Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line Roppongi Station is a 7-minute walk away, and Tokyo Metro Chiyoda Line Nogizaka Station is a 10-minute walk away. This bistro in Ebisu, recommended by the staff at a favorite bistro "Aves", is a relatively easy-to-reserve restaurant. The bistro dishes centered around Kinshu pork and Date chicken were all exquisite and very delicious. A restaurant recommended by a staff member at a delicious restaurant is never wrong! The atmosphere of the restaurant, located along Roppongi Street and underground, is quite hidden. On this day, we ordered a la carte. First, an amuse-bouche was served. Three types including potato quiche and ham. This alone is excellent as a wine accompaniment. Delicious. The bread and butter were also stylish. - Fromage de Tete with Gribiche Sauce. The appearance is beautiful, and the herb aroma of the Gribiche sauce is good and delicious. - Sauteed Bamboo Shoots and Turban Shellfish with Sansho Butter. The light flavor of the bamboo shoots and turban shellfish is enhanced by the rich Sansho butter, creating a solid and flavorful taste. - Roasted Naruto Lotus Root and Homemade Bacon. The large lotus root and bacon go well together. - Kinshu Pork Stew Spare Rib with Herb Breadcrumb Baked. The spare ribs that have been stewed are very tender due to the bone, and are very soft and delicious. The umami flavor is amazing. - Casserole. This was the most delicious dish of the day. "Casserole" is a traditional French dish made by stewing white kidney beans and meat. The Date chicken and kidney beans are stewed, and the perfect saltiness and rich stew soup are exquisite! Extremely delicious. A specialty dish of Ma Cuisine. - Sakura Shrimp and Rapeseed Tart Flambé. A crispy and light tart that can be eaten easily. The scent of sakura shrimp is good. - Date Chicken Coq au Vin. This was also incredibly delicious. It is a red wine stewed chicken dish, but it is incredibly tender and rich in flavor. - Crepe Suzette and Nougat Glacé. The dessert was also authentic. It was very delicious. [Today's Order] - Fromage de Tete with Gribiche Sauce - Sauteed Bamboo Shoots and Turban Shellfish with Sansho Butter - Roasted Naruto Lotus Root and Homemade Bacon - Kinshu Pork Stew Spare Rib with Herb Breadcrumb Baked - Casserole - Sakura Shrimp and Rapeseed Tart Flambé - Date Chicken Coq au Vin - Crepe Suzette and Nougat Glacé. I had a la carte dishes. Starting from the amuse-bouche, everything is incredibly delicious. Just with this, you can easily have more than a glass of wine! Although there are no photos, the hot and crispy bread is also amazingly tasty. The celery root salad (1,320 yen) has a crunchy texture and the herb aroma stimulates the appetite. The pate de campagne with liver (1,320 yen) is a must-try for pate de campagne lovers! It goes perfectly well with wine! The green chili omelette (1,320 yen) is so delicious that it's worth visiting just for this dish! The slight spiciness of the green chili and the smoked bacon match perfectly. I want to have one all to myself! The sautéed clams with herb butter sauce (price forgotten) is a seasonal menu item. The herb butter sauce is incredibly delicious. The cassoulet (2,850 yen for 2 people) is also a favorite of mine. It includes duck confit, pork belly, homemade sausage, white beans, and is full of volume. The taste is just unbelievably delicious. Every ingredient is perfectly prepared. The roast Ezo deer with poivrade sauce (4,620 yen) is perfectly cooked. The deer meat is incredibly tender and moist. They also served canelé as a service. It is crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, simply amazing. Ma Cuisine in Roppongi. There is a ridiculously delicious bistro quietly located underground on Roppongi Street. Everything you eat here is incredibly delicious. Every time, there are too many things I want to eat, so I have to stare at the menu. The service is very polite, and the chef is also wonderful. #Bistro #French #Roppongi #Nishi-Azabu #MaCuisine #Cassoulet #GreenChiliOmelette #CeleryRootSalad #PateDeCampagne #PateDeCampagneLover #EzoDeer #Wine #Champagne #BistroLover #Foodie #WantToConnectWithFoodies #WantToConnectWithBistroLovers #FoodieAdventure #TokyoFood #RoppongiFood #Nishi-AzabuFood #TokyoBistro #french #macuisine #bistro #wine #champagne

At Roppongi's Ma Cuisine, the door with a pig logo catches your eye. A place where enchanting pork dishes await. The pork comes with love from producers in Tokushima. The pate de campagne is blended with liver flavor, and the herb breadcrumb baked spare ribs have the exquisite taste of pork stew. The bistro's essence is reflected in the hearty presentation. The blackboard lists a wide variety of menu items, so you can enjoy other dishes as well. While the cover charge may be high, it's an investment in quality and passion. Open the door to Ma Cuisine and be welcomed to a wonderful culinary journey. Roppongi's Ma Cuisine is a place where the temptation of pork resonates. A place you'll want to visit in search of exciting culinary encounters.

I like French cuisine. I like bistros. But they all serve similar dishes. This place is a bit different. The dishes have a sense of authenticity, progressiveness, and delicacy. The Fromage de Tête and Andouillette were delicious. Bistros seem to be popping up in Tokyo too. While saying that, there is a sense of anticipation for new good restaurants to open.

Located about an 8-minute walk from Roppongi Station, this restaurant was recommended by a friend and I was taken there. I let the staff choose the dishes as I was drinking a lot of wine and don't remember what I ordered. The dishes included Fromage de Tête with Gribiche Sauce for 1650 yen, Salad Choucroute with Gruyère Cheese for 1320 yen, Cheese Assortment, Lamb and Vegetable Couscous for 3300 yen, and various other dishes including game meat. I asked the staff for recommendations while ordering. The dishes were all designed to pair well with wine. I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the Fromage de Tête was, it suited my taste. I had a great time drinking and eating a lot. I would definitely like to visit again if I have the chance.

A hidden gem bistro located in Nishi-Azabu, "Ma Cuisine" was visited after a long time. Chef Ayasuke Ikejiri, who has served as the head chef at "La Picholine du Lulu" and "Shirogane Che Tomo," honed his skills in France before returning to Japan and showcasing his talents at "Maison Paul Bocuse." The cost for a meal ranges from ¥15,000 to ¥20,000. The menu includes dishes like Cheese de Tete with Grivish sauce, French chicory and bacon salad, Omelette with green chili peppers, Gratin of sea bream and butterbur sprouts, and Braised spare ribs of Kinugoshi pork with herb breadcrumbs. The atmosphere of the restaurant is cozy and perfect for a date night. The service provided by Chef Ikejiri and the staff is excellent, making the overall dining experience enjoyable. The reviewer highly recommends a revisit and looks forward to trying the late-night bistro menu next time.

After waiting in line for 45 minutes at Kano Ka, the kettle-cooked dish sure takes a while to prepare. And to top it off, it started raining. Couldn't get into the restaurant I wanted, so I made a spontaneous choice. The Fromage Dotet in half size was a good call. The bread was tasty, but not exceptional. The best dish was the omelette with green chili! I want to try making that at home. The sparkling wine in a glass was much better at the French restaurant I went to the day before. The glass of wine here was just okay. Couldn't handle the taste of the Hiyodori mousse. The gratin was delicious. The cutlet was a bit thin. The chocolate souffle for dessert was smaller than expected, but tasty. The atmosphere was nice and the staff were friendly. Overall, it was a good experience. Ended up waiting for an hour at Kano Ka, sorry to my friend.

Visited again in January (23.1) and everything tasted delicious, especially the meat dishes. The highlight this time was the delicious Kinjibuta simmered spare ribs with herb breadcrumbs, which I remembered from my first visit and decided to order again. Menu: - Assorted Amuse-bouche - Homemade brioche with butter - Polonaise terrine with spring onions and black truffle dressing - Sautéed turf shrimp and scallops with multicolor salad - Roasted Naruto lotus root and homemade bacon - Grilled Niigata Kubiki beef harami - Kinjibuta simmered spare ribs with herb breadcrumbs Service: Cannele + 1 beer, 2 carafes of red wine (shared by 2 people) Price: 17,000 yen per person This bistro is run by Chef Ayasuke Ikejiri, who trained in France and worked at renowned restaurants before returning to Japan. The restaurant offers a la carte ordering, with wine by the glass starting at 800 yen and carafes starting at 2800 yen. There is a bread, butter, and amuse-bouche charge of 1650 yen, and a 10% service charge. The atmosphere is cozy and reminiscent of a small wine bar, located discreetly on the basement floor. It is popular among regular customers.

The grand maison-trained chef hidden in Nishi-Azabu serves dishes that combine robustness and elegance at a late-night bistro. The cuisine, which attracts food connoisseurs night after night, has the potential to win the Michelin Bib Gourmand in 2023. Starting with delicate appetizers like barontine, the menu offers a variety of dishes such as date chicken, signature sweet potato pork, and other rare cuts. The pate with liver blended in and the omelet with green chili peppers add unique accents that showcase Chef Ikejiri's sense and passion. The roasted and stewed Ishigaki sea bream with a sauce made from red wine and shallots was also impressive. The wine list mainly features French and American wines, with many bottles priced under 10,000 yen, offering great value for money. The lively main floor and a hidden loft upstairs, suitable for families with children, add to the charm of the space, just like the restaurant's logo.

I visited Ma Cuisine, located a 5-minute walk from Roppongi Station! Opened in November 2019 in a building along Roppongi Street next to "EX THEATER ROPPONGI", this popular bistro is owned by Chef Ayasuke Ikejiri, who previously worked as the head chef at La Piccolo Du Lulu in Ebisu and Che Tomo in Shirogane before training in France. With a stellar resume including positions at Hiroo's Hiramatsu and Maison Paul Bocuse, it is clear that this is a high-quality, cost-effective restaurant, as evidenced by their Michelin Bib Gourmand award. The cozy interior with 16 seats, including counter and table seating, exudes a warm and welcoming atmosphere. On this visit, I enjoyed a light meal and wine as my second stop of the evening. Here is what I had and my impressions: I started with a glass of Laurent Perrier La Cuvee Brut for ¥1,430. The homemade rice flour bread for the appetizer was surprisingly delicious! The first dish was the Green Pepper Omelette for ¥1,340, which had a perfect balance of refreshing spiciness and a fluffy texture. Next was the Roasted Naruto Lotus Root and Homemade Bacon for ¥1,650, a popular dish featuring thick-cut Naruto lotus root and homemade bacon. The lotus root, cooked slowly, had a tender and sweet texture reminiscent of sweet potatoes, which paired beautifully with the bacon's savory saltiness. I was recommended the Bernard Morot Bourgogne Agolite 2019 for ¥1,200 to go with it. Lastly, I had the Homemade Kinjo Pork Consomme for 2 people for ¥2,640 as a finishing touch. The consomme, infused with the essence of Kinjo pork, was truly satisfying. A canele was also served after the meal, which was delightfully crispy and chewy. There are so many more dishes I would like to try, so I look forward to visiting again for my first stop next time. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

Located just a short distance from Roppongi Hills, I finally visited this place that I've been meaning to go to for a while. I wish I had come sooner! The atmosphere of the restaurant was great, the food was delicious, and the staff were very friendly. I regret not trying more dishes as there were so many tempting options. The standout dish was surprisingly lotus root. It was delicious, and I discovered for the first time that lotus root can be sticky and stringy like natto. The green chili pepper omelette and other dishes were also tasty, so I definitely want to come back and try more items next time.

Two weeks in advance reservation counter and table at the back, tables are not facing each other, but next to each other. Full of game dishes, including duck and wood pigeon, as well as pork. The menu is challenging, so it's good to ask for recommendations. For those with specific dislikes, there are scallops, oysters, and lotus roots available. The celery salad was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

Roppongi Station is a 10-minute walk, and Nogizaka Station is also a 10-minute walk from "Ma Cuisine." This time, we ordered a la carte after being seated. The items we ordered and enjoyed were: - Fromage de Tête with Gribiche Sauce ¥1650 - Roasted Naruto Lotus Root and Homemade Bacon ¥1650 (for 2 people) - Smoked Sauteed Cod Milt ¥2640 - Aged Naruto Sweet Potato Potage ¥1320 - Saury Pie with Burnt Butter Sauce ¥1980 - Cassoulet (for 2 people) ¥3850 - Crepe Suzette ¥1650 - Mont Blanc ¥1320 - Nougat Glace ¥1320 - Chocolate Souffle ¥1320 The bread amuse-bouche cost ¥1650, which was a bit pricey but worth it. I particularly enjoyed the Fromage de Tête with Gribiche Sauce, which was rich and flavorful. The Roasted Naruto Lotus Root and Homemade Bacon was smoky and tasty. The Smoked Sauteed Cod Milt was incredibly delicious. The Aged Naruto Sweet Potato Potage was thick and creamy. Located about a 5-6 minute walk down Roppongi Street towards Nishi-Azabu from Roppongi. A bistro along Roppongi Street that may be a bit hard to find as the sign is not very noticeable. It's located downstairs to the right of a place that looks like a hair salon. Reservations are necessary, especially on weekdays. The interior is stylish and has a nice atmosphere. The menu is à la carte and there are many options to choose from, including recommended dishes. We tried a variety of dishes including potato potage, green pepper omelette, bacon and lotus root, smoked shirako sauté, fish meunière, and roast Suffolk lamb. The desserts we had were Mont Blanc, Crêpe Suzette, and Gâteau au Chocolat. The standout dish was the Suffolk lamb, with a good balance of fat and a strong lamb flavor. Overall, all the dishes were consistently delicious. I recommend trying your favorites.

Today I visited Ma Cuisine. Ma Cuisine is a bistro restaurant located in Roppongi, Minato-ku, Tokyo. It is situated between Roppongi and Nishi-Azabu, where you can enjoy delicious food at the counter or tables. I decided to visit this restaurant on the same day as I wanted to try it out for a while. The restaurant is located on the B1F of a building, with a counter and tables. I chose to sit at the counter and ordered the following dishes: - Appetizer: Homemade chorizo pancake - The spiciness of the chorizo complements the texture of the pancake well. - Ballotine: A flavorful and tender dish. - Cheese chou: Smooth and flavorful, a delicious pastry. - French mushroom gratin: A delightful gratin dish with a great combination of mushrooms and cheese. - Mackerel pie with burnt butter sauce: The crispy and fragrant pie paired well with the mackerel, and the burnt butter sauce added a rich aroma. - Coarse ground meat sausage: A juicy and tender sausage. - Roasted Date Chicken with red wine sauce: The chicken was tender with a crispy surface, and the red wine sauce added a nice touch. Overall, the quality of each dish was high, and I was impressed by the bistro's excellence. The atmosphere at the counter was pleasant, making it a convenient and enjoyable place to dine. Thank you for the meal.

This bistro offers great value for money. The dishes are made to go well with alcohol, so I found the seasoning to be a bit strong, but I enjoyed the vegetables, meat, and dessert without getting tired of them, all the way to the end. The bread on the side was also fantastic, with a great buttery aroma and texture. I had multiple servings of it. I will definitely visit again.

Located a 7-minute walk from Roppongi Station, this bistro on the basement floor offers a set menu including three cute appetizers, delicious homemade bread, and fermented butter for 1650 yen. The dishes ordered included potato pancakes with chorizo, cheese cream puff, quiche, cheese fondue with Grivish sauce, roasted lotus root and homemade bacon, green chili omelette, gratin with fennel, ham consomme with black truffle, and creme brulee. The standout dish was the green chili omelette, with its fluffy texture and spicy kick. The only disappointment was the creme brulee dessert, which was surprisingly shallow for its price. Overall, a lovely restaurant with a nice atmosphere, perfect for a date.
