Hinazushi is a well-known sushi buffet restaurant. I have been to the locations in Yokohama and Shibuya before, but this was my first time visiting the one in Ginza. We arrived around 3 pm on a holiday and had to wait for about 20 minutes with a party of two. There were a few empty tables for two, so it seemed like they were adjusting the seating based on the speed of sushi service. The sushi options included limited items (one piece per person, that day was fugu) and all-you-can-eat sushi. You write your order on a piece of paper. Seasonal items were listed on the table as well as on the wall, so make sure to check both. In addition to sushi, you could also order chawanmushi and miso soup freely. The miso soup was a simple wakame seaweed one, not the typical shrimp or nori soup you might find at a sushi restaurant. The sea urchin was particularly delicious that day, so we ordered a lot of it. Other recommended items included various types of clams, salmon, herring, and scallops. I only knew about the all-you-can-eat option, but they also had a lunch menu (with predetermined sushi items) and a "chef's choice" menu (where you can choose your favorite items) which was more cost-effective if everyone in the group has a small appetite. We left the restaurant feeling satisfied. Even though you might feel like you've had enough sushi after a buffet, you'll find yourself craving it again soon.

All-you-can-eat sushi for 4,609 yen with a 120-minute time limit and last order at 90 minutes. Can order up to 20 pieces at a time on the order slip, and then order again after finishing. The size of the sushi rice is normal, but the rolls have a lot of rice so not recommended. *Cannot request less rice for the all-you-can-eat option. The quality is like a revolving sushi place that is not very busy. Surprisingly, there is very little salmon roe. The only good thing was the "shima aji" which can be ordered once. There is a very popular sushi restaurant, Nemuro Hanamaru, in Tokyu Plaza Ginza nearby, but it has a wait of over 80 groups on weekends, so I tried this place instead. We had a reservation for 12 o'clock, and the restaurant was not too crowded yet. Although there were only two of us, we were seated at a table for four. We received an explanation of the all-you-can-eat system from a foreign staff member and placed our orders promptly. The sushi was brought to us soon after. The sushi rice was smaller in size, which was appreciated. The chu-toro was a bit disappointing, and overall, the vinegar was strong. The all-you-can-eat option only includes sushi, with just a chawanmushi as a side dish at the beginning, which was a bit disappointing. However, we were able to eat to our heart's content. It's been a while since my last visit, but it was still good. I cheated on this place with an all-you-can-eat sushi restaurant, but I came back here. The size of the rice and the size of the toppings match well, and I like that they don't serve sushi that looks like onigiri. However, even though it's not that crowded today, the service is slow, really slow. This blatant time adjustment is a first for me. If it's not for time adjustment, then is it because they don't have enough staff? Inbound tourists flock to Ginza on holidays, so if you don't have enough staff, you will lose trust. The 2-hour all-you-can-eat system with last order at 90 minutes. Had one beer and it cost around 5700 yen. The limited hamo sushi was limited to 1 piece, and they had a catchy daily special menu like fresh octopus. The balance between the rice and toppings was good since the chefs were skilled at sushi-making. It was understandable given the location.

Weekday limited lunch set of nigiri sushi (with miso soup) 1 serving (10 pieces) for 1,089 yen 1.5 servings (15 pieces) for 1,639 yen The portions are small and easy to eat. I don't need anything fancy like a salad or side dish. They also offer all-you-can-eat for their specialty starting from lunchtime.

Conclusion from the start‼️ This all-you-can-eat sushi place is not worth it! All the sushi available is priced at 150 yen each, meaning you can eat 33 pieces for the same price. I found it to be quite tough. The salmon was surprisingly similar to the 100 yen sushi you see on the conveyor belt! The chutoro was just regular red tuna, disappointing! The eel and conger eel were thin. Only the amberjack was tasty. The salmon roe was not the usual ikura, but masu ikura! Masu ikura is smaller in size! The seared salmon was at the same level as the conveyor belt sushi restaurants! I was honestly surprised! I would have been better off just choosing my favorite sushi toppings to eat. I will not be coming back for sushi all-you-can-eat again! In a way, it was a good learning experience. Wasshoi wasshoi.

The atmosphere was like a casual family restaurant, with a group of middle-aged people having a somewhat noisy party. Despite the noise, the main focus is on enjoying the delicious sushi.

Miso soup is only taken by verbal order, and it's delicious! Especially the tuna! Tuna is ordered in large quantities. Uni is mediocre - it's fishy and strangely dry. For all-you-can-eat at this price, the quality is reasonable, but it's not as good as Kizuna Sushi or Tamazushi at the Ginza Core store in terms of variety and quality of sushi toppings.

All-you-can-eat high-end sushi...? It's difficult to determine what makes it high-end. It's not particularly delicious. It's nice that the rice portions are small. Even when you order, it takes a while for the sushi to arrive, and you end up getting full while waiting.
