Italian restaurant located in Shirokanedai. Visited for dinner on a weekday. Upon arrival, hand sanitization with homemade basil and lime alcohol was classy. The open kitchen is spotlighted, creating a chic atmosphere. The circular counter has a step for resting hands, showing thoughtfulness. The ambiance is great and suitable for a date. The chef, Mr. Aoki, and the sous chef work together. Mr. Aoki trained at a restaurant in Florence. He has a pleasant voice and explains the dishes in a calm and detailed manner. The clientele consists mostly of female customers or couples.
