Haneda Airport is a place with a variety of famous shops, where everything you buy tastes delicious! Mostly sweets. I usually don't go for salty snacks, but I was drawn to this place. It offers a mix of tempura rice crackers, seaweed tempura rice crackers, and muddy gobo tempura. The tempura rice crackers have a shrimp aroma that spreads in your mouth. I heard they also have crab, squid, and green onion flavors. I guess they're highly recommended. The gobo tempura was a surprise! It really has a strong earthy taste, but I couldn't stop eating it. Unlike the round tempura, this one has thin, crispy sticks that look like karinto. I finished them all in one go. You can tell they really care about the quality of the ingredients. I saw they also have sweet products, so I want to try them next time.

Located on the departure floor of Haneda Airport Terminal 1, you can find Tsukiji Chitose. It is situated in a special selection of Japanese confectionery shops. I purchased a lucky bag that came with an original eco bag as a souvenir for my family. All the items were delicious and well received by my family.

"Muddy Burdock Tempura"... it doesn't sound delicious, but when I was looking around the store, they offered me a sample of a sweet that was surprisingly tasty, so I bought it. A set of three costs around 3000 yen, but I chose to buy them individually for my family and the set for my friends. They are all tempura-flavored, but have a light finish. I liked how the taste of the ingredients really stood out. They are all quite delicious, but I especially liked the "burdock tempura" one. I like burdock itself, and the taste of the burdock is also strong. It was fun looking for souvenirs at Haneda.

I quickly browsed the items and decided to purchase from "Tsukiji Chitose" for their tempura senbei. They had a free sample service, and the friendly staff kept offering me samples. One that left a strong impression on me was the "Tempura Senbei with Burdock". It was crispy with a strong burdock flavor, and the hidden yuzu pepper added a nice touch. They displayed it with a beer glass, and I can confirm it pairs really well with beer! I brought it home and enjoyed it with my wife as a beer snack. The dough is kneaded with white bean paste and finished with a refined sweetness of black sugar flavor. The sea bream on the package will boost your luck. There are 8 pieces in a box. It looks like a cookie at first glance, but it is soft and quite delicious. There is a paper with a sea bream illustration inside. It says, "Great luck and a lucky sea bream day. I had some errands to run, so I went to Haneda Airport. After finishing my business, as I was heading to the parking lot, I thought to myself, "I wonder if it's already on sale?" So, I headed to Tsukiji Chitose at Haneda Airport Terminal 1. I found it! I first purchased it three years ago. It's a seasonal mochi with anko (sweet red bean paste) inside, wrapped in roasted seaweed. When you take a bite, you can taste the aroma of the roasted seaweed, the chewy texture of the mochi, and the delicious anko mixed in. Since the anko is inside, your hands won't get sticky. May 10, 2014. Before returning to Osaka from Haneda Airport, I bought some souvenirs at the airport~♪ For home, I chose Tempura Senbei 12 pieces for 1188 yen. Description of Tempura Senbei (from Tsukiji Chitose HP): Made with plenty of sweet "Hawk Claw Shrimp" caught in early spring. Expressing tempura with 6 carefully selected ingredients including "Iwatsu Negi," one of Japan's three major green onions. Please enjoy the crispy texture. I brought it home~♪ When I opened the bag, a fragrant smell of shrimp wafted out. It had a slightly soft texture that was more crispy than crunchy. It was very easy to eat without sticking to my teeth. This is delicious! (Once you start eating, you can't stop haha) I ate 3 pieces and left the rest, but the next morning, most of it was gone (I should have eaten at least half of it~regrets). Thank you for the meal~♪
