After finishing work, I went out for a "well done" dinner with my foodie friend Y-chan. We both were craving for meat, so we decided to go to a Brazilian restaurant in Shinjuku San-Chome called "Gochibatta". Located in the basement of a building in the deep area of Shinjuku San-Chome, this hidden gem of a restaurant offers a great atmosphere. They have a special show on certain days, where they serve samba. The highlight of the restaurant is the churrasco, where they serve chunks of meat on skewers, cutting them right in front of you. The sight of the juicy meat is enough to get you excited! In the center of the restaurant, there is a salad bar, and next to it, a beer bar. They offer about 5-6 types of beer and a variety of soft drinks and cocktails. The salad bar has Brazilian national dish Feijoada, along with vegetables, fruits, and desserts for you to enjoy. Feijoada is a simple yet delicious dish made with black beans, sausages, and various meats. The meat keeps coming one after another, and before you know it, you'll be full (laughs). This restaurant is perfect for going with a group of foodie friends who want to enjoy good food on an empty stomach.

You can eat a variety of beef, pork, chicken, and lamb to your heart's content at a reasonable price with all-you-can-drink options. To avoid getting tired of just eating meat, it's delicious to eat it with pineapple. There are also salads, curry, and desserts available, so you can leave satisfied.

Visited Gochibatta Shinjuku for the first time, a restaurant offering all-you-can-eat Brazilian BBQ and all-you-can-drink. The drinks are self-service, including various types of beer, which is great for this type of restaurant. They also have a salad bar for all-you-can-eat. The meat is brought to your table by the staff, who will cut as much as you want from a wide variety of options. They provide a "yes-no" card to pause the service if needed. It's a place for those who want to eat a lot, as the meat keeps coming one after another. The quality of the meat is decent for the price, making it a good choice for group outings. Thank you for the meal!

I had dinner at Gochi Buta after the second day of Comiket. There are several Gochi Buta restaurants, and this time I went to the one in Shinjuku, near my accommodation. The one in Ikebukuro is spacious and offers a buffet with various dishes, but the one in Shinjuku is quite small. The buffet items are mostly the same, but for grilled cheese, lamb meat, and another item (which you have to order separately). The lamb meat may not be to everyone's taste, but the grilled cheese should be included in the buffet like in the Ikebukuro branch. Nevertheless, all the meats are delicious and you can eat until you're satisfied. Don't hesitate to raise your hand to get more meat, as waiting for them to come around can make you full quickly. Overall, I rate it 3 stars. It's a nice change from the usual all-you-can-eat yakiniku, with this all-you-can-eat churrasco style.

Compared to a certain famous churrascaria, the meat here may lack some juiciness and tenderness, but it is still a good deal for all-you-can-eat churrasco and drinks at a reasonable price. It's easy to make a reservation, so it's a good option if you just want to enjoy some churrasco.

Perfect for a friend's birthday party. The bright atmosphere, all-you-can-eat churrasco, and all-you-can-drink alcohol make for a fun party. It's exciting to have the churrasco come around, and the self-service drinks add to the enjoyment. It's a typical churrasco restaurant, but you can't go wrong with it.

I enjoyed a luxurious lunch where I drank various types of beer and highballs while indulging in all-you-can-eat churrasco. The buffet included salad, chocolate fondue, and churrasco with 5-6 different cuts like sirloin and harami, as well as all-you-can-eat grilled pineapple. It was a 90-minute course with alcohol included (last order 30 minutes before the end), and I had a great time at a relaxed pace. The churrasco was tender, juicy, and very delicious!

We made a reservation with colleagues after work. We reserved the course for 5,500 yen including tax. One person was given as a service with a Foodlog coupon. Salad, sweets, curry, and churrasco are all you can eat. Drinks are also all you can drink. By placing the plate on the table with the "YES" side up, the staff will bring different types of meat (sometimes grilled pineapple) one after another and cut as much as you like in front of you. The meat is juicy and delicious! You can help yourself to salad, sweets, and curry at the buffet table. You also pour your own drinks from the server. In addition to beer, lemon sour and highball are also available in this style. Wine is served from the chilled showcase bottles. The restaurant is stylish, and it's the perfect place for a lively gathering with meat-loving members. Thank you for the meal!

There was an entrance in a place underground, slightly off the main street of Kabukicho. The waitstaff, carrying skewers of cooked meat, would come to each table randomly, and you could take the meat if you wanted. Be careful, as you can't always eat the part of the meat you want when you want. It's a 90-minute limit, with the last order at 60 minutes, and they will come to ask if there's anything you want to eat last. The meat was delicious, but I regret not being able to try the grilled vegetables even once.

(Reservation) I went with 2 people on a weekday night at 6:30 pm! We ordered the all-you-can-eat menu for 2 hours at 5500 yen. First, we started with the salad bar and drink bar. I was happy to see a wide variety of salads, sauces, and fondue options! Although there was curry available, it never came out during our visit. It was disappointing because I really wanted to try it. Other customers were also waiting for the curry. As we started eating, a lot of churrasco came around! The staff would come and cut the meat for us, and we could pick it up with tongs. After a round, we could also place orders, so we could choose what we liked to eat. Personally, I think the churrasco is amazing, not just the meat but also the pineapple is delicious! The chocolate fondue is also very tasty! I'm happy to have eaten so much for 5500 yen. It was a 2-hour course, but we were quite full, so we didn't need 3 hours.

It is recommended for those who want to enjoy churrasco relatively cheaper than Barbacoa. We were able to eat a lot slowly with all-you-can-eat and drink for 3 hours for 6000 yen. It seems that there are multiple branches, so I would definitely like to visit again if I have the chance.

I couldn't get grilled vegetables, I wonder if I had to order them separately from the rotating meat and pineapple? I didn't quite understand the ordering rules. I inevitably end up comparing it to a certain famous restaurant in various aspects, but I think it's good value for the price. There was a difference in friendliness between the staff, some were very friendly and some were not. It's self-service for alcohol so you don't have to worry about it. Overall, I think it's a good restaurant to casually enjoy.

I made a reservation for a weekend night. The restaurant was about 70% full. The staff brought out a large piece of meat and cut it in front of us. It was a bit inconvenient to have to hold it down while they cut it. They didn't bring out meat frequently, so it might feel a bit lacking for those who want to eat more. I wish I could have eaten more.

When you feel like eating a lot of meat, go for churrasco. Starting from the sirloin to the pineapple, it's a feast. Enjoyed with beers from around the world. I especially like the crispy edges. The plates keep coming around in green, and I just want to keep eating, trying to stop the red ones. So delicious!

It's rare to visit Kabukicho, which I rarely visit. I arrived a little early, so I decided to wander around. There were so many people! I used to come here for drinking parties during my student days, and I never imagined that this chaotic place would become a popular spot for foreign tourists. I was asked to take a commemorative photo with this view in the background. It's strange to see such a scene as a Japanese person. Come to think of it, I was once asked to take a photo in the middle of the scramble crossing in Shibuya. When we travel abroad, people probably have similar thoughts about us. As for this restaurant, it was my first time trying churrasco. You can pour multiple types of beer yourself. Everything except the meat is self-service. The meat comes around among the people without masks. Even the salad bar. In a place like this, you probably shouldn't worry too much about it. I started thinking that maybe it's time for me to get infected for the sake of antibodies...

A restaurant located behind the Shinjuku Kabukicho district and the ward office. The concept of the restaurant is that meat keeps coming out in front of you until you say stop. There were many young people, perhaps because it's in Shinjuku Kabukicho, but the prices were reasonable so there weren't many rude customers. The taste was good, suitable for those who want to enjoy plenty of meat. Taste: 80 points, Cost-performance: 80 points. The restaurant is spacious, with a cozy Western bar atmosphere.

I visited at 5:00 pm! I entered as soon as the store opened. I made a reservation by phone and was surprised to find that automatic voice recognition software was being used. Since there is only one basic course available here, I ordered the all-you-can-eat Shurasco for 90 minutes with all-you-can-drink alcohol (4,480 yen). I started with a beer. There were about 6 different types of beer, which made me happy. They had Super Dry, black beer, pilsner, as well as lemon sour and highball. Next, I got some salad, which was quite fresh and delicious. After a while, a guy with the Shurasco came to our table multiple times, cutting off various types of meat. They had sausages, chicken, chicken hearts, pork belly, pork shoulder, lamb, rump, and ribeye, among others. Personally, I found the ribeye to be the most delicious. I was happy that they asked for my preferred cuts. I ordered the ribeye multiple times. The atmosphere was great, the Shurasco was delicious, and they had a variety of beers. And it wasn't even that expensive. Overall, it's a pretty good restaurant.

First time visiting this restaurant for their all-you-can-eat and all-you-can-drink plan. They offer a variety of meats such as beef, chicken, and pork, as well as around 10 types of salads and desserts. The drink menu includes about 6 different craft beers. It's a self-service style with staff members serving with a smile throughout.

Shinjuku Kabukicho's Churrasco & Beer Bar Gochibatta for a drinking party. I've been to the Ikebukuro and Shibuya branches before, but this was my first time at the Shinjuku branch. It's located underground and quite small. There's no cell phone signal (but there's WiFi), so the location is a bit tricky. Still, the appeal is being able to eat and drink all you want for a cheaper price compared to bigger chains like Barbacoa. This time, we went for the 90-minute all-you-can-eat and drink plan for 4480 yen. 90 minutes might be a bit short for chatting, but it's enough time to eat and drink. All drinks are self-service, which might be a hassle, but I think it's easier than having to ask the staff every time. There's a variety of beers and caipirinhas, and it's nice to be able to mix them as you like. The salad bar is a bit lacking compared to bigger chains, but it's cheaper as a result. There's a variety of meats, and personally, I prefer the picanha.

First experience of churrasco! I was fascinated by the performance of cutting right in front of me ☺︎ There are various types of meat, all meaty but delicious without any strong flavors. We chose the all-you-can-eat and drink plan, and beer was also all-you-can-pour from the server. I was very satisfied with the craft beers and other unique varieties that you don't see in other places ☺︎ Salads etc. are buffet-style at the central counter ☺︎ You can also enjoy a chocolate fountain, so it seems useful for various purposes!

Since the coronavirus outbreak, I hadn't been out to eat much, so I decided to try out this place I had never been to before called Barbacoa for some Brazilian BBQ. They offered unlimited soft drinks, which was a big plus for me since I don't drink alcohol. I made a reservation and visited the restaurant. They had hand sanitizer at the entrance. It was a weekday and there were very few customers, so social distancing was not a problem. However, I noticed that the restaurant did not have any dividers or partitions on the large tables. The staff explained the dishes to us, and we started with self-service for drinks and salads. The only dessert options were acai yogurt and a chocolate fountain with marshmallows and waffles. The stems of the cherry tomatoes were quite dry. The variety of soft drinks available was good. The staff who brought the meat to our table were very friendly and attentive. However, when we wanted to order more meat, there were no staff members around, and it seemed like they were not paying much attention to the customers. We overheard them discussing a mistake in an order in the kitchen. The service was slow, even though there were not many customers. When it came time to pay and leave, there were no staff members on the floor, which left us with a feeling of dining and dashing. Although this restaurant is part of a chain, I think I will try a different Brazilian BBQ place next time.
