The other day, I visited this amazing restaurant and thought to myself, "Wow, this place is so good, I wish it was closer to my neighborhood." And guess what, it actually opened up in Nishi-Shinjuku Nana-chome, which is an area I frequent! It was only about 3 days after their grand opening when I called around 8pm to make a reservation, but the place was already packed. Just like their Shibaura location. The people in Shinjuku must be thrilled to have such a great and affordable restaurant nearby. I was really hungry, so I ordered a lot of dishes. A must-try is their raw liver sashimi, which is surprisingly delicious. It's so fresh and flavorful, even better than completely raw liver. If you're okay with eating liver, definitely give it a try. They have a variety of beef items on the menu, but their pork dishes are outstanding. My personal favorites are the pork cheek and pork belly. They are satisfying and well-seasoned. To finish off, we ordered the spicy ramen, which is different from the spicy noodles at their Shibaura location. It's delicious with a hint of ginger and not too spicy, so even those who can't handle spicy food can enjoy it. This new restaurant in Shinjuku is truly amazing. I will definitely be back!

I visit this restaurant once or twice a month mainly for the tongue dish. I just eat tongue non-stop. I also enjoy the liver sashimi. It is cooked at a low temperature, so there is hardly any unpleasant smell. It was so delicious that I ordered two plates, but it was a bit too much. The harami (skirt steak) can be hit or miss, but this time it was a hit. The menu has changed slightly, and the salad has been replaced with lettuce (Choregi), which is a nice change. I always finish with Shibaura ramen. The thick noodles are delicious. I am always satisfied, but I would like to see stone bibimbap on the menu as well. Ordering method: Order verbally only at the beginning. After that, use a QR code to order from your own phone. It's convenient because you don't have to call the staff every time.

I used it for a drinking party after work. It is a yakiniku restaurant located a short walk from Nishi-Shinjuku Station. The name of the restaurant really appealed to me as a lover of horumon (offal), so I had been wanting to go there for a while and finally got the chance. We entered around 8:30 PM on a Friday night and the restaurant was almost full. There were many customers at both the table and counter seats, making the place lively. We reserved a single all-you-can-drink plan with beer included. We were guided to a table that could seat about 4 people, and we started with a toast with beer. The beer was Asahi Super Dry. Despite the crowded conditions, the service was fast, and the amount of foam and the temperature were just right. It was delicious. The appetizer was edamame. Come to think of it, it might be rare for a yakiniku restaurant to serve an appetizer...? As someone who usually goes to izakayas, I didn't have any resistance to the appetizer, so I didn't think much of it when we used it, but it was a bit unusual... It was just regular edamame, so I didn't have any particular thoughts about it. We ordered items like tan kalbi, beef harami, miso horumon, and upper cartilage from the yakiniku menu. Overall, it was as expected, neither good nor bad. The miso horumon had a good seasoning, and the combination of the fat and miso sauce unique to horumon was very good and went well with alcohol, but it felt a bit expensive. Among the items we ate, the upper cartilage was the MVP. It was a large piece of cartilage that was enjoyable to chew, and it went well with lemon juice. I'm not sure if I would revisit, but it was reasonably delicious. Thank you for the meal.

I wanted to eat hormone, so I made a seat-only reservation and went after work. It was around 8:00 pm, but the seats were almost full and quite lively. I probably wouldn't have been able to get in without a reservation. I ordered beef harami, beef tsurami, beef tongue, salted miso hormone, and beef knuckle. The beef harami was delicious! You can eat it without any sauce. Also, the miso hormone was excellent. This is a must-visit place for hormone lovers. The prices are normal, not cheap but not too expensive. They also have a variety of side dishes like sashimi. The interior of the restaurant is clean and cozy.

It's the type of place where you grill and eat the meat on the table grill, and the ordering and serving were quick and efficient. Located on the north side of Nishi-Shinjuku Ooguard, in an area where yakiniku restaurants line the streets. There were two entrances, but it seems that the one not facing the main street is the correct one. This summer has been really hot, so I've been trying to cool off multiple times haha. I visited with a friend who loves raw meat. However, considering the season and health reasons, I decided to skip the liver this time. I'd like to try it when I come back in winter. Appetizer: 330 yen It was edamame. Jasmine tea: 395 yen I was in a non-alcoholic mood today. Beef tongue: 1,419 yen It was thinly sliced and had a good texture. Beef kalbi: 1,639 yen I wonder how many grams were on the plate? It was quite a generous portion for two people to share! It seemed to have a meat texture with a good chew, probably more than the harami. Beef tongue yukhoe: 869 yen I ordered this for my friend who loves raw meat haha. We mixed it with raw egg yolk. The thinly sliced tongue was soft and easy to eat. My friend was satisfied even though we didn't order liver! Potato salad: 429 yen It was a chunky potato salad, not too mashed. Quail egg: 539 yen It was a nice snack to munch on. Salted tripe stew: 539 yen The light soup had a lot of tofu and green onions. The tripe was cut into small pieces, making it easy to eat. It was delicious without any unpleasant smell. Black honey vanilla ice cream: 539 yen I just had to have dessert. It had a Japanese twist to it and was very comforting. We couldn't order a variety of dishes as the portions were quite large for two people to share. I'm not a big fan of tripe, but being able to enjoy tongue, kalbi, and harami at a reasonable price was great. The restaurant was bustling and full by around 7 pm, showing that it's a popular spot. The staff who took our orders had a nice smile, which was pleasant even through the mask. Smiling service is always good.

When it comes to summer, it's all about yakiniku! I went to Shibaura Horumon with my friends. I was thinking I wanted to eat liver sashimi, and then I was invited at the perfect timing. There was a sign in front of the restaurant saying that until 6pm, highballs and lemon sours are only 199 yen. With prices going up so much lately, I think people who can drink will be happy about this. Definitely drink up in the bright atmosphere (especially in the summer). The inside of the restaurant is bright, with smoke exhaust pipes hanging over each table, and gas stoves giving it that classic yakiniku restaurant vibe. We put our belongings under the long bench, which was used as a luggage storage. Both of us don't usually eat horumon, so we ordered tongue salt and beef kalbi. Both dishes were generously served on the plates, and we were completely satisfied with just that. In the end, instead of the liver I wanted, I went with the tongue yukhoe, which turned out to be a great choice! It had a generous portion and was tender and easy to eat despite being tongue. For appetizers, we had edamame, potato salad, and soybean sprout namul. We also ordered the recommended menu item, salted tripe stew. The visual presentation was impressive with a big block of tofu and plenty of chopped green onions. The taste was very refined. The small cuts of tripe were like a bonus and different from the typical tripe stew. For dessert, there was only one option - black honey vanilla ice cream with plenty of kinako sprinkled on top, which was delicious. My friend and I both agreed that it would be better to come with about four people instead of just two. By the time we left, the restaurant was fully packed, which was surprising. I recommend making a reservation before going.

Cost performance is good. I sat at the counter with 2 seats. The tan-shio and negi in the photo were exquisite in taste. However, because the cost performance is good, you can see the kitchen area from the counter, and watching the operation made it difficult to enjoy the food. It might be good for regular customers, but I will not be returning.

I tried going to this new restaurant. It's always crowded, probably because of its location. The interior is clean and spacious, making it easy to move around even with big bags. However, despite the quick service, they kept getting my orders wrong. I didn't need to keep saying "I didn't order this." The grilled meat was average, not good or bad. I probably won't come back again.

Last time, I visited this restaurant shortly after it opened (in mid-February this year), and the meat quality was good and overall delicious. They also had a happy hour, which was great. So, I made a reservation for this day to revisit after a long time, but unfortunately, I was disappointed this time. Firstly, the beef tongue with salt that I ordered last time was very tough this time, except for two out of six pieces. Personally, I found it quite unsatisfactory. I was really looking forward to eating this beef tongue, as it was so delicious last time, so I was very disappointed. Looking back at the photos, the beef tongue last time looked different and more appetizing. Also, the pork skirt steak, which was quite delicious last time, was cut into thin strips this time, lacking in texture and not as good. Looking back at the photos, it wasn't cut so thinly last time. The "addictive hormone" (heart base) that I tried for the first time this time had a good texture, but the portion was small for the price, and the seasoning, which seemed like chili powder, was not something I would want to eat again. However, the pork tongue that I tried for the first time this time was as good as the reviews said, with a good texture and no unpleasant odor. The appetizer, which was miso mayo cucumber last time, was changed to regular edamame this time. The service last time was attentive and polite, with younger staff members, but this time it felt a bit rushed and less attentive, which was disappointing. This was my first visit. I went without a reservation, but the counter seating was uncomfortable and gave off a vibe that they didn't want people lingering. As a result, the turnover was fast, and some people left their food unfinished. The atmosphere was disappointing. The staff were friendly, but the food was just average. I may not visit again.
