My favorite yakitori restaurant. All seats are at the counter, with a calm and stylish atmosphere, truly a hidden gem for adults. Currently, due to the coronavirus pandemic, the seating spacing has become much wider than before, and partitions have been installed, so you can relax without worrying about the person next to you and spend a leisurely time. As we mainly focus on alcohol, we ordered the omakase skewers (6 skewers & 1 choice of vegetables) without any rice dishes. The yakitori is elegantly finished, allowing you to enjoy the taste of various parts of the chicken. The small size is just right. I love the chicken liver here, and I always add it even if it's included in the course, but unfortunately it was out of stock today. Apparently, there are rare occasions when it is not available on Sundays. Looking forward to it next time. The raw vegetables served as an appetizer with salt and olive oil are fresh and you can enjoy the natural texture, sweetness, and bitterness of the vegetables. Some comments mention that the food comes out slowly, but personally, I think it's best to enjoy a leisurely time drinking and chatting. There are other places where you can enjoy yakitori with champagne or wine, but this place stands out for its delicious food, good atmosphere, and attentive service, making it the top choice overall. It had been a long time since I visited due to the pandemic, but I had a comfortable and happy time as before. Thank you very much! I will visit again soon.

Spacious counter with dim, stylish lighting at a yakitori restaurant. I tried three types of champagne and white wine, and they were all delicious. I was engrossed in conversation with my companion, so we ate slowly and were told by the staff to eat while the food was still hot...haha. I drink quite a bit, so the course meal portion was generous. I would love to come back if I have the chance.

I had a very delicious experience at "Ginza Toriya Sachi," a yakitori specialty restaurant located in Ginza 6-chome, Chuo-ku, Tokyo. Personally, I thought the chicken wings were excellent. The atmosphere and service at the restaurant were also very nice. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

I came to Ginza for a business dinner with a client. The interior of the restaurant was dimly lit and had a calm atmosphere. The counter seats were nicely separated from each other, providing a comfortable dining experience. I was so engrossed in the food that I forgot to take many photos, but each skewer was cooked perfectly with just the right amount of salt, making it delicious. The chicken and egg rice bowl at the end was just the right size and very satisfying. The only thing that bothered me a bit was the service from the staff. If the service had been a bit more attentive, it would have been perfect. Thank you for the meal! :)

Tabelog Rating: 3.55☆ (as of August 2023, Friday night)
Visited on: August 2023, Friday night
The restaurant has a large L-shaped counter where you can enjoy yakitori in a relaxed atmosphere. I visited on a Friday night and the place was fully booked. The only option for food is the "Hinai-Jidori Course" (¥10,000 including tax). The course includes a selection of vegetables such as shiitake mushrooms and shishito peppers. I chose shiitake mushrooms and shishito peppers. The course also includes options like cherry tomatoes and avocado. After finishing the tsukune, you are asked if you want to add more skewers. I opted not to add more and moved on to the final dish, oyakodon. For drinks, I started with 2 glasses of draft beer (¥990 each) followed by a glass of sweet potato shochu "Flamingo Orange" (¥990) and 3 glasses of Chateau Moulin de Blanchette red wine (¥1,400 each). The variety of drinks, including shochu, sake, and bottled wine, was impressive. The bill included a seating charge of ¥1,100 per person, totaling slightly over ¥16,000 per person. The course included various side dishes along with the chicken dishes, such as "Kyoto Duck Roast" and 6 skewers, followed by oyakodon. Overall, it was a good experience for those who enjoy eating slowly while drinking, but it might feel a bit lacking for those who prefer to focus on the chicken dishes. Note: Unfortunately, despite mentioning a dislike for liver at the beginning of the course, a liver skewer was still served.

In a corner of Ginza Rokuchome, there is a yakitori restaurant that pays attention to not only chicken but also vegetables and sake. The chef is quiet, but the young staff are friendly and make the atmosphere welcoming. When I mentioned my companion's dislikes, they were flexible and accommodated our needs, so we enjoyed our meal. The meal was satisfying, especially with the choice of oyakodon (rice bowl with chicken and egg) as the finale. Thank you for the delicious meal.

The restaurant used to offer a la carte options, but now it seems they only offer set courses. The atmosphere is very cool with a counter seating in a dimly lit space. The service used to be attentive and the yakitori was delicious with great value. However, this time was disappointing. The taste was so-so, the texture of the yakitori was lacking the crispy skin. When we asked for additional items like lanterns, we were told in a somewhat condescending manner that they were rare and not available now. It's a shame because we used to like this place and have visited several times. I don't think I will be coming back in the future. It's a great place for a date night.

It is located a little off the main street of Ginza. I made a reservation and had a course meal. The selection of sake and wine was excellent. Since I had quite a bit of sake the day before, this time I had highballs with Miyagikyo, Hakushu, and Taketsuru. The appetizer was vegetables with olive oil and salt. Then I had roasted duck, grated daikon with egg yolk, a platter of three kinds, and skewers of thigh, liver, green onion, chicken wings, and tsukune. I could choose grilled vegetables and I had avocado and shiitake. For the main dish, I had oyakodon with chicken soup. Finally, I had plum sherbet for dessert. It's a counter-only restaurant with slightly dim lighting, giving it an adult atmosphere. It felt like enjoying high-quality yakitori in Ginza, and the meat was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

Reservations are easy to make. The course was satisfying, with delicious yakitori and vegetables. You can choose the vegetables or mushrooms you want and they will grill them for you. The clientele seems to be mostly office workers and young couples. I overheard the staff's private conversations, which was a bit distracting but overall a good experience.

It was a yakitori course in Ginza. All the yakitori was delicious. Not only the taste, but also the presentation and dishes were carefully thought out. The oyakodon at the end was also very good. The only complaint is that the service time exceeded 2 hours, which felt a little long...

A second visit upon my partner's request. Once again, the restaurant was fully booked with reservations. I recommend quietly ordering the Hichinai Jidori Premium Course here. You can choose two types of vegetable skewers, and the course includes a delicious oyakodon as the final dish. The skewers are recommended and served first, but you can also order your favorite skewer before the final meal. So it's best to go on an empty stomach. The highlight here is the variety of glass wines. The selection changes every time you visit, allowing you to enjoy a fresh pairing experience each time. This restaurant is a must-visit for yakitori lovers and wine enthusiasts alike!

The restaurant has a sense of stability✨ You can choose the vegetables that come out along the way, but they all look delicious, so it's hard to decide - they all look delicious! The way the meat is grilled with a crispy skin is delicious✨ The seasoning of the parent and child bowl is also good, and the satisfaction level remains high until the end. The interior of the restaurant is clean, the atmosphere is nice, and the staff are polite, making it a good restaurant.

To Ginza Toriya Kousan in Ginza 6-chome. The entrance of the restaurant exudes luxury with its indirect lighting sign. Upon entering, you will find a large counter that is truly impressive. The seating is spacious and luxurious, making it a truly indulgent experience. I made a reservation in advance for the Hichinai Jidori Premium Course. The course started in a calm atmosphere, raising my expectations. Today's dishes included chilled vegetables, grilled chicken, roasted Kyoto duck, truffle potato salad, and more. The lack of detailed explanations and the calm atmosphere may be part of the restaurant's culture. I added a few more skewers towards the end as I found it slightly lacking. For the finale, I chose the soboro bowl with chicken soup and pickles. It would have been nice to have a menu or explanation of the course contents. Overall, it was a bit disappointing considering the price. The total cost was just under 20,000 yen per person. Thank you for the meal.

Visited the restaurant for a private meeting with a client. Upon entering, encountered a large counter that encircled the clean and spacious interior, which immediately raised my excitement. The restaurant's selling point was its extensive selection of wines, with the staff recommending the perfect wine to pair with the yakitori. The yakitori, served with roughly chopped daikon and egg, was delicious and well-balanced. The course menu we ordered was top-notch, with standout dishes being the seseri and ponchiri. We ended the meal with tekka don. The atmosphere of the restaurant was excellent, and the staff were professional and left a great impression. Definitely a place I would like to visit again for various occasions. Thank you.

I arrived at a late hour, around 20:30. The atmosphere was nice and the food was delicious, although it felt a bit rushed. I was recommended a slightly sparkling Nabeshima sake, which was apparently rare. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

The wine yakitori specialty store with a great selection of wines is amazing! Being able to drink PERRIER-JOUET Champagne in a glass is so exciting, it really lifted my spirits. Both the glass and bottle options were plentiful. You can choose from 1 sparkling, 3 white, and 3 red wines by the glass. It's recommended to order the set menu, which includes a selection of vegetable skewers. It was so enjoyable to pair the wine with the skewers. For the finale, you can choose from oyakodon, soborodon, or tamagokake gohan. My partner also had a great time choosing. The service was just right, with attentive and thoughtful service. It was really nice how they considered when to bring out the dishes.

The grilled dishes such as beef tongue, pork belly, and negima skewers were delicious, as well as the appetizers and grilled vegetables! The oyakodon at the end was amazing. The restaurant has a calm atmosphere and is very cozy, I ended up staying for almost 3 hours without feeling rushed to leave. The experienced staff members were all very nice and welcoming.

The yakitori was delicious, and the vegetables were also tasty. It was a course meal, and every skewer was delicious, making me very satisfied. They are willing to exclude items you don't like if you let them know in advance, which was reassuring. Personally, I was impressed by how tasty all the vegetables were, both raw and grilled. By the time we had the parent and child rice bowl as the final dish, I was already quite full. The counter was spacious and comfortable. I would definitely like to visit this restaurant again.

I visited this restaurant with a friend last summer and had a great experience, so I invited another friend to go with me this time. We reserved the Hinai-jidori chicken course again, but this time it was priced at 10,000 yen (including tax), which was 2,000 yen more than before. I guess it's understandable given the current situation. We went on a Sunday, so we only had 4 choices for the vegetable skewers, and I was a bit disappointed that shiitake mushrooms weren't available. The Hinai-jidori chicken yakitori was still delicious with its firm texture and rich flavor. The "sori" from last time was still as tasty as ever. This time, I had room in my stomach, so I added 2 skewers (thigh and scamorza cheese). The scamorza cheese from Italy had a smoky flavor and a good chewy texture, which paired well with the thigh meat. For the finale, we could choose between Hinai-jidori chicken oyakodon, Nagoya Cochin egg rice bowl, or minced chicken rice bowl. I chose the oyakodon without hesitation. The flavor was a bit strong, but it was balanced out by the light soup, so it was just right. Thank you for the meal!

I enjoyed seasonal vegetables and yakitori. The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere with a kitchen counter. You can choose 2 out of 4 vegetable options. In between yakitori, there are also small dishes served. It's a great place for a date.

Delicious food and a cozy atmosphere in a hidden gem of a yakitori restaurant located in a back alley in Ginza 6-chome. The dark and moody interior creates a perfect "adult hideaway" vibe. I enjoyed seasonal vegetables and yakitori with some drinks, taking my time to savor the meal. The ventilation system was great, as I didn't smell any smoke while watching the yakitori being grilled in front of me. The restaurant only offers set courses, but you can add extra orders if you like. However, I was so satisfied with the course that I didn't feel the need for any additional orders. Another delicious and enjoyable dining experience. Thank you for the meal.
