The all-you-can-eat fried chicken was mediocre, so I decided to go to a famous chocolate shop called Bel Amer on the first floor of Tower Building for a palate cleanser. Surprisingly, there were a lot of groups of guys there. I arrived around 1815. They mainly sold chocolate sweets, including chocolate soft serve ice cream, which was the highlight. Here, they use white chocolate instead of vanilla. I chose the mix option for 540 yen to try two flavors. I paid with PayPay. There was no seating inside the shop, so I had to walk around outside while eating, which was a bit of a drawback. The size of the soft serve was quite large, and it was good value for money. The taste was rich, with the white chocolate part being particularly intense and having a chocolate-like nuttiness. Even the cone was delicious, good enough to stand alone as a Western sweet. Overall, I was quite satisfied and left without buying any more sweets.

I work near Kioicho Terrace and have always been curious about the soft serve ice cream they offer there during the summer. I finally got to try it. I couldn't decide whether to go for the chocolate-only soft serve or mix it up to avoid getting bored. I ended up going for the mix, but the chocolate part was so delicious that I should have just stuck with that. It was a really hot day, so the ice cream melted quickly and was a bit difficult to eat, but that's all part of the fun of enjoying soft serve. I'm looking forward to enjoying it again next summer.

I stopped by when I went to Akasaka Mitsuke. The interior of the store is glamorous, with beautiful chocolates lined up. I was undecided on what to choose, but I decided to go with the 8-piece box that allows you to enjoy various flavors. It might be a bit too sweet for me, so it could be nice to pair it with strong bitter coffee.

In the Bel Amer Kioicho branch, you can enjoy soft serve ice cream. I chose a mix of chocolate and vanilla. The chocolate flavor was authentic and satisfying. The vanilla was a bit on the light side, but still delicious. Overall, I was satisfied with the soft serve ice cream. There is no indoor seating, but there are plenty of places to sit inside the building so no need to worry. It was a sunny day, so I enjoyed my ice cream outside.

Soft serve ice cream is said to be only available at the Kioicho store and the Shizuoka Isetan store, so I visited them right away and tried it. It was a mix of bitter chocolate and white chocolate. I tried the white side first, and it was definitely a different kind of white chocolate, not just milk. The texture was crunchy, sweet but with a light aftertaste. The bitter side had a creamier texture, with a hint of bitterness that suggested a higher chocolate content. It was less sweet. When eaten together, it didn't taste like milk chocolate at all! Because it's a mix of chocolate and white chocolate. They don't blend together, and the sweetness is balanced in the middle, making both flavors delicious. The cone could also be eaten as a standalone snack. A luxurious treat once in a while.

During the Valentine's season, I finally decided to try the chocolate soft serve from Bel Amer. I ordered the mixed flavor, and even the white part was not vanilla but white chocolate. At first, they said they were not serving it anymore, but I managed to place my order in the end. It seemed like they were making it while I was paying. I received it and left the shop, but there was nowhere to eat it... So, I ended up eating it on a bench outside with the cold wind blowing. Nonetheless, it was worth it as the chocolate soft serve from a chocolate shop was delicious, especially the rich bitter flavor. However, by the time I finished it, I was freezing cold. I quickly warmed up with a hot drink. I wish I could have eaten it in a kotatsu. Thank you for the meal.

After finishing my errands, I visited the shop. Even though I arrived right after they opened, there was a constant stream of customers. If it were closer, I would buy pastries, but since I came from far away, I only purchased baked goods. With all the chocolates in the shop, it's hard to choose. The flavors are moist, and I personally like the Japanese chestnut fondant chocolate. It's a bit sweet, but not overwhelmingly so.

I wanted to try the soft serve ice cream recommended by my colleague at Belle Amele, but I hesitated because the only stores that carry it are in Kioicho and Shizuoka. Just when I was thinking about it, an opportunity arose. I tried the soft serve ice cream (mixed flavor). The mix is bitter and custard. The custard flavor is mixed with white chocolate containing vanilla beans, making it a rich chocolate that is not too sweet. It was refreshing and delicious, as expected from a specialty shop.

It is located on the first floor of Tokyo Garden Terrace Kioicho. It is easy to find as soon as you enter the entrance. I visited in the evening on a weekday and there were plenty of chocolates and sweets, but the variety and quantity of cakes were limited. It is for takeout only. They put the cake in a paper bag, which was a nice service. I bought the Classic Chocolat for 519 yen. It has chocolate dough and ganache in two layers, topped with chocolate cream and almonds. The chocolate dough is moist, the ganache is rich and sticky, and the chocolate cream is creamy, making the bitter chocolate milder and well balanced. It was rich but not tiring to eat. I think it is good value for money.

The Halloween limited edition Palet Chocolat with cute designs and a variety of patterns has a crispy texture that is enjoyable. The pumpkin pattern ones have a bitter chocolate flavor with a combination of white chocolate for the ghost pattern ones. They look cute and are reasonably priced, making them great for gifts. Thank you for the delicious meal! ☆彡

Finally met Tsubo Soft Cream! Cocoa 62% chocolate soft serve ice cream, rich but refreshing aftertaste. Satisfying and fulfilling soft serve ice cream! It's irresistible! 500 yen including tax! One coin of happiness :) The only downside is that the customer service is not very friendly, but I don't mind. I hope they open more stores.

I kept passing by the soft serve ice cream stand for several years, promising myself to try it someday! I finally tried the bitter chocolate soft serve, made with 56% cocoa French dark chocolate. It has a rich chocolate flavor with a hint of bitterness, not too sweet. The ice cream is packed into a crispy cone, and it's a refreshing treat that can be enjoyed all year round. There is no indoor seating, but there are plenty of benches in the garden terrace and outdoor spaces to relax and enjoy your treat.

I was given a mission to purchase a lovely and cute gift for my mother. My father would never choose a lovely gift for my mother, so my husband is considerate enough to do it for her. The Parc Chocolat is undeniably very lovely! Among them, I will choose the cutest one! Maybe pink for a maiden? A pig... let's not choose that... I chose the rose noir, a limited-time flavor! Then I focused on the taste with the Fukuoka Amaou strawberry! My mother, who is the only one who can drink alcohol at home, might prefer the rum raisin, but if we're going for a lovely image, then it has to be strawberry! This is a snack to accompany the gift. I hope she will be pleased... Next time, I want to try the chocolate soft serve or cake here!

Located on the first floor of Tokyo Garden Terrace Kioicho Tower, this shop specializes in chocolate. This time, I tried their chocolate soft serve ice cream instead of their chocolates. The Chocolate Soft Serve (Mixed) features two flavors: white chocolate and bitter chocolate. The mix allows you to enjoy both flavors at once. The soft serve has a soft sweetness from the white chocolate and a rich, slightly bitter taste from the bitter chocolate, creating a well-balanced combination. The flavors were distinct even in the soft serve form, so I look forward to trying their chocolates next time.

After drinking too much champagne at the lounge, I took a walk to "Kioicho Garden Terrace" to sober up. On the way, I found this shop and decided to go in because I love chocolate. The shop smelled of cocoa, so I quickly made some purchases. I bought items such as "Caramel Chocolat Sandwich Earl Grey," "Pares Chocola Bambi," "Madeleine Rouge," and "Spring Lollipop Series." Some of the English words didn't make much sense to me, but the treats were delicious.

*Waiting Time* Almost none on Sunday at 14:30
*Order & Price* Mixed soft serve ice cream for 460 yen
*Atmosphere* At first glance, it looks like a normal chocolate shop without soft serve ice cream.
*Service* No paper napkins for the soft serve ice cream, no trash cans, they don't give you a spoon unless you ask, no indoor seating area, so the service is somewhat lacking.
*Impression* The portion size is decent and satisfying. I ordered the mix of white chocolate and dark chocolate, which looked beautiful. The mix was the right choice! The white chocolate didn't have a strong white chocolate flavor, which was a bit disappointing. However, it balanced out the bitterness of the dark chocolate nicely. The texture was smooth and enjoyable. The waffle cone was thin and crispy, yet sturdy. It was not overly sweet, elegant, and delicious. I was considering getting a cup, but it was actually better without one, haha.
*Expectations* I wish I could have tasted more of the white chocolate flavor. Also, better service would be appreciated. I quite liked the taste and portion size.

Located on the 1st floor of Garden Terrace Kioicho, this chocolate specialty shop offers beautifully crafted "Palette Chocolat" topped with fruits and nuts. Surprisingly, this Kioicho store also serves soft serve ice cream, so I decided to try it out! I chose the mix flavor, which was a refreshing milk-flavored white soft serve. It had a light and pure taste, with a smooth melt-in-your-mouth texture and a clean finish. I was impressed by the high-quality chocolate shop not only excelling in their main chocolate products but also offering delicious ice cream as a side option. The chocolate part was pleasantly bittersweet, blending perfectly with the ice cream. The cocoa-flavored waffle cone was not overly bitter despite being baked, adding to the overall deliciousness. I highly recommend this for those who enjoy light and refreshing ice cream.

This time, I visited during lunchtime. I was unsure of what to choose, but ended up purchasing the Palais Chocolat Orange Blanc, among other items. The Palais Chocolat Orange Blanc is a chocolate with white chocolate in a circular shape topped with orange confit. It was a visually appealing treat. The shop has a beautiful display of chocolates and cakes that all look delicious. The staff's customer service was very polite. This chocolate shop is located inside Tokyo Garden Terrace Kioicho.

I bought some baked sweets for a snack. I was expecting a rich taste from a chocolate shop, but the texture and flavor were unexpectedly light. The baked sweets were not to my liking, but they have many cute chocolates, so I would like to visit again for a small gift.
