I had the opportunity to dine at the Ritz-Carlton and decided to make a reservation at this bistro restaurant. I was happy to be able to go to a bistro where even someone like me, a commoner, could go. The decorations inside the hotel were impressive, and the view from the restaurant was very beautiful. The waiter was very kind and provided excellent service. The course meal included fish and meat dishes. Everything was delicious without any complaints. The presentation was so beautiful that it felt like a shame to eat. I felt that it is important to come to places like this occasionally and experience something out of the ordinary.

I made a reservation for a weekday 4-course lunch set with a glass of sparkling wine included for 10,500 yen. Each course was customizable. The sparkling wine was Cava and it was well chilled with fine bubbles. For the starter, I chose a salad which was generous in portion and had a tangy vinegar dressing mixed with leafy greens, eggs, avocado, and small pieces of meat. It was very filling. Bread was also served. The second course was a rich fish soup made from a blend of 4 types of fish. After drinking 1/3 of it, I added sauce, then cheese, and finally dipped crispy baguette in the remaining soup. The main course was beef cheek with a gentle side of daikon, and the meat had a very rich flavor. For dessert, I chose a raspberry mousse from the showcase. Coffee and tea were served as well. I went with my 1-year-old child and they provided milk and bread as a service, which was very impressive. The view was great, and I would love to visit again after feeling so satisfied! ❤️

Towers/Bistronomy offers a wonderful dining experience in a fantastic setting. You can enjoy a luxurious time with delicious food and desserts. The lunch available from 13:30 at Towers through online booking includes a 4-course meal with dessert of your choice. It was such a rewarding lunch experience.

I stayed at The Ritz-Carlton Tokyo and had breakfast there. I ordered a Japanese set meal and Eggs Benedict, both of which were delicious. The view was great, so I was able to enjoy my meal in a good mood in the morning. About 80% of the customers were foreigners. The service was good.

I made a reservation for 1:30 PM. At first, the seat was a bit narrow, so I asked if there was a wider seat available. They kindly prepared a spacious seat by the window for me. I used a coupon for this visit, so I only reserved the seat and ordered after arriving (the prices listed are before the discount). I ordered the 4-course menu for 8500 yen. The appetizer, "Horse mackerel tartare," was especially delicious. The bread was also very tasty. I usually don't like hard bread, but this one had a nice sweetness that paired well with butter. For drinks, we only wanted a little water, but they only had bottled water for a fee, so we ended up ordering a 750ml bottle for 1500 yen. However, we also ordered other drinks, so we didn't end up drinking much water. It was a bit of a mistake. If I could have made a regular online reservation, I would have preferred to order the dessert buffet plan (although one slice of cake would have been enough to fill me up).

We used the breakfast at the Bistronomy "Towers" at The Ritz-Carlton Tokyo. It was a luxurious and sophisticated space. Apart from us, everyone else was foreigners, giving us a feeling of being overseas. The TOWERS BREAKFAST included a choice of fruit juice, homemade bakery items, assorted fruits, green salad with seafood, ham and cheese, yogurt, and various main dishes. There were about 6-7 dishes using eggs as the main ingredient. We ordered several main dishes to share, and they were all delicious. The fruit assortment was also of high quality and satisfying. The next day, we tried the JAPANESE BREAKFAST, which took some time to be served and not many people ordered it, but it was also very delicious.

I had some business in Tokyo and was staying at the Ritz-Carlton. I was looking for a place to have dinner, but the restaurant I wanted to go to was fully booked. So, I ended up making a reservation at the hotel for 7:30 pm and went there with one other person. We had a Towers Dinner 5-course and a Towers Dinner 4-course. We also ordered an a la carte dish of black truffle cream spaghetti and some drinks like beer, red and white wine, and sparkling wine. The course meals were different from each other, so we shared and tried a variety of dishes. Overall, the food was decent for the price, but the black truffle pasta from the a la carte menu was a bit disappointing to me. The noodles were too soft and the flavor was lacking for the price of 7,750 yen. Despite that, I still enjoyed the location, night view, and luxurious atmosphere. So, overall, I was satisfied with the experience. Thank you for the meal.

I quickly devoured the 3-course lunch and it was delicious! The bread was tasty, the tartar sauce was good, and the pork cheek was tender and not heavy.

The breakfast at The Ritz-Carlton is served in a unique style where you choose a main dish and the staff brings unlimited yogurt, drinks, and bread to your table. It's better than a buffet with many unfamiliar items. The salmon eggs are highly recommended and the taste is excellent. If you stay here, Platinum members of Marriott Bonvoy get a 50% discount and Titanium members stay for free. It's a luxurious experience that is worth it for those with a high status. Thank you for the meal.

I visited for lunch. The food was delicious, the staff was polite, and the service was excellent. However, the tables had peeling paint, no placemats, and the cutlery was placed directly on the table without a cutlery rest. It's the Ritz, so why is it not hygienic? Even lower-priced restaurants provide cutlery rests if they don't have placemats. The food was good, but I won't be coming back.

Before meeting my friend, I always have a refreshing iced tea. When it starts to get hot during the day, a light champagne appetizer is the best. The bread here is also incredibly delicious, especially with butter. The meat is juicy and satisfying with the sauce. It's even better with the ajillo on the side, using a completely different one.

If you're staying at the prestigious Ritz-Carlton in Tokyo, you can't miss out on the breakfast at Japan's top hotel. I had breakfast at the restaurant "Towers" on the 45th floor of Tokyo Midtown, where The Ritz-Carlton is located, and it was truly a fantastic experience with world-class service. The famous Eggs Benedict lived up to its reputation, loved by celebrities worldwide. Personally, I was amazed by how delicious the bread was, especially the sausage-filled pastry which was the best I've ever had. While it's not a place I can visit every day, I hope to make it a yearly tradition to have breakfast at The Ritz-Carlton. ]

I had a course meal here for a client's dinner. The service at The Ritz-Carlton was top-notch, and the interior was luxurious. The high ceilings and each piece of decor truly reflected the world-class standard of The Ritz-Carlton. The meal consisted of a chef's dinner course, with cold appetizers, hot appetizers, a main course, and dessert. Although there were only four courses, each dish was surprisingly filling, especially the generous portion of the main meat dish. The view from the 45th floor of The Ritz-Carlton was stunning, making it the perfect location for a dinner date or a special occasion with loved ones.

Located on the 45th floor of The Ritz Carlton Tokyo, this restaurant offers a weekend brunch for 9,500 yen. The brunch includes a variety of bread (5 types, all-you-can-eat), assorted appetizers, a second dish, a main course (some items may require an additional fee), and dessert. The quality of the food was truly satisfying, as expected from The Ritz. The highlights of the day were the Eggs Benedict, which is already a favorite of mine, and the melt-in-your-mouth grilled sirloin. It was incredibly delicious. Marriott Amex members can enjoy a discount as well.

Special dinner reservation made one week in advance through Ikyu. Reserved a 5-course meal with a complimentary glass of champagne. Mentioned it was a special occasion, and they prepared a semi-private window-side table for us. Grateful for the gesture. Champagne was poured generously. The wine pairing with Trimbach Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Burgundy Chardonnay, and Marsanne Pinot Noir was excellent. Cream cheese amuse-bouche to start, followed by hot and fragrant bread. The shrimp tartare with a hint of yuzu was delightful. White asparagus was fragrant and sweet, paired well with Sauvignon Blanc. The pan-fried rockfish with rapeseed flowers was a spring-like dish. The roasted venison was rich in flavor and truly satisfying. Dessert with strawberries and cinnamon cookies was delicious. The post-dinner coffee was also enjoyable. The service was top-notch, with various staff members attending to us. Cost around 25,000 yen per person, but well worth it with the food, drinks, and service. Overall, a highly satisfying experience. While high-rise restaurants often excel in views and ambiance, sometimes the food falls short. However, this place excelled in every aspect - ambiance, view, food, wine, and service. Truly living up to the Ritz-Carlton name. A perfect choice for important dinners. Visit with confidence. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

The quality of the food, service, and atmosphere is excellent. The sommelier's wine pairing suggestions were fantastic and the desserts served in the best seat with a great view were truly a heavenly experience. Great value for money. Will definitely be returning.

The view from the 45th floor of The Ritz is amazing, with high ceilings and a chic atmosphere. The night view is beautiful and makes you feel excited. Although the number of dishes for appetizers and desserts seemed small at first, they were all delicious and satisfying. The simple seasoning really brought out the flavors of the ingredients, which I loved. The soup was especially delicious. Even though we didn't have a window seat, the spacious sofa seating still allowed us to enjoy the night view. Despite making a same-day reservation over the phone, the staff were very polite and provided excellent hospitality from seating to leaving. The detailed explanation of the dishes and the attentive service really made our experience luxurious and enjoyable.

I went to this restaurant in Roppongi for dinner with a last-minute reservation. The entrance was a bit hard to find, but once inside, the atmosphere was really nice. The food was simple but delicious, although a bit lacking considering the price. However, the staff's service was disappointing, which made the overall experience less enjoyable. I probably won't be coming back. The total time spent was about 1.5 hours and the bill came out to a little over 20,000 yen.

I stayed at the hotel the day before and used it for breakfast. The food was delicious, the service was very friendly, and the view from the table was wonderful... It was a very enjoyable time. We got carried away and ended up trying almost all the types of bread between the two of us. Thank you for the meal! ✨
