Thank you always for the likes m(_ _)m This time, I visited a restaurant recommended by my boss at work. We won the race for a reservation by phone and visited the restaurant with 4 people around 19:30. We were seated in a private booth. *Salt dishes can only be ordered once (no additional orders allowed) ◆ Beef tongue with salt ◆ Beef intestines with salt ◆ Assorted 4 types of meat (recommended by the staff, we ordered about 4 different types) ◆ Hormone mix ◆ Yukhoe (Korean beef tartare) ◆ Assorted kimchi ◆ Sangchu (lettuce) ◆ Egg soup Salt dishes can only be ordered once at the start. It's recommended to order a bit more with the advice of the staff, as you cannot add more later! *Images particularly of beef tongue with salt, beef intestines with salt, and beef skirt with salt. Beef tongue with salt is a perfect match of marbled fat and salt sauce! It's definitely worth ordering a bit more of this dish. For the yukhoe, pile it generously on top of a large portion of rice and add a little sauce. Enjoy digging in for a blissful time. This is also a must-try menu item! As a palate cleanser, they brought out mini cherry tomatoes. The sweet and rich flavor of the tomatoes helps reset the richness of the meat. Also, I recommend the egg soup. The thick soup with rich flavor is the perfect way to finish your meal. ☆…☆…☆…☆…☆…☆…☆…☆…☆…☆…☆…☆…☆…☆…☆…☆…☆ Thank you for the delicious meal! I will visit again.

The phone was answered quickly and we were able to choose a date and time relatively freely, so we visited with 5 people (1 person in a wheelchair) on the weekend! On this day, I consulted with the mom about a surprise celebration for a friend. We had a beautiful and luxurious meat cake with roast beef, grilled vegetables, and a Chateaubriand in the center! From the regular menu, we ordered tongue salt (5 servings), tripe salt (2 servings), basil tripe salt (2 servings), grilled squid (1 serving), yukhoe (2 servings), half yukhoe (2 servings), egg soup (2 servings), assorted kimchi, rice (large, medium, small), and meat cake (Chateaubriand, top loin, grilled vegetables). The meat cake is probably included in the price per person, so it was around 19,000 yen per person, which was a bit higher than last time, but we were able to celebrate the birthday and everyone was happy! I apologize for running over the next reservation time. Thank you for the meal!

Today's menu for 4 people included:
- Wakame salad x2
- Roast beef (complimentary)
- Rice
- Egg soup (complimentary)
- 6 pieces of tongue
- 2 pieces of tripe
- 4 servings of yukhoe (Korean raw meat dish)
- 4 servings of chateaubriand
- 1 serving of tegutansoup
- 4 servings of pudding
Unfortunately, the salt harami was sold out today and not available. It was disappointing. The complimentary items were much appreciated.

I visited Seiryuen this time after my friend who had visited the restaurant before managed to secure a reservation for us. Getting a reservation at this place is quite challenging, with a high competition rate during the monthly 15th reservation slot opening. Even Terumoto Jimon, a meat connoisseur, loves this place, and there are rumored to be special menu items like the "Jimon platter" (though it couldn't be ordered on the day of my visit).
In conclusion, I was extremely satisfied with my experience at Seiryuen this time. The kimchi was delicious, as expected from a place known for its tasty kimchi. The egg soup had a nice thick texture and was exceptionally flavorful. The Tan Shio (tongue with salt) was outstanding, with a perfect balance of marbling and a delightful chewy texture. The Yukhoe, another signature dish, was also exceptional, especially when served on rice for a visually appealing dish. The Negi Shio Harami (skirt steak with salt and green onions) was a personal favorite, even though it's not on the regular menu. The recommended Matsusaka beef and Champion cuts were also delicious, but the richness started to overwhelm me towards the end. I regret not pacing myself better and focusing more on salt-based dishes. Note that while you can order more tare (sauce-based) yakiniku later, you can only order salt-based dishes once per visit.
The exclusivity of the restaurant, coupled with the desire to return someday, left a lasting impression on me. Hopefully, I can come back within a year.

I went with a friend's reservation. The tongue salt was delicious. Even though I ordered a highball, they brought me a Black Nikka whiskey, haha. The other meats were also delicious. However, I didn't feel much difference compared to yakiniku restaurants in Asakusa or the downtown area. Maybe it's worth experiencing once.

It's a popular restaurant that is difficult to make a reservation at, but my friend always manages to get a reservation for this beloved place. The yakiniku here is exceptional! Everything is delicious, but the special cuts like tongue with salt, salted harami, and yukhoe are incredibly tasty. The salt-marinated meats can only be ordered once per visit due to their popularity. The tongue with salt is sweet and delicious the more you chew, and the harami, which is already a favorite of mine, tastes even better with salt. The yukhoe is a must-try and goes so well with rice. Of course, the side dishes like namul, kimchi, kuppah, and soup are also delicious. The simple pudding for dessert is just the right amount of sweetness. In short, it's the best yakiniku restaurant! ♡

Yakiniku Seiryuen. As everyone knows, it's nearly impossible to get a reservation here. Reservations are only available on the 15th of each month. I had given up on trying to make a reservation as the phone lines were always busy or the slots were filled instantly. However, after calling about 500 times, I finally managed to secure a reservation. This place is famous for its tongue and salt sauce. They also have a popular dish called Yukke on Rice, which you can request when making a reservation. Unfortunately, I was denied the special meat platter due to time constraints. Instead, the owner brought out champion Matsusaka beef, which was a mistake but a lucky one. We got to try Matsusaka beef, champion beef, Omi beef, Maesawa beef, and Kobe beef. The owner mentioned that this lineup is a one-time thing and cannot be replicated. We started with the delicious kimchi, followed by the tongue and salt sauce yakiniku, and the signature Yukke on Rice. The self-grilling style of yakiniku was a bit tiring, but the tongue with salt sauce was exceptional. However, as we finished the salt sauce yakiniku, I started to feel quite full. I was worried about the next meat being too fatty, but to my surprise, it was a selection of high-quality lean beef. I struggled to finish the premium beef as I was already full. It's a luxury to enjoy such high-quality meat, but the desire diminishes when you're full. I noticed that most tables were only ordering the salt sauce yakiniku. I decided that next time, I would stick to just the salt sauce yakiniku. Personally, I found the harami to be the most delicious cut. The quality of the tongue with salt sauce was also top-notch. While the high-quality meat was indeed delicious, I felt that other yakiniku restaurants could offer similar quality. Perhaps the exclusivity of getting a reservation here adds to the overall experience. If only it were easier to make a reservation... Shun and Ryo were also delighted with the experience.

It was my first time visiting this restaurant. I had been curious about it for a while. However, the service was slow for things other than drinks, and I had to wait for about 30 minutes. The service was bad, yet they still charged a 10% service fee, which I thought was unfair. I had made a reservation for 6:30 PM and was looking forward to the tongue dish, but it was sold out for the table next to me, which was disappointing. The quality of the meat was good, but there was a bit too much fatty meat, so I couldn't eat much.

After various encounters, I finally fulfilled my long-awaited wish to visit Shizuryuen! I skipped breakfast and lunch, did a lot of exercise, and arrived with a hungry stomach. Everything is delicious, but the tongue is exceptional. You could just eat the tongue all day. Since you order at the beginning, it's good to order plenty of tongue!

It was my first visit to Seiryuen in 2 months. Once again, I enjoyed delicious meat dishes. Tongue salt 3300 yen, Mino salt 1700 yen, Harami Yukke 2000 yen, Kimchi assortment 1400 yen, Namul, egg soup, pudding. Everything was incredibly delicious, but the tongue was exceptional. I wonder why it's so delicious. The Champion Cow's Kurumi-go was also very delicious and very satisfying. A place where you can fully enjoy delicious meat dishes. I would like to visit again.

The tongue is incredibly delicious! The rice goes down so easily with the tongue! A part that you can't get 4 pieces from one tongue! It's crispy and the seasoning is also great! I love this! Personally, I recommend ordering rice from the beginning! Today, we all cheers with draft beer, then the second drink was lemon sour, and the third drink was oolong tea! At one point, the owner gave us a special service of a super delicious fillet-like part that ranked second in Kobe beef, called Kurumi-chan! It was so delicious that we couldn't help but exclaim! And it goes well with rice (T▽T) Both the mom and dad seemed energetic, which was great to see! The popular specialty Yukhoe was shared between two people. If you're concerned about the appearance, order a new rice here, put one serving of Yukhoe on top, and it's great as a Yukhoe bowl. But it will make you quite full, so sharing between two people is recommended. The Yukhoe is really delicious too! I love the seasoning! We also got a popular egg soup as a service in between. It was mentioned that it's okay to order more marinated meat later, so we added one serving of sirloin and one serving of kalbi as everyone was starting to get full. The regular sirloin here is like the top-grade kalbi at other places, so if you're not a fan of fatty meat, the cheapest sirloin is enough! The sirloin here is top-grade kalbi! This time, we didn't order the Jumon Mori (assorted platter), so the bill was just over 20,000 yen and we finished everything! Don't worry if you can't finish, as the rice alone costs 300 yen, so you can take home the leftover meat and make your original grilled meat bento! Just grill it a bit rare, put it in the fridge on the day, and microwave it for lunch or dinner the next day! The grilled meat bento is quite delicious the next day too! You can enjoy the grilled meat at Seiryuen for two days, so I recommend it!

Finally, after waiting for over a month for the phone to connect, I visited for the first time. The kimchi assortment was mediocre. The tongue salt and medium tongue salt were very delicious. I preferred the medium tongue salt. The tricky part was the price range starting from 3500 yen for the top sirloin. Since there are different types of sirloin, I asked for two types. However, they brought me three types. They were all delicious, but I was a bit surprised by the price later on. There was no explanation of how much it would cost for two types when ordering. It's natural for expensive meat to be delicious, but I think the Matsusaka beef Kurumi-chan, which was said to be a mistake, is a tricky one. I added some kalbi, which I think is delicious if eaten first. However, if eaten after the top sirloin, it becomes greasy and not as good. I also had the kookpa, which was delicious even though there are no photos. It's a restaurant with a high hurdle to go back to, as they also charge a service fee. The service was also mediocre. I was a bit surprised when I asked Mama for extra sauce and she just said, "Oh," before bringing it to me. It was the first time I was told that after ordering. It doesn't seem like a restaurant loved by the locals despite being in the downtown area.

I visited Seiryuen, a restaurant that everyone loves, after a year. The interior has been cleaned up in some places. The owner is also looking well. I came here to enjoy the white tongue with excessive marbling. Even when cooked rare, the umami flavor seeps into the tongue, and when grilled to create a sear, you can enjoy the savory aroma of the fat and the crispy texture. On this day, the chef served us five types of premium top loin: Maesawa beef, Omi beef, Yonezawa beef, Kobe beef, and Matsuzaki beef. I was mesmerized by the umami flavor of the top-quality fat and ended up eating and drinking too much. Let's not step on the scale.

Established in 1974, the long-standing yakiniku restaurant "Yakiniku Seiryuen" has been a popular spot since moving to a new location in 2019. Despite becoming reservation-only, it can be quite difficult to get through on the phone. The addictive flavors keep customers coming back for more, including myself, as I have visited countless times.
- Visit Date: Weekday Dinner
- Occasion: With friends (8 people)
- Food:
- Tan Shio (Salted tongue): Perfectly marbled and tender, with a delicious flavor that spreads in the mouth.
- Chutantan Shio (Salted semi-fatty tongue): Lighter on the fat content, recommended for those who prefer leaner cuts.
- Mino Shio (Salted tripe): Crispy texture with no unpleasant smell, a delightful experience.
- Harami (Skirt steak): Juicy and flavorful, with a delicious salty sauce.
- Yukke (Spicy beef tartare): Highly addictive with a rich flavor, best enjoyed with rice.
- Roast beef: Generously served with a sweet and flavorful taste, accompanied by sweet onions.
- Tamago Soup: A fluffy egg soup that is a perfect way to end the meal.
- Homemade pudding: A smooth and creamy dessert loved by regular customers.
The menu included various cuts of meat, sashimi, pickles, soup, and dessert. The service was excellent, with friendly staff and a clean, cozy atmosphere. While not the most affordable option for yakiniku, the quality of the food justifies the price. I would love to visit this restaurant again and again.

Visited with a friend⭐️⭐️ Ordered: Medium Tan Salt*2⭐️⭐️ Tan Salt*2, Mino Salt*1, Harami Salt*1⭐️ Yukhoe*2, Rice⭐️ Egg Soup*1. We were really full. The Medium Tan Salt and Tan Salt were especially amazing. The Medium Tan Salt had a unique crunchy texture with delicious salt sauce. The Tan Salt had a crispy texture. The Harami was also very tasty, but the Tan stood out. It's no wonder there are many regular customers. We were really full. Next time, we might just go for the Tan Salt, a Tan Salt feast sounds good.

It's always great. I'm full now, so next time I'll order two servings of hatsu and Kobukuro. But it's so delicious that humans tend to order too much, right? Medium tongue salt x3, tongue salt x3, yukhoe x4, Kobukuro x2, hatsu x2, chef's choice x3.

A friend took me there, but apparently you have to call hundreds of times on the day reservations open once a month to get through. The dessert pudding was amazing. I recommend going on an empty stomach without eating lunch! It's no exaggeration to say it's the best yakiniku restaurant in my life.

We went to Seiryuen with our family. It's been a while since we last visited Seiryuen. Whenever we crave the specialty dishes of tongue salt and intestine salt, we come to Seiryuen. Today, as usual, we ordered bean sprout and fiddlehead fern namul, napa cabbage kimchi, the famous egg soup, and rice. For the meat, we planned to order tongue salt, intestine salt, kalbi salt, and a special mixed plate for dad, but the owner came to our table and said, "Today, we have amazing Matsusaka beef that is usually not available in Tokyo. It's a champion quality that you won't find elsewhere." He suggested we try a comparison of Matsusaka beef and Matsusaka beef champion. He said the timing of his arrival was lucky for us. We also ordered the homemade pudding for dessert. It's important to order the pudding at the beginning because it sells out quickly. The tongue salt is truly delicious. It's amazing. Another recommendation is the intestine salt, which has a good texture and is tender. Once you try Seiryuen's intestine salt, you may not enjoy it elsewhere. Make sure to order it along with the tongue salt. Mom doesn't like too much marbling, so she had the regular kalbi with salt. Then came the showdown between today's champion Matsusaka beef and Matsusaka beef champion in salt. The Matsusaka beef we usually eat is delicious, but the champion Matsusaka beef was exceptional. The comparison continued with the sauce. Both were tasty, but the champion had a delicate and delicious flavor. Of course, we enjoyed the rice, egg soup, and homemade pudding after the barbecue. It was a satisfying meal. Thank you. Here is the menu that dad wrote down for reference:
