I visited for lunch on a regular day. Once again, I was greeted in front of the restaurant. No matter how hot or stormy the weather is, why do they always greet me like this? I always arrive on time for my reservation, but I feel so grateful. I am once again charmed by the thoughtful hospitality that starts with this greeting. The lunch 'C' menu includes 5 courses for 9,200 yen including tax. I also added champagne and cheese. - Petit Salé: A warm dish with a cheese aroma that stimulates the appetite. - Amuse-Bouche: Italian red peppers, sweet from red peppers and acidic from fresh tomato puree. The subtle sweetness of the vegetables, along with the acidity and green flavor, is enchanting. - Appetizer: Green asparagus from Hokkaido, baby calf thymus from Nagasaki, covered in mushroom foam with a buttery flavor. The smooth and creamy texture is like a dream. - Seafood Dish: Red snapper from Shimane, clams Persillade, garden-style vegetables. A combination of various cooking methods. The dish is truly garden-like with sautéed red snapper and vegetables. - Cheese: Gorgonzola Dolce, a creamy and delicious cheese. - Dessert: Mango and passion fruit Vacherin with vervain ice cream. The dessert is mild and well-balanced, refreshing until the end. - Mignardises - After-dinner drink Once again, I was elegantly seen off by Chef Nakagawa from the elegant lobby to the corner of the street. Delicious without a doubt! However, the staff are very good at recommending expensive wines and ingredients without mentioning the prices, leading to a bill of almost 200,000 yen for two people even though there was no special occasion. Since it's not the kind of place where you ask about prices for everything, be cautious and deducting points for this.

It was a great restaurant where everything was satisfying. The manager explained the dishes and even took photos, making us feel very comfortable. The greetings and service were perfect, and of course the food was delicious. I definitely want to go again. ^ ^

Visited via Ikyu at 13:00 reservation. Ordered the "Lunch 'B' Menu" for 14,950 yen. Toasted with champagne containing peach puree. Enjoyed a 7-course meal featuring hiramatsu's signature red peppers and superfruit tomatoes. The drinks, food, and atmosphere were all excellent. The duck meat, in particular, was outstandingly delicious. Had a wonderful time. A restaurant to use for special occasions. Thank you for the meal. Will visit again.

I visited Hiramatsu Hiroo for lunch. Each dish, starting from the amuse-bouche, was carefully prepared. The chilled soup made with Italian red bell pepper mousse and tomatoes, a dish that has been a specialty at Hiramatsu for 40 years, had a gentle flavor. When combined, the mousse and soup created a deep and rich taste. The fish dish featured fresh sea bass, perfectly cooked and paired well with the sauce, girolle mushrooms, and potatoes. The main course, made with Yamagata's Kinshu pork, was tender, sweet, and complemented by the sweetness of asparagus and seasonal vegetables. The dessert, a compote of Akatsuki peaches, highlighted the sweetness of the peaches, and the Maraschino flavored granite on the side was a refreshing combination, perfect for a hot summer day. I also ordered a cheese plate a la carte, and the server explained each of the 15 to 16 cheeses with care, allowing me to enjoy the cheese with honey and dried fruits. The service was exceptional, with clear explanations and friendly smiles, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. Hiramatsu's main branch was outstanding.

It's been a while since I visited Hiramatsu. We toasted with Champagne. The Gougeres that came out as an amuse-bouche were delicious. ・Poivron Rouge, Tomate Fraiche Italian red peppers, Ibaraki super fruit tomatoes ・Noix de Saint-Jacques, Mais Doux, Rhubarbes Miyagi scallops, Kagoshima Gold Rush, Shinano rhubarb ・Rumsteak de Boeuf de Kumamoto, Asperges Verts, Legumes de Saison Kumamoto black wagyu beef, Green asparagus from Okamoto Farm, seasonal vegetables ・Bavarois Vanille et Framboise, Creme Glace a la Vanille Vanilla and raspberry Bavarois, Vanilla ice cream ・Mignardises Mini desserts ・L'infusion Fresh Verbena A standout was the Kumamoto black wagyu beef! The quality of the meat and the cooking were outstanding. Truly impressive. A gorgeous and elegant restaurant where you can experience a sense of luxury and escape from the everyday.

The hospitality was perfect. They allowed baby strollers in private rooms. Even though there were stairs, they helped carry the stroller. The food was delicious. The staff were amazing and the speed of service was great. It was a rare opportunity to have a leisurely meal.

I always enjoy delicious food and a pleasant atmosphere here. It had been a while since I last visited, and I was glad to see that the restaurant was packed and thriving. It made me feel like the end of the pandemic is near. Chef Nakagawa's dishes are all delicious, making it hard to choose a favorite. The slightly higher prices are justified by the fact that you can eat with peace of mind. The staff is always friendly and engaging in enjoyable conversations, which adds to the overall experience. I visited the restaurant with a few gourmet friends. We were greeted outside the restaurant and when I mentioned my name, we were escorted inside. The staff seemed to remember my name, which was impressive. The first floor was a waiting area and we were seated on the second or third floor. The building was luxurious and adorned with valuable paintings. Both the service and the food were satisfying. The foie gras and venison were good, but personally, I found the sea bream to be the most delicious. It had a fresh and tender taste, with a slight crispiness adding to its flavor. The sauce must have been excellent. I couldn't resist the delicious bread from the amuse-bouche and ended up eating too much. I know that eating too much of the course meal beforehand can make it difficult to enjoy the rest, but it was too tempting to resist.

The classic course was delicious and well-prepared. In a time when many places have a sparkly and light atmosphere, this restaurant maintains a sense of the good old days of the Heisei era, with delicious food and a calm environment. Even an elderly couple can enjoy it. The service was classic and excellent. The chef's personality was also lovely. I highly recommend it.

I made a reservation for my wife's birthday celebration. There were various courses available, but I chose a slightly higher-priced course because I wanted to eat beef. We were greeted by the hostess at the entrance and taken to the third floor. The second floor seemed to have private rooms. The room on the third floor had a lovely atmosphere with many beautiful artworks displayed. As you can see in the photos, each dish was sophisticated and exquisite. Every dish was delicious, with the main dish being the highlight. The seafood dish, such as clams, which may be considered the "other" option, was also incredibly tasty, with a sauce that was so good that I didn't want to leave a drop behind. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

I had been curious about a French restaurant that I had been wanting to try, so I made a reservation while visiting Hiroo for my child's exam. I accidentally dressed inappropriately for the occasion, but as expected of a high-class restaurant, the interior decor, atmosphere, and the staff's attentiveness were all top-notch and truly impressive. I opted for the most affordable lunch course, but the main dish of venison and the dessert afterwards were incredibly delicious. I would love to save up and visit again in the future!

The head chef, Nakagawa, who trained in France, presented us with exquisite dishes that delighted our taste buds. The course menu was generous, and I particularly enjoyed the lean and flavorful venison served at the end. The restaurant's longstanding tradition and hospitality added to the overall satisfaction of the experience. It was a delightful dinner outing with my father, and I also shared stories about meeting Chef S at a sushi restaurant back in March. Today, Chef S was wearing green socks, earning him the nickname "Green Uncle" or "Green Tinker Bell" among fans. Despite being busy, he was warmly regarded by all the staff. Celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary, we visited Hiramatsu for the first time in 7 years since I found out I was pregnant! It was wonderful to bring our son to the restaurant where we had our wedding ceremony. The adults had Course A, while the kids had a Kids Plate. The kids' plate included pumpkin soup, french fries, meat sauce pasta, fish meuniere, hamburger, bread, and dessert similar to the adult course. The adults enjoyed dishes like Italian red pepper mousse, fruit tomato sauce, grilled horse mackerel, celery and apple salad, meuniere of red sea bream with mussels, Miyazaki beef lamp steak, pear coupe with vanilla ice cream, tea or coffee, and tea sweets. The pepper mousse was sweet and rich, the fruit tomato sauce was refreshing, and the horse mackerel had a delightful flavor with dill and persimmon. The squid with chrysanthemum sauce had a nice touch of bitterness. The meuniere sauce was a bit salty but had a great saffron aroma. The lamp steak was perfectly cooked, and the dessert was finished with caramel sauce and pear, which paired perfectly. They also prepared a cake for us to celebrate our 10th anniversary. The hospitality and delicious food at Hiramatsu remain unchanged, even though the chef has changed since our wedding. We were seated on the main dining floor on the 3rd floor, and our child behaved well throughout the meal. The staff was very kind and attentive. Thank you for a wonderful meal!

Located a 1-minute walk from Hiroo Station, this restaurant features dishes like Cheese-filled Choux Cream, Italian Red Peppers with Tomatoes, Tartare of natural Kuro Maguro from Kagoshima prefecture with avocado and hazelnuts, and more. The restaurant is elegantly decorated with beautiful paintings in every room, from the waiting area to the dining rooms. The second floor offers a room with a view of Arisugawa Park, which is breathtaking. The classic dishes like Italian Red Peppers with Tomatoes and Peach Compote continue to be popular. This is a true French restaurant with a unique charm.

I enjoyed peaches for the first time in two years. The peach compote was delicious, and the sherbet underneath spread out, allowing me to fully enjoy the flavors. I realized that Hiramatsu serves really delicious fish. I used to think sashimi was the best, but when the fish is cooked properly, it has a flavor that surpasses both fish and meat. Enjoy a relaxed time at Grand Maison! I wanted to eat French cuisine, so I went to Hiramatsu. It was during the Bon holiday period, so I was able to make a reservation even at the last minute. For the lunch A course, I was recommended a peach and soda drink, but since I can't drink alcohol, I just had soda. However, if you can drink, champagne is recommended. The red bell pepper mousse and fruit tomato cold soup were refreshing. The sea bream tartare with cucumber and avocado mousse on top was my favorite of the day. I requested a change to the mushroom filling for the usual ravioli dish, and it was delicious. The snow fairy corn as a side dish was sweet and tasty. The tilefish was tender and the asparagus puree and champagne sauce were rich and delicious. The Tamura beef with truffle sauce and plenty of vegetables was delightful. The peach compote with a whole peach sorbet underneath was juicy and delicious. I was happy as a peach lover. Finally, I received black tea and tea sweets to finish the meal. Located a 2-minute walk from Hiroo Station Exit 1. Lunch A course for 18,000 yen.

The interior of the restaurant is designed like a castle, very charming and appealing to women. The hospitality was perfect and the dishes were heartfelt. Everything was really good.
