited for lunch on a regular day. Although not actually an old shop, they seem to deliberately adopt a slightly classical and elegant interior design, which is not trendy. There are three lunch courses available, and we ordered the cheapest one at 5,500 yen, which was quite filling for a lunch. The 5,500 yen course included appetizer, pasta, soup, main meat dish, dessert, and a drink after the meal. The appetizer of the day was bonito carpaccio, thinly sliced bonito with a mustard-based sauce, which was quite tasty. The pasta was made with sakura shrimp, lightly fried and generously topped on a simple dish. I chose bolognese instead. The soup was made with new onions, sweet and delicious. The main dish was Iberico pork roast, perfectly cooked with a good portion size. The accompanying potatoes were also sweet and tasty. For dessert, there were five choices (additional charges may apply depending on the selection). I chose the "premium classic pudding," a very traditional and delicious pudding. It came with a mildly sweet ice cream (coffee or chocolate flavor, I can't remember). For the drink after the meal, you can choose from coffee, tea, or herbal tea. It took about 1 hour and 15 minutes from ordering to leaving the restaurant. If you need to finish lunch in an hour, it's better to inform them in advance.

I used it for a friend's birthday celebration♪ First, a dish combining caviar, jelly, and mousse♡ I love appetizers with Ukai's caviar (*´ェ`*) Grilled lobster The fish dish is a mysterious combination of bamboo shoots and prosciutto, with a nice scent of mushrooms~ ( ̄ー ̄)ニヤリ And a carrot potage with a mild earthy flavor and a slightly sweet taste. The meat dish is satisfying with the reliable taste of meat, chewing on the meat and feeling like "I'm eating meat~" rather than feeling full from the fat! The strawberry mille-feuille has a delicious balance of acidity (๑´ڡ`๑)

Grill Ukai-tei was visited as Ginza Ukai-tei was fully booked. It was for our wedding anniversary dinner. We reserved the Chef's Dinner Course with a 2-hour all-you-can-drink option. It was a good plan to pair with the food. The grilled lobster was cooked perfectly and tasted deliciously sweet. The beef sirloin also had a rich flavor of Japanese beef. All the dishes were very delicious. However, as the restaurant got busier, the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed, and there were some delays in serving the dishes, which left a slightly disappointing impression. Personally, I preferred the more relaxed atmosphere of Ginza Ukai-tei.

I used it for lunch. The restaurant is not very big, but it was full even on a weekday. The lunch course costs 7,700 yen. From the amuse-bouche to dessert, the number of dishes and the portion size are sufficient. Each dish is not incredibly delicious, but considering the location and price, the cost performance is good. It's not that I'm dissatisfied, but rather I feel reassured. This time was the same. Thank you for the meal.

Marunouchi Brick Square is located on the 2nd floor and has a calm atmosphere. I was seated at a table by the window, where a dazzling amount of light shines in during the day, allowing you to enjoy lunch leisurely while overlooking the courtyard. The appetizer comes with a variety of finely chopped vegetables, delicately seasoned for a sophisticated taste. The meat sauce pasta has a rich and punchy sauce that pairs perfectly with the thick pasta. The main meat dish is well-seared and beautifully presented, enjoyed with wine. The thick meat is flavorful and satisfying, showcasing the skill of the chef. The Mont Blanc dessert is a delightful surprise with threads of chestnut cream being squeezed onto it. The chestnut flavor is intense and irresistible. The Kyoho grape tart is refreshing with a great fruitiness. The staff is very polite and attentive, making it a great dining experience. I would love to visit this restaurant again.

I don't usually make reservations to eat using coupons, but this time I decided to reserve a course with all-you-can-drink option. It really lifted my mood and the food was delicious. I was very satisfied. I had always wanted to visit this restaurant, and I'm glad I could do it this time. The waiters were all friendly and approachable, not at all aloof. Thank you for the meal.

Had lunch with a friend at Grill Ukai. *Lunch course ¥5,500
Shrimp and orange cocktail salad
Pot-boiled shirasu tomato pasta
Seasonal soup
Charcoal-grilled Iberico pork
Dessert (Mont Blanc +¥550)
Whether it was for infection prevention or not, sitting side by side facing the window with my friend felt refreshing. The light coming in from the window and the trees were pleasant, and we were able to spend a leisurely time. The service was outstanding, as expected from Ukai-san, very meticulous and kind. The food was delicious, and the portion was just right. The Mont Blanc dessert is finished right in front of you. As expected from a high-end restaurant, the delicate texture and simple flavor of the chestnut were superb.

The Grill Ukai Marunouchi excels in three key elements: ambiance, service, and cuisine. It offers a balanced and sophisticated interior, well-trained service staff, and consistently delicious dishes. While it may be on the pricier side, considering the quality of service provided, it could be considered reasonable. This restaurant is a safe and reliable choice, offering a high-end dining experience.

Marunouchi Brick Square shop is located inside Marunouchi Brick Square near Tokyo Station. The nearest station is Nijubashimae Station on the Tokyo Metro Chiyoda Line, which is not far from JR lines or Marunouchi Line. In addition to Ukai-san, there are other famous shops in the area, making it a great place for food hopping. The exterior of Grill Ukai-san's store is on the 2nd floor of the building. The atmosphere is welcoming with solid walls and a fireplace. The interior has a modern decoration with a touch of antiquity, creating a calm ambiance. You can enjoy a view of the Mitsubishi Ichigokan Museum, faithfully restored with brick construction, through the large windows. Since Ukai-san is popular, it is recommended to make a reservation before visiting. For lunch, they offer a choice of three courses: Prix Fixe, Steak, and Special. I chose the Steak Lunch Course, which includes four dishes, dessert, and a drink. I had a welcome drink of Frederick Manjan's sparkling wine, followed by Tokyo Sumida River Brewing craft beer. The dishes included Amberjack marinated in avocado, Prawns in Papillote with zucchini, a cold soup with spring onions, and Charcoal-grilled Black Wagyu Sirloin with potatoes and broccoli. For dessert, I chose the Rich Gateau Chocolat with American cherries, ice cream, and whipped cream. It was a delightful dining experience, and I will definitely be coming back again!
