"STABLER EBISU" is a new establishment located in the backstreets of Ebisu, with a revamped look. This spot, run by the apparel brand "STABLER" from Shimokitazawa, offers a hearty meat sandwich. The Ebisu location opened on August 1st, aiming to establish a permanent presence after operating as a pop-up for six months last year. Situated just a 30-second walk from Ebisu Station's Hibiya Line Exit 5, the restaurant features a black-themed exterior on Ebisu Ginza Street. Inside, the decor has an American vibe with refreshing background music. The cozy space includes three counter seats and three two-person table seats. The menu includes the popular Shimokitazawa Meat Sandwich in single and double portions, as well as other options like the Hot Chili and Cajun Meat Sandwiches. Specialties for August include the Japan Meat Sandwich (double), French Fried Potatoes, and Coca-Cola. The food arrived quickly, with the meat sandwich showcasing a slightly pink, rare-looking meat garnished with chopped seaweed. The meat was tender and juicy, bursting with flavor with each bite. The wasabi soy and tartar sauce added a unique twist, complemented by a hint of wasabi for a refreshing touch. The sandwich bread was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, enhancing the overall experience. The use of American hanging tender meat further elevated the sandwich's taste. The weekday side menu set is a great deal, and the double portion is satisfying. The takeout counter is also available for those on the go. Experience the delicious and visually appealing gourmet sandwiches that redefine the concept of a sandwich.

I used takeout service this time. The steak sandwich is famous, but this time I was in the mood for an egg sandwich. The runny texture of the egg was irresistible! The slightly tangy sauce and rich egg flavor made for a satisfyingly heavy appearance, yet I was able to easily finish it in one go! (It was firmly sandwiched so it didn't fall apart or difficult to eat) I would like to try the steak sandwich next time!

Dream Steak Sandwich! STABLER Shimokitazawa Meatsand EBISU [Nearest Station] - Ebisu Station, 2 minutes walk [Visit Time] - Around 6:00 PM on weekdays [Purpose] - Dinner [Reservation] - Not required [Waiting Time] - None [Number of People] - 1 person [Amount Spent] - 2300 yen [Order Details] - Double Steak Sandwich 1850 yen - Drink & Onion Fry 500 yen [Recommended for People] - Looking for a photogenic steak sandwich around Ebisu Station [Impression] - "Super luxurious steak sandwich! Inside, there is a generous portion of juicy beef brisket weighing 300 grams! The meat cooked to medium perfection and the mustard spread on the bread! The combination is amazing! The moment you open the sandwich is truly impressive! With a generous 300 grams of meat inside, some girls may struggle to finish it, haha. There is quite a lot of food! They cook the meat after you order, so it's juicy and dripping with juices. The tenderness of the meat varies, some are soft while others are firmer. But, for 1850 yen, this is a steal!! Seriously, a photogenic steak sandwich! I highly recommend going there at least once!" [Recommended Item] - Double 1850 yen Enjoyed the meal! ===========

Stabler Ebisu
Located a 2-3 minute walk from Ebisu Station, Stabler, with its main store in Shimokitazawa, has recently opened in Ebisu. The exterior is stylish in monochrome, while the interior has an American atmosphere with cute pop decorations, creating a nice bar-like vibe. This time, I tried their Soft-boiled Egg Sandwich. It is made to order, so the bread is crispy and the soft-boiled egg is irresistibly creamy. The addictive tartar sauce and egg yolk blend perfectly, making it a standout dish. In addition to the Soft-boiled Egg Sandwich, there are many other tempting items on the menu. Among them, the Beef Sagari Sandwich looks visually appealing and is sure to stimulate your appetite. I look forward to trying their meaty dishes and alcoholic beverages next time.

Opened on 8/1 near Ebisu Station! A popular meat sandwich specialty shop from Shimokitazawa. Last year, they operated for a short period next to Ebisu Shrine. I was worried when they closed for relocation shortly after opening, but I was relieved to find out that the new location is just a 3-minute walk away from the previous one. The interior of the shop is small but slightly more spacious than before. There are counter seats, creating a cozy atmosphere for solo diners. The American-style interior could also double as a bar at night.
I ordered the Japan Meat Sandwich Double (1900 yen), which is a limited-time sandwich for August with a Japanese twist of wasabi soy sauce and tartar sauce. I knew I would love it even before taking a bite. Of course, I went for the double (300g)! I also added a side of potatoes and a drink (500 yen for a set on weekdays, 500 yen for potatoes alone, 400 yen for ginger ale). The freshly fried potatoes were hot and crispy, with a slightly salty and junky flavor that was undeniably delicious.
The sandwich looked just as appetizing as it did in the menu photos. The 300g of meaty goodness provided a satisfyingly hefty bite. The lean red meat was easy to eat and healthy. Eating the double sandwich might give your jaw a bit of a workout, but the sweet tartar sauce with a hint of wasabi soy sauce was a perfect combination of flavors. I wish this sandwich wasn't limited to August and was available year-round. I'm looking forward to trying their monthly specials in the future! This would also make a convenient takeout option for souvenirs. This place is sure to be a hit in Ebisu!

A hearty sandwich filled with 150g of Sagari meat seasoned with original BBQ & mustard sauce, sandwiched between toasted bread. Weekday lunch sets with French fries and a drink are available for 500 yen. I chose oolong tea. Sagari meat comes from the hanging tender part, which is tender, flavorful, and juicy. The meat is cut into bite-sized pieces, making it easy to eat. This sandwich was previously available as a limited-time offer near Ebisu Shrine, but now it is available at the regular store. I hope this restaurant continues to thrive for a long time.
