This is for business use. The address is 3-chome Nishi-Shimbashi, and you can also approach from Atagoshita Street. Unfortunately, I couldn't take a photo of the exterior with my guests, but it's hard to find the entrance from the street side. Limited sale until January! New Year's party plan for 10,000 yen. In a private room, the all-you-can-drink menu (below) is unlimited time!! Even though it's probably until closing time (laughs), there seems to be no need to worry about the last order, which is great. <Unlimited time all-you-can-drink menu> Draft beer: Master's Dream Sparkling wine: Blouet Blanc (France) White wine: Lafarge Chardonnay (France) Red wine: Guigal Cote du Rhone (France) Sake: Saku (Mie) / Jokigen Kyuheiji (Aichi) Whiskey: Taketsuru (on the rocks, with water, highball) Shochu: Sato (potato, barley) (with water, soda, hot water) Various soft drinks I missed taking a photo of the second dish, but they were served in the order of the photos. Each dish has an interesting name. The first one was "Hakobushi Hassun": 5 appetizers, but the most interesting was the Matsuzaka beef American dog. It was a great surprise to have Matsuzaka beef instead of sausage. Everyone was excited by this unexpected twist. Of course, the other dishes were also good, but the tongue was especially delicious. Next was "Aishi Aisare": Hokkigai and Maruchou. Unfortunately, there is no photo, but it was also delicious. Full of umami and a good texture. Then, "Eikou no Kakehashi": sea bream, rib roast, root vegetables, dashi. This was also good. The combination of Matsuzaka beef and sea bream was elegant and refreshing. The vegetables were also delicious. Next, "Sukiyaki Reiwa Gannen": Rib core, red mizuna, leeks. This was also delicious. The very tender meat, eaten with red mizuna, was refreshing but full of umami. The drinks kept flowing. Up to now, I had beer, sparkling wine, white, red, and then switched to sake. "Nihon no Shihou": Matsuzaka beef lean straw-grilled. The concentrated umami of the lean meat was enjoyable. It was also very elegant. Oh, I can't get enough of the Matsuzaka beef experience. After this, "Onko Chishin": rice and red miso soup, pickles, should have been served, but the curry served at lunch was offered as a service. I took a bite and was happy. Hmm, unfortunately it seems the temperature wasn't enough. I didn't complain since it was a service, but I subtly conveyed the importance of temperature for expectations. Finally, three sweets with the name "Small Jewelry Box". I enjoyed them with coffee. The private room was spacious enough with comfortable chairs and high backrests, very nice. I also saw the counter seats, and both the chairs and the spacing seemed very good. The service was good, and there was no room for complaints. The unlimited time all-you-can-drink was excellent, and if the sparkling wine was changed to champagne, it would be the best. Thank you for the feast!
