The restaurant was delicious. There was plenty of truffle on the Yukke, incredibly tasty crab topped with the best caviar, highly recommended abalone that was amazingly large and delicious, very tasty swordfish, incredibly fresh prawn, excellent lobster and a delicious sauce made from lobster miso, refreshing beef jerky, tasty cherry tomatoes, delicious eel, and finally Hida beef. The pasta and curry rice were also delicious. Lastly, there was delicious Miyazaki mango. It was amazing.

Third visit. An ultimate restaurant limited to only 33 members worldwide. After passing through a long hallway, there are two marble counters. The luxurious interior is adorned with gold nameplates of the 33 members. The dishes included Somen with clams, tart with plenty of aged leeks, caviar, and sea urchin, as well as a salad of 4-day aged red clam from Nagasaki, and marinated shrimp from Mashike, Hokkaido in Shaoxing wine. All seafood dishes were delicious. The main course consisted of thick slices of meat. I wish there were 2-3 more desserts, but maybe I ate too much! 😊

Legendary members-only restaurant, HIBACHI is a mythical place that can only be entered with someone from the exclusive group of 30 people who became members when it first opened. I had the honor of being able to visit this elusive restaurant this time. The interior is stylish and modern, with the names of members displayed on the walls in gold nameplates. The food is a set course only, and before it starts, they show you the highest quality ingredients they will be using that day. The dishes are beautiful and exquisite. The way they cook the meat is perfect, and personally, the abalone was so delicious that I almost bit my tongue. Lastly, the famous Napolitan dish! The sweetness of the tomato really comes through and it is truly delicious. They also offer other options like omurice or fried rice for the last course. But I'm so glad I got to try this Napolitan dish this time. Visiting a restaurant that I could never go to on my own was a true blessing and I felt so happy to have had this opportunity.

There are only 33 members at this restaurant, and it relies solely on guests brought in by these members, which is quite an impressive business model. However, when you see the names of the members displayed in the restaurant, you can't help but think that this place must be really good. This was my first visit and the ingredients shown to me at the beginning were fantastic, especially with the seasonal white truffles. A large white truffle was taken out of a box, and with the use of a griddle, charcoal, and stove tailored to the ingredients, the ideal kitchen was created to prepare the dishes. With all of this, there's no way the food wouldn't be delicious.

Only 30 people can visit this teppanyaki restaurant called "HIBACHI" in Azabu-Juban. It is a private restaurant where only members are allowed, with one group per day. The food is completely customized, with a variety of high-quality ingredients available for selection. The owner, known for tuna wholesaling, ensures top-notch seafood. The vegetables and meat are also of high quality, with no compromises. A popular dish among members is the creamy and flavorful Napoli-tan. Despite its high-class atmosphere, the restaurant still offers a taste of nostalgia with this classic dish. The experience is truly unique and memorable.

We were able to visit HIBACHI, a members-only teppanyaki restaurant with only 33 members in the world. The interior is gorgeous with a marble counter and chic color scheme, exuding a sense of luxury. The food is top-notch, carefully selected ingredients, and the menu we ordered included: - Poireau: Leek with scallops and Beluga caviar, served with consommé - Seafood dish: Baby squid pisco with botan shrimp, turban shell, Sanriku oyster, served with fish broth - Foie gras and truffle: Foie gras on top of Kumamoto bamboo shoots, generously topped with shaved truffle - Crab: Crab tempura - Crab and scallop with karasumi: Crab and scallop lightly cooked, topped with karasumi - Kachokabaro isobe yaki: Grilled Kachokabaro from Naples, Italy - Domestic beef fillet steak - Homemade curry rice - Dessert We had a very enjoyable time and the food was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

I happened to learn about this restaurant by chance. The owner of a rapidly growing company Z, M, and the actress G were seen on a date here in a weekly magazine. This restaurant is a members-only establishment, but unlike many others in Tokyo, it has only 33 members! They are not recruiting new members. Additionally, with a tuna wholesaler involved in the management, the ingredients are top-notch and reservations are extremely difficult to secure. I had the opportunity to visit this restaurant, which has only one counter seat and accommodates only one group per day, providing a very private dining experience. The dishes, prepared by a handsome chef who trained in France, incorporate French techniques with a mix of Western cuisine, creating a sense of familiarity. Upon being seated, you are presented with luxurious ingredients. I opted for the chef's selection, but you can also specify your preferred dishes and cooking methods. In essence, it is the ultimate private haute couture restaurant. The dishes are all easy to understand and delicious. From beef fillet with onsen egg and truffle to abalone with matsutake mushrooms and liver sauce, they present classic combinations with a twist! They even offer Beluga and white truffle for a comparison between France and Italy's Alba. As rumored, everything is of high quality, and the meal ends with a slightly sweet Neapolitan pasta. G even posted about it on Instagram, although it caused a bit of a stir... Visiting this restaurant requires being accompanied by one of the 33 members, making it quite challenging to visit, but I recommend trying it if you have the opportunity. Today's menu ⭐️ Deep-fried mehikari with mushroom sauce ⭐️ Beluga caviar (blue tin), button shrimp, poireau ⭐️ Seared beef fillet with onsen egg and black truffle sauce, topped with French white truffle ⭐️ Sauteed abalone and matsutake mushrooms with liver sauce and yuzu peel ⭐️ Charcoal-grilled red sea bream, scallops, sautéed scallops, crustacean sauce, topped with Alba white truffle ⭐️ Filet mignon with green pepper mayonnaise ⭐️ Salad ⭐️ Neapolitan pasta ⭐️ Matcha and bracken mochi dessert Drinks ⭐️ Wine pairing

The restaurant "2018/5 dinner" started off as a regular restaurant but later became a members-only establishment. It is run by the tuna wholesaler Yamasuki. There are only 33 members, and this number will not increase. You can only go if accompanied by a member, so it is impossible to visit on your own. The presentation of the ingredients was not very visible from my seat. The appetizers were good, and the eel sushi steak that was brought in was the best I've ever had. The spaghetti, curry rice, and mango were also delicious. The total cost for this day was 10,000 yen, the highest I've ever paid. There is another members-only sushi restaurant called "Nonan" located before this one, and I would like to visit there as well.

Normal restaurants can be visited by anyone, regardless of age or gender. The next level of difficulty is exclusive or invitation-only establishments. And even more exclusive are membership-based places. HIBACHI is a membership-based teppanyaki steak restaurant with only 33 members. Generally, you can only go with a member. For those familiar with the restaurant scene, they will understand the challenge of needing to be accompanied by a member. The limited number of members adds to the difficulty. Originally known for its tuna, this restaurant seems to have chosen a membership system over a regular one. The chef here used to work at Ukai-tei and trained in France for several years before returning to Japan. So, it seems he has extensive experience in teppanyaki. I have had the pleasure of visiting a few times. As a finishing touch, I had the traditional Neapolitan and okonomiyaki dishes. Please take a look at the wonderful dishes in the images.

It is a members-only restaurant limited to 48 people. As you can see, the hospitality dishes made with the best ingredients were amazing. Outstanding.

I usually go to Nonami, but this time I visited a teppanyaki restaurant. If you come here, you won't want to go to any other teppanyaki restaurants.

Good evening, this is Sae. Today, I want to introduce a bento box that might make you go "Eh!?" It's from the famous teppanyaki restaurant, HIBACHI. As expected from a teppanyaki specialist, the bento included a salad with grilled vegetables, grilled meat, and a hamburger. It was a hearty meal and filled me up completely. Thank you for the delicious meal!
