We were the second group to arrive before 2:00 PM on a weekday. The staff in the hall were quite relaxed in their cleanup, and it took them a while to call us even when there were empty tables. It took an hour from our arrival to the arrival of our food. However, the fried chicken was delicious. As for the enzyme brown rice, whether it was the rice itself or the way it was cooked, it was disappointing compared to other restaurants. If there are days when the hall staff are more efficient, I would like to visit again.

A vegan Chinese restaurant. Most of the customers inside were foreign tourists. I ordered fried chicken and a bottle of beer using the QR code on the table. The fried chicken tasted good, even though it was not made with real chicken. I wonder what it's made of. It's a mystery. I chose the Sichuan spicy sauce, which is mainly made of strong chili oil. It goes well with beer, but the beer itself was lukewarm. Lukewarm is not good. Not good means I can't drink it. If they intentionally made it lukewarm to prevent chilling the body, it's unnecessary meddling. If it wasn't intentional, then it's not a good service.

Visited with a vegetarian friend. Arrived around 6:30 pm on a weekday and found a long line, mostly made up of foreign tourists. Perhaps there are few options for vegetarians to eat out. Waited for about an hour and finally got inside. The space was quite cramped. The menu included vegetable tempura, dumplings, and fried soy meat, among other izakaya-style dishes. I wasn't a fan of soy meat in the past, but it seems to have evolved a lot. Even as a meat eater, I found the dumplings with soy meat to be just as delicious as regular ones. The spicy glass noodles were chewy and very tasty. This place is perfect for dining with vegetarians.

I have been relying on this place many times. I often visit during lunch time because it's a great deal, but it can get crowded on weekends due to its popularity. However, the turnover is fast so I've never had to wait for a long time. I always order the fried chicken set meal, which I think is much tastier than ones made with chicken meat. You can choose from several flavors, but the base fried chicken is so delicious that any choice is a good one. I highly recommend this place for both vegans and non-vegans.

The restaurant always has a long line, and this time I waited for a little over an hour with 8 groups ahead of me. About 80% of the customers were foreigners, and even two foreign women who came after me turned back after seeing the line. My daughter and I managed to find a table and ordered a fresh lemon sour and a fresh group fruit sour for 750 yen each. They were quite weak, so I recommend adding 50 yen for a stronger taste. We also ordered a coriander salad and cold noodles with coriander. Both dishes were perfect for coriander lovers. Highly recommended dishes include MFM (fried shiitake mushrooms), stone bowl mapo rice, maratan, fried chicken with banban sesame sauce (first time trying), and fermented brown rice. They were all delicious, but the highlight was the maratan with springy glass noodles, and when you add the black vinegar provided, it becomes even better. For now, I have decided that these two dishes will be my go-to for ending the meal, and I will plan my order accordingly.

There are vegan dumplings, tofu soba, and the most popular dish is the soy meat karaage with different sauce options. I tried a few varieties for the first time, and they were well thought out with a slightly textured and flavorful taste. The tartar sauce had a good egg flavor. Surprisingly, the restaurant is connected to the neighboring mix bar "Campy Bar."

Here, it looks like just a regular Chinese restaurant from the outside, but it's actually a vegan restaurant. They specialize in fried chicken and dumplings. The set meals are available until 3pm. I ordered the "Dumpling Set Meal for 950 yen including tax" from the lunch menu. Instead of meat, they use soy meat for the dumplings. When I tried it, it really tasted like meat, but also not quite... It's well done. It lacks the juiciness of meat, but it's still good. Thank you for the meal.

The fried chicken was incredibly delicious! When I took a bite, the crispy sound in my head was so satisfying. The atmosphere was like a local Chinese restaurant, with people drinking even during the day, making it even more comfortable. I had a solo lunch. I was happy that they could change the white rice to enzyme brown rice (I chose a small portion). Thank you for the meal. This has become my number one recommendation for my vegan friends.

Introduced by a vegan friend, I visited this restaurant for the first time. The dishes were satisfying and had a good texture. The sauces were also delicious. The hot pot was spicy and even more delicious after simmering. I think this is a restaurant that everyone can enjoy. Since reservations are not accepted, it's better to avoid peak dinner times by going early or late. On this day, we ordered dumplings, fried chicken, hot pot, and beer.

I went to a restaurant in the food corner in the basement of Parco, starting from 850 yen, and it's a non-smoking table. I didn't realize until after I ordered, but it turned out to be a soy meat shop. The soy meat had such a meaty texture that I didn't notice until halfway through, and it was delicious! I ordered a set meal of gyoza and fried chicken, which came with rice and miso soup, and you can also have it for dinner. It's hard to find a place where you can have a dinner set meal, so I'm happy about that. I especially liked the gyoza. The appearance is cute with a touch of a local Chinese restaurant, so it's recommended. Parco is usually crowded, but this hidden spot in the back is a good choice!

When I lived in America, I went to this restaurant with three roommates, including myself. Two of them don't eat meat and they had heard about this place. It was Saturday at 7 pm, so the restaurant was full. We waited outside for about 20 minutes before getting a table. I don't particularly crave meat, so I was curious about what the food would be like here. The restaurant seemed to be run by two men and they were very busy, even offering takeout. They explained that the food might take some time to be served. I started with a drink to quench my thirst. About 10 minutes after ordering, the dumplings arrived. They were crispy on the outside and filled with soy meat and garlic inside, with a spicy sauce on the side. Next, we got the fried chicken with tartar sauce. I was curious about the taste of the sauce, which usually contains mayonnaise and eggs. The fried chicken was more like a minced cutlet and tasted delicious. We also ordered the black vinegar fried chicken and lemon salt fried chicken, which were also amazing. My friend who cooks with soy meat was surprised at how delicious the food was. We asked the busy staff for cooking tips, and they kindly shared their secrets. It's a wonderful restaurant. Most of the customers were foreigners. Vegan cuisine is not very common in Japan, so I hope more places like this spread. We spent 6,600 yen for four people. I highly recommend it. They also have lunch sets until 3 pm. I will definitely come back again.

I had some errands to run in Shibuya on a weekday night. I saw on Instagram that they offer a special "night set meal" on certain days of the week, so I decided to check it out. There were three options for the night set meal: Gyoza set meal, Karaage set meal, and Gyoza-Karaage set meal. It was my first time there, so I couldn't decide and ended up choosing the Gyoza-Karaage set meal. I was able to change the rice to enzyme brown rice for free. I also got to choose the sauce for the Karaage from a few options, and I went for a refreshing one (I can't remember which one...). I had heard from a vegan friend that the Karaage tasted so much like meat that they had to ask the staff if it was really meat. I was excited to try it myself. When I took a bite, I couldn't tell for sure if it was meat or not (the texture and all), but the juiciness and the sensation when I chewed were amazing. If you like crispy textures, you'll love the Karaage here. The Gyoza had a healthy feel with lots of vegetables. If you want to go healthy, go for the Gyoza, but if you want to indulge in junk food, go for the Karaage. The staff (maybe the manager?) was friendly and explained the restaurant's philosophy and values before I left. I definitely want to visit this place again. Next time, I want to bring my colleagues from work and have a drink together. Thank you for the meal!

This time, I ordered the Negi Soba for 550 yen, the Spicy Fried Chicken for 600 yen, and rice. The Spicy Fried Chicken came with four huge pieces, which was more than I expected. The Negi Soba was a half size, so I ended up ordering more because it wasn't enough. I also reserved the Vegan Chicken Barrel set for 2,400 yen, and decided to save two pieces for later in the evening. What I really want to introduce this time is actually the Vegan Chicken Barrel. The presentation of the chicken cutlet was amazing, and when I took a bite, I couldn't help but exclaim "WOW!" I wonder how people who eat meat would react if they tried it without knowing it was vegan. Overall, the restaurant has improved its value for money compared to last time, and I hope they continue to evolve. I also hope they increase the variety of drinks available.

Located a 7-minute walk from Shibuya Station, I was truly impressed by the spring rolls. They were incredibly delicious! Crispy on the outside and perfectly seasoned on the inside with ingredients like glass noodles and bamboo shoots. I went with a friend and we devoured them in no time! The fried chicken (Nanban Tartar) seemed to have gotten bigger since the last time I had it! The outer coating was crunchier and the inside juicier. The tartar sauce was so good that you wouldn't even know it was vegan! The new menu item, cabbage with peanut oil dressing, was also delicious. The spicy peanut oil dressing on the cabbage was addictive, although it was quite spicy towards the bottom. As for the dumplings, the vegetables were still the star of the dish. I only had one, but the chewy skin and the sweetness of the vegetables were well-balanced, and you could also add flavor with the black vinegar chili oil!

I came to drink for the first time in a long time since alcohol was allowed. They have beer and lemon sour. The beer is in bottles. The vegan fried chicken is all delicious with a strong flavor. I like the Nanban tartar the best. There are many small plate options so you can enjoy a variety of dishes. It's a restaurant where both vegans and non-vegans can have a great time together, and I really like it.

I had previously ordered delivery from this restaurant, but this was my first time visiting the actual store. The menu was posted on the wall. They offer a variety of toppings for the fried chicken. I was surprised to find out that their tartar sauce is vegan. The dumplings are the type where the filling is not completely enclosed, so the juices tend to drip out. It's best to eat them in one bite. The cucumber and scallion ginger, and cilantro salad was also delicious.

Next to the "Hamano-ya Parlor" in Shibuya Parco, there is a shop that I thought was a Chinese restaurant when Parco first opened, but I noticed there were also Westerners inside, giving it a strange feeling. However, I soon realized that it was a vegan restaurant. I decided to go there someday. Over a year has passed, and I finally went there for lunch on a holiday to complete that task. The lunch menu includes: - Gyoza set meal (850 yen) - Karaage set meal (950 yen) - Mix set meal (1050 yen) Prices include tax. Since I came all the way, I ordered the "Mix set meal". I was able to change the rice to enzyme brown rice for free. For the karaage, I was able to choose the sauce, so I chose "Nanban Tartar". First, soup and pickled vegetables were served. The soup had a hint of cilantro. Then, rice, gyoza, and karaage were served. I'm glad I changed to enzyme brown rice. It was really delicious. The gyoza was refreshing with only vegetables. The karaage was also delicious. I was impressed that it could be done with soy meat. I included a cross-section image as the fourth picture. However, the tartar was too sweet for my liking. It was my first time trying such a tartar. It's because it's egg-free. After all, it's vegan.

This is a vegan izakaya in the food court at Parco underground. It may seem a bit out of place with meat and game restaurants nearby. I finally visited after knowing about it since it opened last year. They kindly accommodated my request to have half Nepalese dumplings and half regular dumplings. Even though my companion was trying vegan food for the first time, they were impressed with everything. They especially loved the ethnic-flavored fried chicken, saying "delicious" repeatedly. Unfortunately, they had stopped offering both the red and white pasta dishes. However, we were able to try a prototype of yeast-infused brown rice salt onigiri that had just been completed. It's not for sale yet. It had a deep and subtle flavor, with just the right amount of saltiness, and we praised it, so it's sure to make it to the main menu.

★I arrived at 11:30 on Friday★I was the first customer waiting, but there was no wait★I tried the vegan dumplings, which were cooked just right and tasted like they had meat in them, the sauce had a nice tangy flavor, although those who don't like tangy flavors might not enjoy it★The price was a bit high at 500 yen for 6 dumplings, and overall the restaurant seemed a bit pricey, but that's expected for vegan food★The atmosphere was casual with a Chinese vibe, and it was welcoming for solo diners★I probably wouldn't go out of my way to come back, but if I happen to pass by, I might stop by to eat again, so I would rate it 3 out of 5 stars★★★

There is a vegan izakaya in the basement of Parco. When it comes to taste, well, it's vegan so... However, the tartar sauce on the karaage was really good. It was kneaded until the ingredients lost their shape and became sticky. This was well thought out. But at this point, I think it would be fine to just use regular fried tofu or something like that.
