An Italian restaurant located in a back alley of Shirokanedai. The interior is small with only counter seats, creating a stylish and cozy atmosphere. We tried the 10,890 yen course menu, which included: Anolini dal plin Piemontese, a traditional stuffed pasta with seafood and clam filling, served in a flavorful broth. Milk bread with Hokkaido sea urchin on whole wheat bruschetta, Capellini served tsukemen style with a gazpacho and bagna cauda sauce, Saury meuniere with laurel and thyme, Salsiccia fritti with bamboo shoots and fennel seeds, Red shrimp nigiri with sherry vinegar rice and homemade tomato soy sauce, Tagliolini with butter sauce, Granita made with frozen watermelon, Marsala sautéed beef with summer vegetable kinpira, Clam rice with Italian parsley, and Tiramisu with melon, tea leaves, mascarpone mousse, blue curacao jelly, and lemon. Long time no see Chef Aoki. A hidden gem restaurant with a Chef's Table surrounded by only 8 seats, giving off a special and intimate dining experience. I have been wanting to visit for a while and decided to celebrate my important friend's birthday here. The theme of the innovative Italian cuisine is a fusion of Italian and Japanese elements. We had the omakase full course dinner featuring seasonal ingredients such as conger eel, edamame, eggplant, sea urchin, and peach in July. Plus, cute plating inspired by fireworks and sunflowers. The birthday plate was beautifully handcrafted from scratch. Everything from the food to the ambiance to the atmosphere made this restaurant one of my personal favorites.

I had been curious about Rama-san for a long time♡ Finally, I went there! The interior of the restaurant is modern and there are only 8 seats, so I was able to enjoy a leisurely meal and conversation. I tried the ancient Armenian variety, Areni Noir, for the first time, and it was mild and delicious without being sharp. The staff were friendly and all the dishes were delicious♡ I want to go again next month.

I finally felt like I could generously pay for a birthday plate at a restaurant that went all out (plate costs 2,000 yen). The plate was blank, so they wrote a message on it in front of me, decorated the flowers to match the person's image, and the dessert included in the course meal was both visually appealing and delicious. The dishes had a lot of Japanese elements, and the curry-like dish with simmered squid was delicious. I think it's the perfect restaurant for celebrating special occasions.

Today started with white asparagus. The dishes, accompanied by explanations from the head chef, were enjoyed at a good pace and were exquisite. The truffles, apparently sent directly from the chef's training place, had an incredible aroma. It seems this is the best season for them. I thoroughly enjoyed every moment today. Looking forward to the next visit.

Italian restaurant located in Shirokanedai. Visited for dinner on a weekday. Upon arrival, hand sanitization with homemade basil and lime alcohol was classy. The open kitchen is spotlighted, creating a chic atmosphere. The circular counter has a step for resting hands, showing thoughtfulness. The ambiance is great and suitable for a date. The chef, Mr. Aoki, and the sous chef work together. Mr. Aoki trained at a restaurant in Florence. He has a pleasant voice and explains the dishes in a calm and detailed manner. The clientele consists mostly of female customers or couples. [Full Course Dinner] (10,890 yen including tax) The dishes are presented with a nostalgic story-like quality. Two weeks ago, I made a reservation at the counter only. We toasted with champagne, the portions were small but plentiful, and I was happy to try many dishes I had never had before. There were hidden details that you couldn't see just by looking at the food. The sushi was delicious, and the dessert was made right in front of us and was adorable. Thank you for the feast.

I visited this restaurant to celebrate a friend's birthday. It's a small place with only a counter, but the atmosphere is very stylish and I liked it. The chefs were very kind in explaining the dishes, making the dining experience enjoyable not only during the meal but also before. They also recommended wines that paired well with the food, making the meal even more delicious. One thing that left a strong impression was that they could make a birthday plate right in front of you, and you could choose the message in either Japanese or English. I chose Japanese, and they even wrote my name in kanji. The writing was very beautiful, and I was grateful for the lovely plate. I would like to visit regularly as they change their menu monthly.

The atmosphere of the store is really nice, definitely appealing to women. It is a hidden gem with only about 8 counter seats standing quietly in a back alley, where you can spend a relaxing time. Two young handsome chefs focus on the fusion of Italian and Japanese cuisine, offering Italian regional dishes as well as Italian sushi. The "Full Course Dinner" costs ¥9,900 and includes: RAMA Signature ~Brass~, Cold Snow Gnocchi, Milk Pan, Yellow Mozzarella, Homemade Tsukune Caponetto Roll, Seven Herb Ribollita, Italian Sushi, Tajalin Tartufo, Cold Ice Block, Shimanto Homemade Tomato Soy Pork Saute, Mackerel Tomato Ragout with Herb Rice, and Cream Terrine Garnet. The dishes change monthly. The Cream Terrine dessert, which the chef only serves occasionally, is said to be his favorite dessert. Just a small amount can provide a variety of enjoyment, which is delightful. Please note that the store name "RAMA" is pronounced as "Reima."

My friend made a reservation for my birthday celebration and we visited the restaurant at 5:30 pm on a weekday for an early start. The restaurant only has counter seats, and the chef explained the dishes while serving. Until around 6:30 pm when other customers arrived, the chef engaged us in conversation. The atmosphere was very friendly and relaxing. We ordered the 9,900 yen course, which included sparkling wine, beer, yuzu sour, and red wine. The alcohol was explained by the chef before ordering and all of them were delicious and easy to drink. The dishes were all delicious, especially the Italian-style sweet potato gratin shaped like a snowman, salmon gratin, and the meat dish. I particularly liked the risotto as the final dish! I want to eat it again soon. The menu changes every month, except for the appetizers and pasta which are signature dishes. The milk bread was freshly baked and slightly sweet, and the dessert was beautifully presented with edible flowers. My friend's dessert was also elegant and luxurious.

It's a time difference post. I had been curious about RAMA for a while since seeing them on Instagram. I heard they could make a lovely birthday plate, so I decided to celebrate my partner's birthday there. I wasn't confident I could eat a lot, so I opted for a course with fewer dishes. Each dish was filled with the chef's thoughts and stories, and they were all delicious! The signature Tagliolini was exquisite ❤ The chairs and tables were also lovely, fitting perfectly with the open kitchen atmosphere. I definitely want to visit again.
