I went to the yakitori restaurant Inagaki that I wanted to visit. The liver, heart, tongue, and white meat are a must-try! They are very delicious! The chicken sashimi and chicken wings are also delicious. Additionally, the refreshing pickled celery and fried chicken wings are dishes that you must order!

I headed to the restaurant "Motsuyaki Inagaki" for a drinking party in the evening. Despite arriving at the opening time, the counter was already half full. It's a popular place, so everyone rushes in using various methods. By 30 minutes after opening, all counter seats were taken, and they started turning away customers. What a popular place. Tonight, I started with a side dish of simmered food and a draft beer. I placed my order before it got too crowded. I ordered "shiro" (intestines), "kashira" (head), "yagen" (stomach), "tomabē" (bacon-wrapped tomato), "motsu-ni" (simmered offal), "Ina gratin" (gratin), and "celery refreshing pickles" (pickled celery)… It's a secret from my companions, but many of them don't like offal, so I was worried. But don't worry. It's a popular place, and there are plenty of non-offal dishes, so even those who don't like offal can enjoy their time with offal lovers. Every dish was carefully prepared and delicious. The staff were attentive and quick to clean up any empty dishes on the counter and take orders promptly. I switched to sake halfway through and enjoyed everything. I only tried a part of the menu this time, so I'll definitely come back for more. ✨

I went to a popular izakaya in Oshiage. This is my third time coming here. It's always full. I made a reservation through my regular horse racing betting expert and came here after the races today. The yakitori here is delicious and the portions are generous. So the cost performance is a bit high. I forgot to take pictures of the food. I only managed to take a picture of what I had already eaten. Sorry about that. Even on a Sunday at 7 o'clock, there is a wait, so it's best to make a reservation.

When I was a kindergarten kid, my family used to go to Inagaki for yakitori. I went there again after a long time, and to be honest, I found the price increase and decrease in portion size a bit tough to swallow. In the past, Inagaki's yakitori was known for its high price but large chicken pieces skewered in a hearty manner. However, now the prices have gone up while the portion size is similar to other yakitori places. The taste is not bad, but it seems like the Inagaki I used to love is no longer there.

Visited around 19:30 on a regular day. The place was packed and quite noisy. I clearly signaled to the middle-aged female staff, "One person!" but even though our eyes met, there was no response. Was I being ignored? Feeling unsure, I decided to wait, but I couldn't understand the situation. Just as I was about to leave, a seat at the counter opened up and I was finally shown to my seat. I wish they could improve this process somehow. I ordered a draft beer first. There were probably around 50 customers in total, and there were only two staff members handling the hall, the middle-aged lady and a young man. Maybe they were too busy, or maybe they just lacked hospitality, as was evident from the seating process and the difficulty in placing orders after being seated. I managed to catch a staff member and placed my order. The usual yakitori comes in one type with 4 skewers, but for solo diners, you can order 2 skewers of one type or 2 types. I ordered chicken thigh and liver with sauce, and also simmered tripe. I found the chicken thigh to be tender and flavorful. The liver was well-cooked on the outside but slightly raw on the inside, which was an interesting texture contrast. I had two glasses of shochu highball. The simmered tripe was the highlight for me. Various parts of tripe were stewed in a rich red miso base, and the texture was outstanding. It was delicious. The total bill came to just under 3000 yen. From the attitude of the service to the noisy atmosphere inside, I would prefer to come at a quieter time to enjoy my food and drinks in a more relaxed setting.

Today, I stopped by Motuyaki Inagaki in Oshiage for a quick drink. I found this place as I was looking for a good restaurant, and it seems to be a branch of the main store in Honjo Azumabashi. The interior of the restaurant is long and can probably accommodate around 40 people. The menu is extensive and makes you want to try a variety of dishes. I ordered a plum highball and a lemon chu-hi, and tried various items. The simmered motsu (offal) was well cooked and had a rich flavor that went well with the drinks. The motsu itself was tender and easy to eat without any unpleasant smell. I also ordered a variety of skewers, each one was the right size, well grilled, and seasoned with just the right amount of salt. It was delicious. I switched to a vodka sour and ordered a bit more. The herb-grilled pork belly char siu was well cooked and had a unique herb flavor that added a nice touch to the izakaya menu. The sashimi of sanma (Pacific saury) was fresh and sweet, with a satisfying texture. I enjoyed eating it with just soy sauce, without adding ginger. The restaurant was always crowded, but it was a great place. I would like to come back if I have the chance.

A cozy izakaya with delicious simmered tripe. Conveniently located just a 3-minute walk from the station. The simmered tripe is especially tasty here. It's a bit salty, but it pairs perfectly with beer, making it a great snack. They also have a wide variety of other menu items including seafood and grilled chicken, so I highly recommend it. Please note that they only accept cash.

It was still bright outside when I arrived and the place was already bustling. Luckily, I was able to get a seat as a solo diner. I had never been to this shop before, so I decided to try a few different kinds of skewers. While I usually order salt skewers, I opted for sauce skewers here, and the slightly sweet sauce was delicious. I finished off with some rice pizza. Thank you for the meal.

I went to Inagaki, a restaurant near Oshiage Station, and had motsuyaki. In addition to motsuyaki, there were many other menu options. I ordered liver and white meat, vinegar octopus, and grated yam. The liver and white meat were delicious as usual. I will visit again. Thank you for the meal.

I visited on a regular weeknight. Despite it being a weekday, the place was crowded. The restaurant seemed very busy. Although it is advertised as a grilled offal restaurant, there are plenty of izakaya dishes to choose from. Whether you want to drink or have a meal, this is a lively place where you can enjoy yourself with friends.

I visited the restaurant alone for a light drink on Saturday at 5:15 pm. It was crowded, but I was told it was okay until 6:30 pm. By 6 pm, it was full. If you are visiting with multiple people, reservations are necessary. When sitting at the counter, there is an acrylic board set up for every 2 people, so solo customers on busy weekends might be a bit of a hassle for the restaurant. The menu states that yakitori can be ordered starting from 4 skewers, but solo customers can order a combination of 2 skewers. I ordered a medium draft beer for 600 yen, 2 skewers of chicken neck for 250 yen, 2 skewers of chicken white meat for 250 yen, and a simmered tripe for 300 yen. The simmered tripe was rich and hearty, very delicious. The chicken neck had a good chewy texture and was tasty. The slightly burnt flavor of the green onions was also delicious. The chicken white meat had a good chew and the sauce was tasty as well. I added two highballs for 350 yen each and left at 6:10 pm. The taste was the same as the main branch in the neighboring station, delicious and satisfying. Thank you for the meal.

"I guided a girl who said she wanted to go to Inagaki. I'm happy that she really liked it. It brought back memories after a long time. It was nice that the staff remembered us. A group of customers who came to the restaurant were saying that it's difficult to get a reservation at this popular place, so they were lucky to get a table. When I arrived, there were many customers who were turned away because it was full. I was lucky to be able to walk in without a reservation. I wanted to try the liver yakitori, but unfortunately it was sold out. The restaurant is known for its delicious dishes overall. I ordered the "Stamina Stir-Fry" which is made with fried liver covered in a sweet soy sauce and vinegar sauce, garlic sprouts, and onions. It was only 300 yen and had great value. The menu had many types of yakitori, with most being 4 skewers per order. I thought that was too much for one person, but the staff told me that solo diners could order 2 types with 2 skewers each. So, I ordered the "Kashira (salt)" and "Tan (salt)" yakitori. They were large skewers and very tasty without any unpleasant smell. I would definitely like to try the liver next time.

I heard it was a popular restaurant, so I called and miraculously got a table right away! Of course, it was full! The atmosphere is lively and vibrant. The skewers coated in sweet and salty sauce were cooked perfectly and delicious. I also tried the Tomahawk, which was another addictive flavor (*^^*). We ordered some vegetables as well and left feeling satisfied. I definitely want to go back!

Just outside Oshiage Station A2 exit, along Asakusa Street, there is a shop called Inagaki Main Store, an old izakaya in Honjo Azumabashi. I think they also have a branch in Morishita. When I visited after a long time, the usual lively atmosphere of Inagaki was there. It was nice to see. It was so crowded that they were turning away customers without reservations. I'm glad I made a reservation. However, there is a time limit of 2 hours. Liver (4 pieces for 500 yen), chicken wings (2 pieces for 500 yen), gizzards (4 pieces for 500 yen), sand liver (4 pieces for 500 yen), and stick chicken salad (700 yen) are some of the menu items. Gratin (500 yen) is also recommended. Grilled items are generally 4 pieces for 500 yen. I personally like the chicken wings at Inagaki. I also recommend the Ina-burg and Ina-gratin. They now offer a dinner set on weekdays, so I plan to try the Ina-burg set for 1,000 yen next time. When I left the restaurant, there were a few customers waiting in line. It's great to see the lively atmosphere back. Thank you for the meal.

Located just a few minutes' walk from the Soramachi Plaza at Tokyo Skytree, this restaurant exudes a sense of history with its facade. Upon entering, you'll find several table seats, a counter on the right, and a raised tatami seating area on the left. The menu is extensive, offering reasonably priced options including a variety of seafood dishes, pizzas, and gratins. It's essentially an izakaya (Japanese pub). We started with the "motsu nikomi" (stewed offal) for 300 yen, which was small but delicious. We then enjoyed a selection of skewers such as "kashira" (cheek), "shiro" (small intestine), "negi tan shioyaki" (grilled green onion with salt), "kobukuro" (pouch), and "nankotsu" (cartilage), among others. We also had potato fries, stir-fried bean sprouts and spinach, yam isobe-yaki (grilled yam with seaweed), and rice gratin with shrimp. As for drinks, we had approximately one beer per person, three chu-hi (shochu highball) drinks, and about one cup of sake each, totaling 11,500 yen for three people. By 6 pm, there was still seating available, but it quickly filled up from 6:30 to 8 pm. We had made a reservation for our visit. This is a highly recommended spot to visit after exploring Tokyo Skytree.

I peeked into a busy motsunabe restaurant near the Skytree and was lucky to find a seat. They serve motsunabe in plates of 4, but solo diners can order 2 of each, 2 types. It's a bit of a treat. The tuna and avocado pickles and fried sweet potato were also delicious.

Located right near the Skytree, I visited this place in the evening after making a reservation. I used to visit Azumabashi often, but this was my first time at the Oshiage branch! Everything I tried was delicious, and the cost performance was excellent. I recommend trying various types of yakitori based on your mood, and the Ina gratin is a must-try! I finished work in Oshu and came here. They didn't offer alcohol, but I ordered something to fill my stomach. The dishes came one after another in a few minutes, but it felt a little lonely without alcohol. It's a cheap and cost-effective restaurant.
