I visited in the afternoon on a weekday (around 4:30 pm). Even at this time, there was a line due to the location! I think I waited for about 15-20 minutes. I used the ticket I received from LINE Gift. I ordered the natural tonkotsu ramen (980 yen) with an extra serving of noodles (210 yen). One Ramen is always delicious no matter where you eat it! It's nice that it never changes. After ordering the extra noodles and leaving the restaurant satisfied, I saw that the line had gotten even longer. Most of the people waiting were foreigners. They also provided perfect English support. Thank you for the meal.

I had Ichiran tonkotsu ramen for the first time in a while! I ordered the rich, extra thick, garlic-flavored ramen as usual. The rich tonkotsu soup with a strong garlic flavor was delicious, and the firm noodles matched well with the soup. I wanted to get a refill of noodles, but I've been eating too much ramen recently, so I resisted this time. It was delicious!

When you drink alcohol, Hakata ramen is the best. I already know how it tastes when I eat it, but I still have high expectations. One of the good things about Ichiran is that the store is clean! I like the tonkotsu broth, thin noodles, and spiciness. It's no wonder that even foreigners would want to come here. ☺️

Around 9:30 on Friday, I lined up in a queue. While waiting, I bought a meal ticket and filled out a paper survey to choose the firmness of the noodles, the richness of the flavor, and optional toppings like garlic and green onions. After waiting for about 20 minutes, I was seated. There were some solo diners like salarymen, but the impression was that groups of foreigners were also coming. The turnover inside the restaurant was fast, so waiting wasn't a problem. I ordered the rich broth, and the noodles were thin and easy to eat, with a nice balance of flavors. The chashu was tender and delicious. I also recommend trying the extra noodles or rice. I used the restroom, which was clean and hygienic, providing peace of mind.

Ichiran is a ramen restaurant originating from Kyushu, known for its rich pork bone soup and unique thin noodles. There is also an Ichiran store in Shibuya, which is very popular and always has long lines. I tried it for the first time and it was quite crowded. The ramen itself was delicious.

Super famous restaurant. It's a classic ramen that's easy to go to alone. The Shibuya location is always crowded, with lines being a must. There are many foreign visitors, so there is a considerable wait time. The thin noodles are easy to eat, almost like a snack. It's dangerous in a way because you might end up finishing it without realizing it (laughs). Even friends who don't eat much sometimes end up ordering an extra serving at Ichiran. The contents of the standard order sheet can change depending on your mood, so I keep going back in hopes of finding my own regular order.

The deliciousness is consistently stable. It's always tasty no matter when or where you eat it. Lately, I've been hooked on eating it without adding any red spicy seasoning. The noodles are firm, the flavor is rich, and I prefer to have both green onions and white onions. I will definitely go back!

On a regular Thursday night after midnight, I made a surprise visit to a well-known chain restaurant. I was craving the familiar taste that I've been accustomed to for so long. It was late at night, and for some reason, when I'm feeling a bit tipsy, I always crave ramen. The place was empty probably because it was a weekday late at night.
Characteristics of the restaurant:
- Payment is by food ticket only, cash only
- Prices are high, portion sizes are small, so not great value for money
- Located near Shibuya Center Street, so it gets crowded during peak hours
- Counter seats with dividers, suitable for solo diners
Order:
- Ramen / ¥980
- Extra garlic for ramen / ¥130 x 2
- Extra noodles / ¥210 x 3
Review:
The tonkotsu soup had a smooth and mild flavor with no strong aftertaste, just like the usual Ichiran ramen. The secret sauce was made four times spicier, giving it a nice kick. The thin straight noodles were cooked perfectly al dente, and the high-quality wheat used in Ichiran's noodles added a nice fragrance. I ended up getting three extra noodle refills, so I was stuffed. The toppings were nothing special, and I felt like adding extra garlic didn't make much of a difference in taste, so it wasn't great value for money.
Overall, the ramen was incredibly delicious. The service seemed more attentive, although I couldn't see the staff's faces. However, it's still quite expensive, especially with the challenging price of ¥210 for each extra noodle refill. But, the ramen was so good that I can't really complain. It was a tasty way to end the night. Thank you for the meal!

I worked from morning until 10 pm that day and was completely exhausted. I was feeling stressed and wanted to eat something to comfort my stomach, so I decided to have a carb fest at Ichiran in Shibuya. It was located underground, and there was a line of people on the stairs leading up to the street. After waiting for about 20 minutes, I finally got a seat. I usually try to avoid carbs, but that day I felt like indulging in ramen. It had been a few years since I last visited Ichiran, but the ramen was still delicious as ever. I finished it quickly and ordered an extra serving of noodles. When I'm tired, satisfying my cravings with a bowl of Hakata ramen and extra noodles is just perfect.

I had some business in Shibuya and hadn't had lunch yet, so it was already past 3 PM. I thought about going to a trendy cafe for a meal, but ended up at Ichiran instead (laughs). There is no Ichiran in my hometown of Tochigi, so I really wanted to eat there! I hope they open a store there soon. It was quite crowded even though it was past 3 PM. I bought my meal ticket and was seated at the designated number. It had been a while since I last ate there, so I ordered the noodles firm and everything else pretty normal. The taste was delicious as always. I finished it in no time, so I got an extra noodle refill and finally felt satisfied.

A place where people who have been drinking until 6am in Shibuya can relax, serving ramen for 980 yen with an extra charge of 130 yen for green onions. The ramen is rich and thick, with a slice of garlic, green onions, and chashu pork. You can also add an extra serving of noodles for 210 yen, extra garlic for 130 yen, and increase the secret sauce to 10 times the normal amount for 130 yen. The secret sauce is not too spicy. It's great that you can customize your order, but it's quite expensive. An extra serving of noodles for 210 yen is a bit much. For the green onions, if you ask for a mix of white and green onions, they will put both on top of your ramen. A little trick!

Met an acquaintance in Shibuya and had yakitori for the first time in a while, then ended up here for a drink. I wonder if it's just me who thinks of ramen as the perfect way to end a meal? They're open late at night, which is convenient! Visited at 11pm on a weekend, had to wait for 10 people ahead of me. I ordered "ramen + chashu + garlic + rice." The tonkotsu soup from Hakata was sweet, with a touch of saltiness from the tare sauce, but still had a refreshing taste. The noodles were thin and straight, with a chewy texture. I prefer them cooked a bit softer next time. The chashu was tender and flavorful, with a stronger saltiness that brought out the meat's umami. I was impressed by how this place, being a large chain, constantly evolves. Personally, I found the combination of rice and ramen more delicious than just the noodles. The spicy sauce had more sweetness than heat, which I liked, but I prefer it without the sweetness. The garlic was tasty. I'll try changing my order next time. Overall, it's an addictive bowl of ramen that makes you crave it again the next day. The effort put into the menu is impressive, with the flavors constantly changing. Thank you for the meal!

After a long time of heavy drinking, I quickly lost my memory and wandered the streets. I have a certain image of Shibuya where anything could happen if I take one wrong step, but I managed to safely enjoy ramen and return home. The ramen cost 980 yen, which seems quite expensive in hindsight, but I ordered it without much thought and enjoyed it.

After a long time, I went to Ichiran in Shibuya for lunch. There were about 7 people in line, but we were seated in about 10 minutes. The ramen was served quickly. The rich and creamy soup with firm noodles was delicious as always. Ichiran is reliable and comforting. The individual spaces they have for COVID-19 made me realize how nice it is to be able to focus on the ramen.

After a drinking party in Shibuya, I visited this ramen shop for the first time in a while. I felt that the prices had gone up, but the taste was consistently delicious. When it comes to Hakata ramen, it is often assumed that you will order extra noodles, so people don't drink much of the soup. However, personally, I like to eat the noodles together with the soup.

Ramen is 980 yen, and an extra noodle refill is 210 yen! Wow, it's definitely delicious, but One Ramen is really a luxury item. I wish it was a bit more affordable. Also, the restroom at One Ramen is always broken or the floor is wet, so it lacks cleanliness. The soup is really to my liking though.
I had some errands in Shibuya, so I visited Ichiran Shibuya. It's always crowded in Shibuya Ichiran, so I decided to check it out. It wasn't as busy as usual, so I decided to wait in line. I ordered the ramen (980 yen). It was a bit pricey, but still delicious! After finishing my meal, I used a free coupon I received for my birthday to order extra noodles. I was so full after the meal.

Today, I had plans in Shibuya and felt like eating Ichiran ramen for the first time in a while, so I went to Ichiran Shibuya. It took about 5 minutes from JR Shibuya Station to get to the restaurant. Shibuya was crowded on a Saturday afternoon, so I thought the restaurant might be really busy, but I was able to enter the restaurant in about 10 minutes! The ramen costs 980 yen. Ichiran's tonkotsu ramen has a natural pork bone broth with a special red sauce, creating a delicious soup with a combination of umami and spiciness that coats the thin noodles beautifully. The green onions add a nice touch and enhance the flavor. The chashu was also perfectly tender. For those who already love Ichiran, going back after a while made me feel like I might get addicted again. If you haven't been there yet, I highly recommend giving it a try!

Kid-friendly - Ichiran Group
Even for elementary school children and younger, there is a special kids' ramen available. But don't be fooled by the name - it's just as substantial as the adult portion. When you register on the app, you can get even more toppings or extra noodles, making the experience even more enjoyable.
