They also operate a restaurant called "Maguro Soma Suisan," with the main store in Urayasu. They have branches in Ginza and Fujimi. Looking at the photos, they have impressive menu items like Big Mountain, Chomolungma, and Mt. Fuji. Therefore, I decided to climb this mountain and share my experience.

Located at 7-2 Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo, in the Ginza Corridor 102. A 5-minute walk from Ginza Station/Subway Hibiya Station/JR Yurakucho Station/JR Shimbashi Station. It is located under the elevated section between Yurakucho Station and Shimbashi Station, in the Ginza Corridor street. At 12:10 on a weekday, there were two people waiting in front of the store. However, despite many people leaving, they were not being seated promptly. There were about 5-6 staff members visible. The operation was not very smooth. The exterior of Maguro Soma Suisan Ginza has a charcoal grill placed in the space on the right side of the store front. Depending on the time, they were grilling fish here. 4. Seafood bowl menu and lunch menu at Maguro Soma Suisan Ginza
A large poster featuring various tuna dishes was displayed. The menu includes Chomolungma with salmon and tuna, Big Mountain for 5,390 yen, Chomolungma for 3,080 yen, and Mt. Fuji for 1,980 yen. I am not someone who would order the Big Mountain, but I thought I could handle the Chomolungma. However, the variety of ingredients was limited, and it became monotonous, so the Mt. Fuji bowl might have been sufficient. The lunch set menu is also extensive, and many people in the restaurant seemed to be ordering it. You can choose from 29 items, including tuna sashimi, grilled fish, and horse mackerel fry, and select two of them. The counter seats we were guided to had a decent amount of space. The default tea is barley tea. In the evening, it has an izakaya-like atmosphere.
