After finishing work, I really wanted to eat meat, so I went to the nearby "Toraji Honten" restaurant. Their last order is at 11:00 PM, so as long as you order before then, you can enjoy their delicious tongue until they close at midnight. It was so satisfying, thank you for the meal. It was delicious again today. After the meal, you can get a vanilla ice cream with a lottery ticket. (I haven't won anything this year yet.)

I used it for a dining experience. Although it is a famous yakiniku restaurant next to Jojoen, I had never used it before, and this time I tried it for the first time at Toraji, where I had a standard course. The quality of the meat is very high, especially the salt-based meats such as tongue salt and pork belly are exceptionally delicious. The marinated meats such as kalbi, harami, horumon, and heart are also very tasty. The prices are not cheap but not too expensive either. The restaurant has private rooms and a clean atmosphere, making it suitable for a slightly higher quality gathering, a small business dinner, or a special date, allowing you to have a very comfortable time. I would like to use it for private occasions as well.

I visited Yakiniku Traji main store again because it was so delicious last time!! I tried various types of beef tongue!! The a la carte menu is always delicious, especially the salad, kimchi, senmai, and yukhoe. I even had cold noodles and ended up eating too much!! It was delicious ✨ I would like to visit again ✨

I ended up posting this with a delay, but I was taken to Toraji for my birthday celebration! I wanted to eat yakiniku, so we ended up choosing their special course. I've been to Toraji a few times before, but it had been a while since I had their course menu, and it was a satisfying meat feast. We had the "Toraji Special Course," starting with kimchi, salad, and yukhoe as appetizers. The salad even had meat on it, which was a nice touch! The smoked sirloin in the first picture had a wonderful aroma, was rare inside, tender, and easy to eat. I recommend having it with salt. The grilled shabu-shabu was cooked in front of us by the staff, and even when I was full, I couldn't resist it (it's my favorite, but I can't eat much of it). For the finale, you could choose from about three options, and I chose the kuppah. It was gentle on the stomach, with a nice garlic flavor that wasn't overpowering. There was some variation in the serving times, but the meat was delicious, and they had a wide selection of drinks. I recommend it for those who want to enjoy a leisurely meal. I also thought it would be nice to order a la carte. I was so full that I almost felt uncomfortable, so the portion size was very satisfying. 🍽️

Yakiniku Toraji main store was really delicious in every way! The kimchi was so tasty! They recommended the beef tongue and it was really delicious as well. They have various types of beef tongue so I want to try them next time! The attention to detail in the salad and yukhoe was evident! The presentation was also well thought out, and the alcohol went down easily! I will definitely visit again!

I received a little extra on my course. I was surprised to see a lovely plate decorated with flowers placed on the table. This is a presentation that would be appreciated on a special occasion like an anniversary! I was enchanted and ended up drinking more because of it. The chic interior and presentation were a pleasant surprise, not something you would expect from the exterior. The meat was thick and very tender, with just the right amount of fat. It was high-quality meat. The shrimp was also plump and juicy. I have been to other Trattoria locations many times and have even ordered takeout, so I had high expectations for the main branch as well, and it did not disappoint with its consistently delicious food. It's a safe choice, so I highly recommend it for a date.

This is my first time at Toraji, and I must say the main branch is luxurious inside. We were guided to the second floor for a private room, entering through a separate entrance and taking the elevator up. The building is beautiful. The service was great, and the meat we ordered was delicious, especially the tongue which was thick, had a good texture, and was tender. With this atmosphere and taste, it is definitely suitable for business meetings or dates.

It's about a 3-minute walk from Ebisu Station West Exit. I usually go to Kobeya, which is always across the street, but it's closed due to the impact of the coronavirus, so I came here. I didn't know there was a main store in Ebisu. Being the main store of Toraji, my expectations were high. As a result, it was a very pleasant space for me. It's not cheap because it's Toraji, but compared to other yakiniku restaurants at the same price range, each seat has a spacious and calm atmosphere, with a touch of elegance and luxury. This time, I was seated at the counter, but the table seats in the back were spacious with beautiful wood grain. This time, I ordered a balanced selection. The taste, good or bad, there isn't necessarily a "must-eat" item, but overall everything was delicious. There is a satisfying feeling that matches the price. Here's what I ordered this time: - Beef tongue with salt - Premium Kalbi - Harami - Assorted Hormone (3 types) - Assorted Kimchi - Green onions - Stone-grilled Bibimbap - Cold noodles Personally, I believe that if you pay money, you should be able to eat something of a certain quality when it comes to yakiniku, so although it's expensive, I was satisfied with the taste. In terms of cost performance, I recommend the "Assorted Kimchi" and "Stone-grilled Bibimbap". (I'm sorry to the staff. But everything was relatively delicious, so I was satisfied with the cheaper side menu items.) At a restaurant that costs around 7000 yen, the meat may be of high quality, but the kimchi may be average with only 3 types, and the bibimbap may not be as satisfying in terms of taste. However, even with a kimchi assortment costing around 1000 yen, it was perfect in terms of appearance, volume, and taste. The bibimbap was also well-seasoned, with a good balance of sweetness and flavor intensity. I went to the main store with mixed expectations and anxieties, but the space was good and the taste was excellent. It was a satisfying meal. This is a restaurant that I can recommend with confidence in case of emergency.

Traghi is stable. It seems to have been slightly renewed. The atmosphere has changed a lot. Traghi always offers good value for the price. Even if it seems expensive, I'm always surprised at the bill. I always go for the fillet and wine, it's a reliable choice. The quality of the meat at this price can only be found at Traghi. Of course, the other meats are also high quality. It's very convenient for me as I often go for meals after the last train due to work.

The other day, while driving to a client's location, I was listening to the radio and Heartsdales started playing. It brought back so many memories that I accidentally stepped on the gas pedal. I used to have their album, Heartsdales. But when I got home and checked, I realized I had thrown it away during the move, so I ended up buying it again on iTunes. Songs like "Winter gonna love ♥" and "Hey DJ!" brought back a lot of memories. I remember thinking that the older sister was around the same age as me, but when I looked it up, she had become a Nut Critic or something. I had no idea... I immediately followed her on Instagram. Anyway, my older sister (let's call her Tamako) and I were going to have a meal together. When she was attending a cram school for elementary school entrance exams, it usually ended after 7 pm. She would come home and go straight to bed, so I felt sorry for her and would pick her up and we would have dinner together before going home. We had a few favorite restaurants, but her favorite was surprisingly Toraji, the main store. She always insisted on going to the main store, so I wondered why she liked Toraji so much. I mean, it's fine to take her out for yakiniku, but remember, it's Papa who pays, not you. So, we ended up visiting the main store about 5-6 times. I think this was the first time we went there. [Course] The first time we went, we ordered the course. They don't have a kids' course, but they can customize it for kids at a lower price. [Today's Recommended] At the bottom, the main store lemon sour is recommended. It's filled with lemon like it's seeking revenge. They can change just the inside for 300 yen. [Kimchi Assortment] Toraji's kimchi is a bit different. It's like Kakuteki. You may love it or hate it, but I find it a nice palate cleanser. [Chawanmushi] With nanohana. Tan Yukke and sirloin sushi. The sirloin sushi is an adult size, but for kids, they make the rice smaller, cut it in half for easy eating, showing their hospitality. [Raw Tongue with Salt] The famous thick cut! Tamako was having trouble chewing because she was in the process of losing two front teeth. [Zabuton] We added this to the course. I later found out that sometimes they have it and sometimes they don't. We both liked it, so we always order it when it's available. [Raw Kalbi] A reliable choice. [Side Dish] For rolling. [Oy Kimchi] Among Toraji's kimchi, I like Oy Kimchi the best. In my own opinion, it seems to be the richest in lactic acid bacteria. [Raw Tongue with Salt] A staple. [Zabuton and Ichibo] A combination platter. [Diamond Cut Loos] I think it was loos, not kalbi. Sorry if I got it wrong! [Egg Soup] To finish. Gentle on the stomach. When I used to go out with kids, we often went to Jojoen, but now it's all about Toraji. Having private rooms is also great for families with small children.

I came here for the first time after walking through Ebisu Ginza from the west exit of Ebisu Station and crossing the street a little ways. It's the last 3-day weekend of the year... my usual yakiniku place was fully booked, so I managed to get a reservation here. I've been to other Toraji restaurants before... I recommend the premium loin and beef tongue... the beef tongue is delicious, but the premium loin is just average, I think. The restaurant is quiet and provides a nice, calming space to enjoy your meal.

First visit to the main store of Toraji. The entrance is interesting with stones laid out. Started with T-cut tan, which was delicious! Shouldn't have ordered the yukke, but oh well. Ordered a platter and all the meats were of great quality and cut, very delicious. Very satisfied!
