I went to the newly opened Kanpai 500 Sakaba right after coming out of the north exit of Kanda Station on my way home from work! I made a reservation for 10 people in advance. The highlight here is that each table has a tabletop server, and you can enjoy lemon sour and highball for 550 yen including tax for 60 minutes! There is no waiting time for drinks, and you can adjust the strength of the alcohol to your liking, which is great. Personally, I found that ordering cut lemons for an additional 110 yen made the drinks even more delicious! The dishes are also very affordable. The dishes I ordered were yakitori assortment for 798 yen, lamb skewers for 220 yen, chicken and vegetable skewers for 498 yen, carpaccio for 598 yen, grilled chicken thigh for 900 yen, gyoza for two people for 398 yen, fried chicken for 498 yen, tartar chicken nanban for 598 yen, assorted fried foods for 1100 yen, french fries for 398 yen, and shrimp yakisoba with 798 yen. The portions are generous, and you can get full at a very reasonable price! The food was delicious as well. Especially the charcoal-grilled chicken, we ordered a lot but at 110 yen per skewer, you can order without hesitation, and it was delicious. The assorted fried foods also have a great volume! The interior of the restaurant is very clean as it is a newly opened establishment! Despite the low prices, the atmosphere inside is very calm. And there is a clear separation between smoking and non-smoking areas, so it seems suitable for both smokers and non-smokers! I found a good izakaya in Kanda Station, so I would like to go again. Recently, there are more lunch options in Kanda that cost over 1000 yen. However, there are still cheap lunch options that are typical of Kanda. I ordered the Tartar Chicken Nanban for 650 yen at 500 Sakaba (seems to be a chain). It took about 10 minutes to arrive. The portion of the chicken nanban was quite generous with plenty of lettuce. It came with rice, miso soup, and pickles. For 650 yen, it's a good deal. The taste is nothing special, but you're not really expecting that, right? It's just a regular Chinese-style restaurant. Just a stone's throw from Kanda Station, the Cheers 500 bar is located on the second floor up a flight of stairs. The main seating is at tables, with a few counter seats available. The place was packed with customers, but luckily we managed to snag a table when two patrons left. The best thing about this place is that every table comes with a self-serve highball dispenser. For just 550 yen in the first hour, you can enjoy all the highballs you want, and lemon juice is free so you can have all the lemon sours you like as well - what a bargain! After the first hour, it's 330 yen for every additional 30 minutes, kind of like parking fees (laughs). We stayed for two hours and it was so affordable. The menu is also extensive and reasonably priced. We had the plum and shiso chicken skewers for 158 yen, the deep-fried chicken for 498 yen, the grilled dumplings for 398 yen, the drooling chicken for 598 yen, the enoki mushroom wrapped in meat for 168 yen, and a cut lemon for 110 yen. We drank plenty for two hours and it only cost 2,600 yen per person - what a great deal! We'll definitely be back for more drinks (laughs).

The food started with bean sprout namul, followed by Caesar salad, fresh fish carpaccio, drooling chicken, assorted fried foods, homemade grilled dumplings, and assorted charcoal-grilled chicken. We ate quickly as the dishes kept coming, and just when we thought we were done, homemade fried noodles arrived. We struggled to finish everything while continuously refilling our lemon sours, and ended up very full! Although we could have refilled any dish, we were too full from the course meal! We finished with some vanilla ice cream to help settle our stomachs. This system was perfect for me, as I dislike waiting and could refill my lemon sour at my own pace. I may not know the name of this restaurant, but I will definitely seek out similar places with this system in the future!

Overall, it was a satisfying experience for those who prioritize cost-effectiveness in drinking parties with smoker friends.

You go up a narrow staircase next to Hamazawa and find the restaurant on the 2nd floor. When I arrived around 13:30, there were only 3 customers dining alone in the clean and newly opened restaurant. I was seated at a table and checked the menu. The lunch menu includes: - Chicken Karaage Set Meal 550 yen - Oyster Fry Set Meal 550 yen - Grilled Mackerel Set Meal 550 yen - Spicy Chicken Set Meal 600 yen - Tartar Chicken Nanban Set Meal 600 yen - Thick Pork Cutlet Set Meal 600 yen The prices are very affordable, and rice and soup are free refills. I decided to try the Chicken Karaage Set Meal for 550 yen. After ordering, I noticed that they were frying it fresh, so I waited for a bit. When the food arrived, it included rice, miso soup, chicken karaage, and pickles. The salad served with the karaage included cabbage and sesame dressing, which was refreshing. The karaage was more like fried chicken with a western flavor, but it was tasty and juicy. The portion size was generous, and the miso soup had tofu and green onions. I went for a refill and found that the second serving did not have any ingredients. Overall, it was a satisfying lunch for 550 yen. It's great to be able to eat for such a low price in these expensive times. However, I wonder why the restaurant was so empty. Perhaps it's because of the narrow entrance. They offer all-you-can-drink Highballs and Lemon Sours for 60 minutes at 550 yen, or 30 minutes at 330 yen, making it a super affordable bar. And as a grand opening special, the first hour is free! Yes, you read that right! Intrigued, I decided to check it out. I opted for the "All-you-can-drink all types of drinks for 500 yen (normally 1,050 yen)" since I also wanted to have beer. I started with a draft beer (399 yen) and cheers to that! After finishing it in one gulp, I moved on to a small bottle of Akahoshi beer (550 yen). Surprisingly, bottled beers are also included in the all-you-can-drink deal here. We were served hijiki simmered in soy sauce (330 yen) as a side dish. For drink refills, I tried Highballs, Maca Genki Sour (299 yen), Mashed Plum Sour (299 yen), Too Much Plum Sour (299 yen), and Kaga Stick Hojicha (299 yen). We also ordered edamame (298 yen), potato fries (398 yen), and deep-fried river shrimp (498 yen) as snacks. After enjoying the first hour of all-you-can-drink, the total bill for two people was 2,854 yen. And to top it off, bottled beers were included! This place is a real bargain.

Today I went to Kanda. I visited the Kanpai 500 Sakaba Kanda branch. It's a favorite place of mine where drinks come out from a server. Upon entering, the place was about half full. I started with Akaboshi beer. For snacks, I had vegetable sticks, tofu, grilled gizzard skewers, quail skewers, grilled ginkgo nuts, and grilled chicken cartilage...and more. Before I knew it, I had already finished my third Akaboshi beer alone! I'm satisfied. Thank you for the meal! Next time, I'll try enjoying the server!

If you love highballs, this is the best place for you. We used the all-you-can-drink highball plan from 3pm as a pregame before heading to another bar at 5pm. It was a 1.5-hour plan for 500 yen per hour. I think each of us ordered about 2 dishes for snacks, and the bill came out to around 1400 yen per person. I believe it was great value for money.

We used the all-you-can-eat and drink course with 6 people, but couldn't finish the first course because there was so much food. We didn't even make it to the all-you-can-eat section (lol). The all-you-can-drink included tableside highballs and 500 yen for draft beer, which was great! When I asked for a lemon sour, they made it with lemon syrup and carbonated water, which made it taste like there was no alcohol in it. I wasn't sure if that was how it was supposed to be.

The second place in Kanda is an amazing restaurant! With 1 hour of all-you-can-drink and appetizers, it's already more than enough! The food is also great, so I might have come here about 3 times already.

My friend made a reservation here because they wanted to eat yakitori. The course itself had good value, and there was also an all-you-can-eat menu, but the doneness of the yakitori was inconsistent, resulting in a noticeable difference in texture.

The feeling of indulgence in drinking during the daytime at a 24-hour restaurant was great!
