The soft anago sushi is really delicious as the name suggests, with the anago being very tender. However, as others have mentioned, the smaller anago donburi may be a bit lacking in rice, especially for men. There is also an anago pressed sushi option, which has more volume. While the pressed sushi has more volume, if you want to savor the tenderness of the anago, it might be better to go for the anago nigiri sushi or anago donburi. In addition to anago, they also offer pressed sushi with shimesaba, kohada, spear squid, simmered scallop, and simmered clams, available in sets of 8 or 12 pieces of nigiri sushi. In recent years, they have also started selling anago nigiri sushi without sauce.
