The fermented peperoncino butter is made with fermented butter, fermented chili peppers, colatura (fish sauce), and other fermented seasonings. The way this butter coats the spaghetti with its rich oily texture is irresistible, enhanced by the spicy kick of the chili peppers and the boldness of the garlic. The creamy egg yolk and the aroma of the seaweed add the finishing touch. This pasta is simple, but there's no way it could not be delicious.

- Atmosphere: On the left side of the restaurant is a food retail shop, on the right is a modern office, and the central large table is the dining area. Despite the partitions due to the pandemic, the inclusive nature of this setup is unique, allowing for interactions between diners.
