On Saturday, December 2020 at 11:30 (arrived at the reservation time), I finally visited this restaurant that I had been curious about for a long time. The entrance was colorful and a bit intimidating, but I mustered up the courage to enter! They took our bags and coats and guided us inside, where we were seated by the window with a great view (Tokyo Tower and Rainbow Bridge in sight!). The interior had colorful ceilings and floors, giving off a mysterious vibe. Despite the lack of heating, the sunny spot made it warm enough by the end of the meal. The restaurant had thorough COVID-19 measures in place, with waiters dressed in gloves, masks, and even virus protection glasses. The service was impeccable, with a veteran-like waiter providing detailed explanations. However, as mentioned in other reviews, the waitresses had soft voices and sometimes served dishes without explanation, which was a bit disappointing. [Food and Drinks] For drinks, we ordered the following non-alcoholic cocktails: - Seasonal Fruit Cocktail: ¥1,100 - Elderflower Cocktail: ¥1,000 The cocktails were visually stunning and tasted amazing. The Elderflower Cocktail was refreshing with a subtle sweetness, while the Seasonal Fruit Cocktail had a perfect blend of apple and grapefruit flavors that complemented each other well. [Todays Lunch Course] Priced at ¥4,598 (tax and service charge included), the course included: - Seasonal Amuse-Bouche - Appetizer - Main Course (Fish or Meat) - Dessert - After-Meal Coffee & Mignardises We were served an additional amuse-bouche before the actual one, which included croquettes, mousse, and tart. The combination of whitefish and apple in the seasonal amuse-bouche was surprisingly delicious, with a creamy texture, smoky flavor, and a touch of sweetness. The bread and butter were warm and delightful, with two types of bread and whipped butter with olive oil and lemon. The appetizer featured seared foie gras, polenta galette, salad, vinaigrette, and honey foam, providing a unique and tasty experience.

Visited on a Saturday night. Located on the 35th floor of Marunouchi Building. I was looking forward to this visit and my heart was pounding with excitement. Upon entering the room, there was an 8-seat table for 4 people, and we were seated by the window. The window faced south, with a tall building in the foreground limiting the view, but we could see Tokyo Tower and Hibiya Midtown in the distance. The spacing between tables was generous, and each table had tall candles lit. The staff introduced the restaurant, the chef, the origins of the ingredients, and explained the menu in a very detailed manner. It was very polite. We started with a champagne toast and three visually appealing amuse-bouche dishes to whet our appetites. Each bite-sized and delicious. The second dish was a mussel ice cream with salmon roe as an accent, a rich and delicious flavor. Next was a dish with turban shells and scallops, also delicious. They source many seafood items from Shiranuka-cho, Hokkaido. Then came a salmon steak-like dish with thick, tender Emperor salmon. The main course was venison, 100% lean and tender like beef fillet. You could choose three out of six cheeses for the cheese course, which was a nice touch. The dessert had a jelly-like texture that was refreshing. Finally, we had tea and baked goods to finish. We received a printed commemorative photo and the service was excellent. The drinks were all delicious, although the selection was a bit limited. The portion sizes were moderate, which was appreciated by seniors and those with smaller appetites like us. This is a restaurant worth revisiting. Thank you for the wonderful meal. Additionally, this restaurant is part of the Hiramatsu Group, and the design makes it suitable for events like wedding receptions or second parties. The seating arrangement by the walls and windows, as well as the projector for presentations, were noteworthy features.

I made a reservation for a weekday lunch in August. It was amazing! Everything was delicious, but the sweetfish scale grill in particular was exquisite. The menu included Petit Sale with 3 types of appetizers, an amuse-bouche, and dishes like foie gras yogurt, scallop ceviche, and charcoal-grilled beef sirloin. The desserts were also outstanding, with options like Blood Orange Jelly and Savarin with Macadamia Nougat. The meal ended with Madeline, Purple Nagano, and a small sweet treat.

From the beginning, it was a continuous stream of excitement. Delicious! Delicious! Delicious! [Petit Salle 3 types] [Amuse-bouche] Showfrois of Kunbu Mori-sourced Senhoji Oysters and Kakigori / Chrysanthemum Oil [1st dish of appetizer] French Foie Gras with Yogurt / Truffle & Potatoes [2nd dish of appetizer] Sanriku Scallop and Beet Ceviche / Green Apple & Pecan Nuts / Fennel Sorbet [Fish dish] (Boursechef's specialty) Kagawa Sea Bass / Seasonal Colorful Vegetables / Lemon Vinegar Sauce [Main dish] Charcoal-grilled rib roast of Yamaguchi Kitau Ranch Beef / Water Eggplant & Lime / Madeira and Sour Juice Scented with Black Truffle [1st dessert] Fukuoka Toyomitsu Hime / Blood Orange Jelly / Hibiscus Foam [2nd dessert] Briar Savaran and Macadamia Nut Nougat Glace / Niigata Fresh Compote / Kamo Vinegar Sorbet [Drinks] After-meal tranquility - Sans et Savoureux Special Coffee and Petit Sweets Petit Salle is somewhat reminiscent of Michel Troisgros. It's incredibly delicious. I moved seats for a coffee refill and had a great view. I could see the Imperial Palace and Azabu Hills, it's the best spot. Thank you for your kindness. I will come back to eat again.

I visited for dinner. The creatively crafted dishes and cozy service were truly impressive. However, I must say that the atmosphere of the restaurant, while focusing on the view, felt somewhat chaotic or impersonal, almost like a hotel banquet hall. Despite this, overall, I was very satisfied.

This is my second visit. Everything from the amuse-bouche to the main course and dessert was perfect. They offer soft drink pairings, so even if you don't drink alcohol, you can still enjoy the harmony with the food. The service is polite and friendly. They also have private rooms, making it suitable for a wide range of occasions from business dinners to parties.

I used it for dinner. A course of about 15,000 yen. The night view of the Bay Bridge and Tokyo Tower is beautiful. The dishes are stylish and delicious. We also had wine, and the total for two people was about 37,000 yen. I'm not a big fan of course meals that come out little by little, but it's nice once in a while. (laughs)

I had a wonderful time. The dishes had a Japanese taste that suited my palate. The scale-grilled fish with scales left on was a unique and impressive dish with a great texture. The sommelier's service was friendly and good.

I love Sansue Saubolle on the 35th floor of the Marunouchi Building in June 2023. This time, I opted for the regular lunch course instead of the shareholder fair, and of course, I used the 20% shareholder discount. The course is designed for those with smaller appetites, offering 3/4 of the usual portion size but with the same content. This was my 17th visit to this restaurant, and each time, it leaves me feeling incredibly happy. Thank you. Petit Fixe Course: 10,890 yen including tax - Petit Sale (3 types): Pork trotter croquette with tomato and cheese, sweet shrimp and squid ink choux - Amuse-bouche: Miyako mussels with forcemeat and ice cream with summer herbs - Bread and butter - First appetizer: French foie gras with yogurt, truffle, and potato - Second appetizer: Seviche of Kochi skipjack tuna with cress mousse, watermelon, and red pearl onion - Consomme: Refreshing consomme soup with water shield - Fish dish: Setouchi bluefin tuna with karasumi mousse and condiment of kelp and wild garlic - Main dish: Charcoal-grilled Kitauki Farm beef sirloin with water eggplant, green lemon, and black truffle-scented Madeira and lees jus - First dessert: Chiran tea, chamomile, lychee - Second dessert: Rhubarb scented with Western snowflake, mascarpone and Valrhona Opalys cream, shiso and raspberry - After-dinner drink and petit fours: Cherry and macaron, G Champagne (2,800 yen), pairing (3 glasses for 8,000 yen), San Pellegrino (1,500 yen) The total bill came to 34,080 yen, but with the 20% discount, it was 27,264 yen for two people. I would love to visit this restaurant once a month.

The homemade jam served with it paired perfectly with the cheese! - The 1st dessert was refreshing with chamomile jelly, truly delicious! The view from the 35th floor was wonderful, with a calm and luxurious atmosphere. The spacing between tables was also well-done, with no interference from neighboring tables. There was an incident at another table due to a customer's mistake, but the staff handled it swiftly and gracefully, showing their professionalism!

Entertaining clients at this restaurant. Located on the upper floors of Marunouchi Building, we dined in a private room with a view of the Imperial Palace. The full course meal was served at a good pace. The quality of the food was very high, especially the foie gras. The wine selection was extensive, making it suitable for both business entertaining and private dining. The staff were efficient and well-trained. Overall, the restaurant is outstanding in every aspect. It might be difficult to make a reservation, but I definitely want to visit again.

First of all, the view outside was really lovely! The atmosphere of the restaurant was also very nice ^^* We started with champagne, which had a very good flavor (っ*^﹃^*c) They offer a 3/4 course option, which is great for women with small appetites (〃'▽'〃) Also, if you let them know in advance what you don't like, they will adjust the menu accordingly! It's a very thoughtful service, and I was pleasantly surprised!!! The dishes were all delicious♪ Especially the cress mousse served with bonito was a unique flavor that I really enjoyed! And I couldn't resist having seconds of the bread (lol) The mango and chocolate cake dessert was also right up my alley°・*:.。.☆ I am grateful for the wonderful encounter with this restaurant^^*

A restaurant with amazing scenery. The staff are polite, and the menu is full of unique items that you don't see every day. It's a bit pricey, but it's perfect for a special occasion. The course took about 1.5 hours, so it's recommended to have plenty of time when visiting.

The other day, my mother and I went to Marunouchi for lunch to celebrate my aunt's birthday. My aunt is the wife of my grandfather's younger brother, and she is a very kind and cheerful person whom both my mother and I love. We chose to dine at the French restaurant "Sans et Saveurs," run by the talented twin chefs, the "Purcell Brothers." The restaurant is known for its modern cuisine that has earned a Michelin star in southern France. The name "Sans et Saveurs" means "the pursuit of the five senses" in French. The Purcell Brothers, who achieved three Michelin stars at a young age in 1988, have redefined French cuisine with their unique approach, known as "Purcell Cuisine." The highlight of our meal was the "French foie gras yogurt with truffle and kumquat," which had a creamy texture and a rich flavor that impressed us all. The dessert, with vibrant colors of berries and hibiscus, was also delicious. My aunt's dessert plate even had her name beautifully written on it, which made her very happy. It was a memorable dining experience, and we enjoyed every moment of it.

It's been a while since I had proper French cuisine and my quality of life skyrocketed. We usually go to cheap izakayas, but once in a while, it's nice to indulge in fancy food like this and not lose sight of things. While chatting with my drinking buddies, we savored the dishes deeply. The foie gras pudding with truffle flavor was so delicious that I can't forget it! I underestimated it at first when it was brought to the table, so I didn't take a picture!

I used it for a business lunch and I was very satisfied with the result. The dishes were carefully prepared and enjoyable to look at and eat. The service was also very attentive, creating a comfortable lunch environment. The lunch course consisted of 6 dishes for 7265 yen, but considering the quality, I thought it was very cost-effective. I would like to go again.

There was a meeting here. I'm not a fan of wine and rarely eat French cuisine, so visiting this unfamiliar place was a bit nerve-wracking. I found out that it's quite a reputable restaurant, with Chef Kamoda, who looks like Iniesta and has won three stars in France, leading the kitchen. The fish and meat dishes that make use of Japanese ingredients are delicious. The dishes are subtly flavored with citrus, and they don't have the greasiness typical of French cuisine. There aren't many photos of the food (due to work reasons), but the course menu has a lot of dishes, and I ended up feeling quite full. It's a bit pricey, but the ambiance is nice, with a view of Tokyo Tower from the window. I think it's a great place for a date, but it might be a bit intimidating for someone who's not into wine like me. Still, I thought it was a night where I should occasionally bring my friend to such a restaurant.

Lunch Shareholders Fair at Sansue Suble on the 34th floor of the 2023/2 Maru Building. This time, they offered an ALL Seafood special course for 14,300 yen including tax. Despite being a seafood-only course, they used a variety of ingredients, complex sauces, and perfect cooking techniques. It's hard to describe in detail with my taste buds, but one word: amazing. The course included: 1) Three types of finger foods - Gougère, mousse, and pig's trotter croquette. 2) Tuna, leek, and pineapple tart from Miyagi prefecture. 3) Shirako and Roquefort piccata from Hokkaido. 4) Black cod from Aichi prefecture with fermented beet consommé. 5) Olive flounder from Rausu with octopus and artichoke. 6) Live lobster ceviche with carrot and kumquat. 7) Grilled sea bream scales from Yamaguchi prefecture. 8) Sudachi sorbet from Kochi prefecture. 9) Fermented strawberry with Valrhona chocolate. 10) After-meal drink and mini desserts.

Located on the 35th floor of the Marunouchi Building directly connected to Tokyo Station, the French restaurant "Sens et Saveurs" offers the "EMOTIONS" course: - Assorted petit salé - Amuse-bouche: Tartlet with tuna from Oma, Aomori, leeks, and pineapple, with tomato and Tochigi ai kaga sauce - Appetizer: Foie gras from France with yogurt, truffles, and red turnips - Appetizer: Cold amberjack from Maizuru, Kyoto, with fermented beef consommé, eggplant and yuzu, topped with caviar - Fish dish: Pie-wrapped sandfish from Seto Inland Sea, with fermented kyuryu maiko mushrooms and Negi from Shimotsuma, in champagne sauce - Meat dish: Roasted Ezo deer meat from Shiranuka-cho, with butternut squash, Japanese pepper and goishicha, and braised burdock - Dessert: Instant compote of General Leclerc apples from Aomori, Alpaco chocolate, sweet sake and fermented cream - Petit fours: After-dinner treats - Coffee and bread Although the Marunouchi Building itself is old and the interior of the restaurant may seem a bit dated, the essential night view is excellent. After dessert, you can enjoy coffee and petit fours in the observation deck, where you can see the Imperial Palace, Tokyo Tower, and the skyscrapers of Shinjuku below, and on a clear day, even Mount Fuji in the distance. The food, including the delicious deer meat, was excellent, but the standout dish was the "Foie gras with yogurt, truffles, and red turnips." The service was great overall, except for one male staff member who should be more cautious when clearing dishes (please give a warning before reaching out suddenly).
