I love teppanyaki, so I go to various places. Right now, it was a series of ingredients from Fukuoka. The concept seems to be that it is good for the body and beauty. I tried the game sausage in a Frankfurt style, and it had an elegant taste. The fish, vegetables, and meat were all in good condition and satisfying.

The teppanyaki restaurant inside the Intercontinental hotel. As expected of a famous hotel, the hospitality was excellent. They were very accommodating, even with special requests like decaf coffee. The dessert being served in the lounge was a nice touch. Overall, it was a satisfying experience, but the quality of the Aussie beef was average. The price is not too high, so it may be a bit luxurious to expect wagyu beef, but there is room for improvement in the main course.

The teppanyaki restaurant with the best cost performance. The first dish for hospitality was grilled tomato, which was unusual but the sweetness of the tomato was delicious. The seasonal conger eel steamed in a pot had a perfect smoky flavor. The spiny lobster in a Japanese-style cream sauce with Kumamoto shochu was exquisite, especially when mixed with pickled seaweed. The lobster was firm and juicy, and dipping the sauce with rye bread was a luxurious treat. The black wagyu fillet was consistently delicious, with juices overflowing from the inside without the oiliness being overpowering. The restaurant offers a variety of condiments to choose from, making it hard to decide which one to use. The grilled vegetables came in many varieties and were healthy. The garlic rice as the finale was excellent, with a slightly spicy yet elegant flavor. The chef was very friendly and made it a great dining experience!

I went there wanting to eat a course that includes spiny lobster. It's convenient if you go by car because of the location. However, there are no windows inside the teppanyaki restaurant (lol). The chef is friendly and makes the experience enjoyable. It's fun to switch things up and enjoy dessert in the lounge.

I traveled just over an hour from my home to get there, but I was happy once I arrived at this restaurant. It's not a place you can easily visit. There were rumors that it cost around 40,000 yen per person. The chef is from Fukuoka, and the dishes were all satisfying! I apologize for only taking a video of the fiery show that almost singed my bangs.

First visit. A teppanyaki restaurant located at the back of the 1st floor of InterContinental Hotel Tokyo Bay. The seating is limited and cozy, allowing for a peaceful dining experience. I believe it was a course featuring black wagyu beef, which was finely prepared and presented skillfully. The sea bass lacked thickness but had a satisfying volume, with a well-cooked exterior and tender flesh. The fillet was cooked to a medium doneness, incredibly tender and juicy. The variety of 3 jellies, 3 salts, and wasabi soy sauce allowed for a range of flavor experiences. The garlic rice was perfectly crispy on the outside and fluffy inside, with a rich flavor. The service was very polite and pleasant. Dessert was enjoyed at the neighboring New York Lounge.

The menu included: - Teppanyaki Amuse-bouche "Grilled Tomato" - Seasonal Appetizer - Grilled Seasonal Fish - Today's Grilled Vegetables - Black Wagyu Beef Roast and Fillet with Sauce - Takumi's Special Garlic Rice, Miso Soup, and Pickles The tomato flambé was impressive and the meal was delicious. For dessert, we moved to the NY Lounge.

I went to a teppanyaki restaurant that I had been longing to visit! I got a great deal by going for a weekday lunch time sale. It was a private dining experience that day! The friendly chef entertained us with enjoyable conversations while we enjoyed the food. It started with the fascinating sight of flames rising from the teppan, followed by perfectly seasoned tomatoes. The meat was cooked to perfection and we could taste it with various sauces and salts. We even got to enjoy a garlicky fried rice at the end. My stomach is full and satisfied. I will definitely visit again.

I stayed at this hotel and had dinner here. This time, I ordered meat a la carte, and it cost 45,000 yen per person! Including lobster and drinks, so I am satisfied with the high quality. The meat was delicious with a refined fat content.

I love American steak at Dokan. I often go to teppanyaki restaurants for work, but they all seem to have similar menus and lack a distinctive feel. This time, they had a special Oita Fair with fish as the main dish, prepared with a red wine sauce from Oita. The chef talked about how they create special courses throughout the year to add excitement. It's a fun and delicious experience, and I can't wait to try their next special course.

Restaurant located in Hotel Intercontinental Tokyo Bay in Takeshiba. When entering the hotel, the staff greeted us politely and escorted us to the restaurant. We had a reservation, so we were taken to our designated table. Cooking is done on the teppan grill right in front of you. We started with ordering beer and were served flambéed tomatoes with lemon salt. The tomatoes had a delightful aroma and a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity. Next, a fish dish was brought out. The grilled sea bream had an elegant aroma typical of sea bream. The crispy skin was delicious. Then, the main meat dish was a comparison of Australian beef cuts. Two different cuts of meat were served one after the other. We requested them rare, and the cooking was just right, bringing out the texture and flavor of the beef. The richness of the Australian beef was evident. We changed the closing rice to garlic rice and enjoyed a hearty meal! For dessert, we were served in the hotel lounge, relaxing on a soft sofa. We savored sherbet ice cream and coffee, relishing the aftertaste of the meal. I don't usually dine at such upscale restaurants, so I was thoroughly satisfied with the delicious food and delightful hospitality.

The teppanyaki master at Teppanyaki Takumi in Hotel Intercontinental, Chef Bahara, serves a spectacular tomato flambé. Each dish shows his dedication to quality ingredients, and the steak's jelly and condiments are excellent.

Hotel Intercontinental Tokyo Bay Teppanyaki Takumi Meat Dinner with Saori-chan in October. The monthly gathering with Saori-chan in October was at a teppanyaki restaurant! We started with a toast with Bios Sparkling Wine. The enjoyable lunch was the Takumi Steak Lunch Course, including: - First Dish Teppanyaki Amuse "Grilled Tomato" - Seasonal Grilled Fish - Today's Grilled Vegetables - Comparison of 60g Australian Beef Sirloin and 50g Fillet with Sauce - Hokkaido White Rice "Yumepirika", Miso Soup, Pickles (option to change to Garlic Rice for an additional fee) - Miso Soup and Pickles, then move to the lounge - From the Atelier des Desserts, the pastry chef's special ice cream - Coffee or Tea. The first dish was Grilled Tomato, made with tomatoes from Tochigi Prefecture, served with lemon salt and garlic, accompanied by arugula from Chiba Prefecture. The seasonal grilled fish was Autumn Salmon from Hokkaido, served in a soup style with bread and pumpkin soup. The main meat dish was a comparison of 60g Australian Beef Sirloin and 50g Fillet. We started with the Fillet, accompanied by various sauces and vegetables. We then had the Sirloin with garlic and bean sprouts. We could also request Garlic Rice, Miso Soup, and Pickles with the meal. After finishing the meal, we moved to the lounge where we enjoyed the pastry chef's special ice cream, which was grape and vanilla flavored with fresh fruit. We could also choose from a dessert cart with options like apple pie and pumpkin cheesecake, as well as macarons and cookies. We had White Peach Oolong tea for our tea selection, served in a pot for a relaxing post-meal tea time. It was a delightful experience enjoying meat after a long time. Thank you for the meal.

It was a fantastic teppanyaki experience. We had our meal cooked on the teppan in a private room at the back. We started with a tomato called "Momo Taro" from Tochigi. It was exquisite, cooked on the teppan and had a delicious sweetness to it. We enjoyed it with Cyprus salt. Then we had delicious bonito tataki, shiitake mushrooms, spinach, potatoes, and avocado teppanyaki, all of which were superb. We also had condiments like matcha salt, sansho pepper, ponzu, and four-mixed pepper on the side. Next came the top-quality fillet and sirloin. Both were cooked to medium-rare perfection and were incredibly delicious. It was truly the best.

I visited "Takumi" again, a teppanyaki restaurant located within Hotel InterContinental Tokyo Bay, where I had lunch about 5 years ago and wanted to try dinner as well. Due to the current situation, the operating hours were shortened, so I made a reservation for 6:00 pm. The hospitality was top-notch, being inside a hotel. I was guided to the counter seat by the concierge. The restaurant also has private rooms, and on that day, a family was using one of them. I enjoy watching the teppanyaki cooking in front of me, so I prefer counter seats. This time, I ordered the following course: Ise Ebi (spiny lobster) and Wagyu Beef Dinner Course + Brio Sparkling Wine 18,000 yen - Glass of Brio Sparkling Wine: The first drink was Nicola Fiore Rosé, with a cute cherry blossom label. - First Dish Teppan Amuse "Grilled Tomato": A signature dish where they flambe the tomato in front of you, drizzle olive oil, and serve it like bruschetta. - Takumi Special Vinegar Appetizer: A delicious appetizer with amberjack and turnip sauce. - Grilled Live Ise Ebi: A large spiny lobster from Chiba Prefecture, served with sesame vinegar, citrus vinegar, and olive oil sauce. - Today's Grilled Vegetables: Shiitake mushrooms, new potatoes, beets, and avocado. - Chef's Special Wagyu Beef Fillet 80g: Served with various sauces and salts for dipping. - Garlic Fried Rice: A classic dish with a great aroma. - Dessert: Chocolate and hojicha (roasted green tea) pudding enjoyed at the Manhattan Lounge on a different floor with a beautiful night view. Overall, the hospitality was excellent, and the food was delicious. The only downside was that the drinks were a bit pricey. It would be great if they could introduce seasonal menu changes for more variety. Thank you for the wonderful meal!

The Christmas dinner (teppanyaki amuse-bouche, appetizer, grilled scallops and lobster, premium wagyu beef loin & filet comparison, abalone, grilled vegetables, garlic rice) paired with wines (Moet & Chandon Moet Imperial, Kendall-Jackson Chardonnay, Chateau de Guî 2011) was all luxurious and wonderful. It was the most extravagant dinner of the year. My wallet is feeling empty now, so I need to work hard without a break during the year-end and New Year holidays.

Teppanyaki restaurant at InterContinental Hotel Tokyo Bay. This was a special business lunch with an important person, so we chose a luxurious restaurant. The ingredients and menu were fresh and focused on health and beauty. The dishes were surprising and enjoyable, with the teppanyaki cooked right in front of us. The conversation topics were interesting and kept us entertained. Everything was delicious, but the chestnut potage soup with a dashi broth was particularly enjoyable and tasty! It's nice to have this kind of lunch once in a while - thank you for the meal!

I visited the Teppanyaki Takumi restaurant at the Intercontinental and I was very excited as the reviews on a certain website were excellent. The chef was very friendly and chatty, making it easy for even those who are not good at small talk to feel comfortable. The fiery performance was exciting to watch and the food was not only visually appealing but also delicious. Dining at the counter can sometimes feel tense and formal, but here you can relax and enjoy your meal. The service staff, apart from the chef, were also very attentive and made me feel well taken care of. You can also enjoy dessert in the lounge without having to worry about time constraints, allowing you to have a truly happy time. The cozy sofa seats and cute interior design made it hard for me to leave.

We enjoyed a meal on my wife's birthday♪ It was a great experience to have freshly cooked delicious food right in front of us. The chef explained the ingredients and we had a nice atmosphere to celebrate our special day. We then enjoyed dessert at the hotel on a sofa seat! It's not cheap, but worth it for another special occasion!

I ordered a Christmas lunch and everything from the food to the drinks was delicious. The cooking and serving process, as well as the tableware, were beautiful and made me forget about reality for a moment. Most of all, from the guidance upon entering to the dessert served after the meal, every step of the process was well-executed and made celebrating a special occasion feel incredibly luxurious. I definitely want to use this restaurant again.
