Tonight was a dinner to celebrate my wife's birthday at this restaurant located on the 33rd floor of the Prince Park Tower Tokyo (1,233rd restaurant in the Hamamatsucho/Shiba Park area). The view was amazing from the 33rd floor. We arrived around 6 pm and enjoyed watching the sky change colors as the atmosphere of the restaurant transformed accordingly. The night view of the Rainbow Bridge was stunning. They had a great variety of wines available. We started with a toast with rosé champagne, then enjoyed two bottles of my favorite Alsace Gewürztraminer, and finished with a glass of red wine with the final meat dish. The atmosphere, view, and drinks were all excellent. Of course, the food was also fantastic. We had the Chef's Passion course priced at 26,000 yen, which included dishes made with plenty of Hokkaido ingredients. The menu included a light summer appetizer, a beautiful dish of lobster, Hokkaido melon, and fruit tomato gazpacho with Osetra caviar, sea urchin and corn mousse with cardamom flavor, a unique dish of egg wrapped in crab shell, salmon roe and sansho pepper, lamb loin with foie gras sauce, and a dessert of creme d'Anjou with haskap and lavender. The overall experience was luxurious with a variety of high-quality ingredients and creative dishes. The food was so good that the drinks kept flowing, making it a wonderful dinner.

The scenery and the food were both excellent. The main meat dish was not greasy and was tender, just the way I like it. After a surprise dessert, they even took a photo for us. The music from the music box playing at that time was also very soothing.

Visited for my wife's birthday. Stayed at Tokyo Prince Hotel and planned to walk but realized it was a different building, so took a taxi. When I called to inform them, they kindly said, "Please come without rushing." The atmosphere inside the restaurant was exceptional! The spacious floor was open and the night view was amazing! We were seated by the window, but even at the central table, they raised the height so we could enjoy the night view. I had informed them in advance that my wife is pregnant, and they politely asked how far I wanted to go in terms of caffeine and raw foods. While many places accommodate pregnant women when informed, it was the first time they asked, "How far can we go?" which made me happy with their service spirit. All the dishes were delicious! The cold corn potage combined with fresh sea urchin was amazing! The main beef dish was cooked medium-well for my wife. Both the lamb and beef were prepared in two styles, like steak and beef stew, which was very satisfying! I had ordered a bouquet as a surprise, and they discreetly handed it to my wife during dessert, allowing me to make a grand gesture. Both the food and service were excellent!! When I talked about the marriage of potage and sea urchin, I was given the cold shoulder that night.

I chose the Chef's Passion course for my first visit with my boyfriend. The course focused on Hokkaido cuisine. The reason for our visit was purely because the dishes looked cute. The most memorable dish for me was the hairy crab and hot spring egg. It was so delicious that I wanted to keep eating it. Honestly, I don't remember the taste of the other dishes we had today, three days later. They were tasty, but maybe they were just average for a restaurant of this level. I can't say it was cost-effective considering the price. However, the atmosphere of the restaurant and the view were truly amazing, making it perfect for celebrating anniversaries or proposals. I don't think it's necessary to go just for the food. Anyway, we had a great time. Thank you for the meal!

The scenery, food, taste, and atmosphere were all great. The night view was beautiful and amazing. The full glass windows provided a very happy view. The food was all delicious. Although some of the orders took a bit long to arrive. I accidentally broke a glass, but they quickly prepared a new seat for me and handled it well. I was happy with their response. The food was so good that I want to go again.

In April 2023, my mother, aunt, and I had a special anniversary lunch together. The day after staying at The Prince Park Tower, we visited the restaurant for lunch. I had been curious about this restaurant for a while, so I was very happy to finally have the opportunity to dine there. The tableware was Christofle silver with a horse-patterned plate. My aunt, who was born in the year of the horse, was very interested in it (laughs). When I asked the staff, they said it was a work by Paul Giamman. There were also many paintings displayed, which was very lovely. We toasted with Wenzhou mandarin juice, which was amazing with its pulpy texture. It was so delicious that I thought it might be the best mandarin juice I've ever had! We chose the Azure course for 6000 yen this time. From the appetizers to the dessert, everything was delicately prepared and we enjoyed it with our eyes as well. The menu included marinated angel prawns with grapefruit, potage "San Germain" with mascarpone foam and Iberico chorizo accent, white fish with spring vegetables, roasted lamb with tapenade, and a dessert of pistachio mousse with vanilla ice cream and orange aroma. Every dish was delicate and delicious. Having lunch with a magnificent view was truly special. When I casually mentioned that it was my birthday month, they surprised us with a special dessert plate – I was very grateful for their thoughtfulness. The service was refined and top-notch, and we had a very satisfying anniversary lunch.

I visited the 33rd floor of Breeze Veil in December of the 4th year of Reiwa. When I arrived, Tu noticed me and brought water, then asked if I wanted to have a meal. S, the manager, also noticed me and kindly offered me coffee, so I requested a café au lait (with more milk, in a 2:1 ratio). I couldn't see Se, so I thought he might be off today, but it turns out he is working at the Garden Lounge for the next 3 months until the end of January. Tu confirmed that Se was off duty today. The Rainbow Bridge can be seen from the restaurant, but unfortunately, the curtains were closed today so we couldn't enjoy the view. We chatted with the three of us until close to 10:30. When we left, a female staff member escorted us to the elevator booth, and S, the manager, saw us off at the elevator hall. *I forgot to take a picture of the café au lait, so with the consent of my companion, I will show a photo of the interior of the restaurant with my companion in it.

I stayed at The Prince Park Tower Tokyo to celebrate my birthday. For lunch, we went to Breeze Veil. We were seated by the window with a great view overlooking the bayside and Roppongi area. The refined flavors were superb, but what really stood out was the service. From wine pairings to subtle service gestures during conversations, it turned out to be a wonderful celebratory lunch.

Located on the 33rd floor of The Prince Park Tower Tokyo, adjacent to Shiba Park, this restaurant was originally planned as part of an accommodation package but ended up being just a meal visit. The spacious interior had a section where a lively party, resembling a reunion, was taking place, but the restaurant was large enough that it did not disturb the conversations at individual tables. The distance between tables was adequate, providing a comfortable space to enjoy the meal. The view included a distant sight of the Rainbow Bridge, which was not bad. As it is a restaurant within a hotel, it maintains a certain standard, but due to the size of the restaurant, the staff's attention may not be fully focused, leading to delays in being attended to. Although this visit was only for the restaurant, it left a slight feeling of lacking fulfillment, as exploring the hotel during an accommodation stay would have added to the experience. Please note that the absence of an accommodation stay was a personal circumstance and not a fault of the restaurant. (The photo of Tokyo Tower was included for reference, but it is not visible from inside the restaurant. It can be seen from the hallway upon exiting the restaurant.)

Celebrating my 1000th review on Tabelog, I visited Restaurant Brise Verte in Takanawa. The name translates to "Green Breeze" in French. Located on the top floor of Prince Park Tower, right next to Tokyo Tower, the restaurant offers stunning views of the Rainbow Bridge in Odaiba. I had reserved the set lunch, which included appetizer, soup, main course, dessert, and coffee. The atmosphere was lovely, with floor-to-ceiling windows providing a sense of openness. I started with marinated striped jack with mustard and a sweet mousse, followed by a savory risotto with mushroom foam. For the main course, I chose the Fuji chicken with Supreme sauce and truffle aroma, while my companion had the white fish with Dugléré sauce. Both dishes were delicious and beautifully presented. The meal ended with a refreshing combination of Shine Muscat and Pione grapes with fromage blanc. The service was excellent, and the staff made us feel welcome and comfortable throughout the meal. Despite the cloudy weather, the view of the Rainbow Bridge added to the overall experience. I look forward to revisiting this restaurant in the future.

I stopped by this restaurant on the top floor of the Prince Tower without a reservation during a drive. I tried the cheapest lunch course for 5000 yen. The view is amazing. I got a seat by the window with a spectacular view, and the staff were very considerate, asking if I was too hot. The food was delicious. The night view seems incredible, so I want to go back at night as well.

The Prince Park Tower Tokyo, located on the 33rd floor, is a restaurant with a great view. Around 8:40, I arrived at the 33rd floor Breeze Veil. I was greeted by K manager at the front desk, and then guided to a window seat in the back by manager Iwai. My server was mainly Se, with a little help from Tu. I chose fruit water for my drink, and for my American breakfast egg dish, I requested a plain omelette made sweet. My café au lait was made with more milk than coffee, at a ratio of 2:1. Y manager from the 1st floor (lounge, shop, room service) came to greet me as well. The American breakfast cost 3,570 yen (tax included, service charge not included). Se also brought me orange juice and tomato juice to taste. I had yogurt with kiwi, pineapple, red meat melon, grapes, and blueberries. The bread selection included toast, croissant, and roll bread. I suggested allowing guests to choose their preferred bread to reduce food waste. The roll bread was dry, not to my liking, while the toast was slightly moist, which I enjoyed. The omelette was made sweet and included ham, sausage, potatoes, zucchini, onions, and tomatoes. The quality of the eggs seemed average. Around 9:30, Se escorted me to the elevator and I left the restaurant.

In May of the 4th year of Reiwa, before 9 o'clock, head to the 33rd floor of Breeze Veil. When you get off the elevator on the 33rd floor, the place is crowded with customers! The hallway leading to Breeze Veil is also filled with people! A man in black named Ho is in charge. We have to wait at the bar. When asked if Y Manager is around, Ho says he is not present and is handling room service. When asked if he has been transferred, Ho says he is someone who is looking at various things. After a few minutes, we are seated at a table by the window. Ho and Ms. Sa are our servers. We order an American breakfast, fruit water, coffee, fruit yogurt, toast, croissant, plain omelette (sweetened), sausages, bacon, potatoes, tomatoes, and zucchini. Mr. Ha comes to greet us and informs us that Y Manager will be visiting us shortly. Y Manager arrives and explains that there are many orders for in-room dining, so he was helping out. We chat for a while. Se is off today. Around 10 o'clock, we say goodbye to Ha and others, and Y Manager escorts us to the elevator to leave. Cost performance rating: 3.6 out of 5.

The Prince Park Tower Tokyo, the flagship brand of Prince Hotels, is a luxurious hotel located in Shiba Park. It has been awarded 4 stars by Forbes Travel Guide in the hotel category for two consecutive years. The French restaurant on the 33rd floor offers stunning views of Tokyo. Tonight, I had dinner there starting with a light dish. Every dish was beautifully presented. The second dish included clams, vegetables, semolina fritters, prosciutto, and a cherry blossom-like rapeseed flower coulis. The third dish featured egg, cheese, new onion puree, and asparagus. The fourth dish was sea bass and firefly squid with clams. The fifth dish was the main course of black wagyu beef fillet. For dessert, there was a grapefruit mousse rose terrine. Everything was delicious, beautifully presented, and I can't wait to go back!

<Ordered Item>* American Breakfast Faust 3,927 yen, including 3.4% tax and 10% service charge<Menu>* Plain omelette (main dish)* Warm Wenzhou orange juice* Yogurt with fruit* Mini salad* Assorted bread* Coffee<Impressions>I used to often go to hotel breakfast buffets before the pandemic, but it had been a while since I went out for a hotel breakfast. I like Andaz Tokyo or Conrad, but I wasn't sure if they were still offering buffets, so I visited Prince Shiba Park for the first time. A random observation, but the cars parked in the underground parking lot are amazing. I think the Rolls-Royce ratio is probably the highest in Tokyo. For breakfast, it was a set menu instead of a buffet. The price is slightly cheaper at 3,570 yen (excluding tax) compared to 5-star hotels in Tokyo, which may be due to the content. As for the taste, if it were a 5-star hotel, it would be considered standard. Of course, compared to lower price ranges, it is on the tastier side, but it feels like you get what you pay for. Being on the top floor of the hotel, the view is naturally good, but unfortunately, there are no seats facing Tokyo Tower, so to be honest, the view is mediocre. There is a luxurious atmosphere, so it could be an option for those who want to enjoy an elegant breakfast. However, personally, if I were to use this, I would recommend going to Andaz Tokyo or Conrad Tokyo.<Points of Interest>I wish the bacon and sausage that came with the omelette were more cooked. Especially the bacon was hardly cooked and had a weird texture.

This is an American breakfast. The omelette was amazing! The toast was also delicious. The croissant was a bit dry and not great. The yogurt was not very sweet, but paired well with the fruit. I left the restaurant thinking maybe I should have gone with the Japanese set meal instead.

Located on the 33rd floor of Prince Park Tower, Brise Verte is a French restaurant with a refreshing view of Shiba Park. I had the "Plaisir" course for lunch. We started with a toast with Spanish organic sparkling wine. The pre-meal appetizer was a light dish of lily root mousse with chicken consommé jelly and caviar mousse. The texture was unexpectedly rich and moist, not fluffy. The marinated karasumi of squid from Ehime Prefecture with broccoli aioli sauce was soft and flavorful. The white foam underneath was a sauce made from squid broth. The broccoli added a nice touch of color, making it feel like spring. The bread, including campanile, milk bread, and baguette, was warm and delicious. It was nice to have both butter and olive oil for dipping. The main course I chose was a combination of veal cheek and loin with Persilée and Madras sauces. The veal cheek was tender, and the sauce was delightful. I refreshed with a non-alcoholic cocktail. For dessert, I had a black pepper-scented blancmange with strawberry tartare, which I loved. This was a very satisfying birthday lunch for my husband and father.

I had breakfast at The Prince Park Tower Tokyo at the beginning of the year. We were seated at a table by the window. The sky was cloudy, so the sun wasn't shining in, but the lack of shade made the view clear. I ordered the American breakfast with a plain omelette, while my husband chose the California Morning. We could also choose our juice, so my husband had the Wenzhou orange juice and I had tomato juice. They also served a selection of bread including toast, croissants, peach Danish, and brioche. The croissant was delicious, with a crispy tip. The hotel's plain omelette was surprisingly tasty. My husband's salad was huge. We enjoyed a leisurely and delicious breakfast. Thank you for the meal.
