After thoroughly enjoying "Finding Neverland" at the New National Theatre with Ikken, child actors, and a dog, I wanted to buy some bread, so I found this place nearby. It is a complex facility with a café, boutique hotel, and spa right behind the theater. This is great!!! I would definitely recommend it to those who come to the New National Theatre. The nearby shopping street has many affordable shops, and it's easy to get to Shinjuku by bus or subway. Hmm, it's very nice. Now, I thought of buying bread at the café in the basement, but they didn't have any bread (´;ω;`). They only had snack-like items, such as Cheese Cream Donut for 300 yen, Blueberry Scone for 400 yen, Vegan Chocolate Banana Muffin for 430 yen, and Financier for 240 yen. I was thirsty and wanted to have some tea, but my companion was determined to drink beer (to be continued with Fish-chan). So, I ended up getting only takeout. I had the Cheese Cream Donut that day. It was moderately fluffy, and the cheese cream was more runny than I had imagined. I was expecting something like cream cheese, but it was cheese cream. It had a generous amount and the right fluffiness. The next morning, I warmed up the scone. The outside was crispy and crumbly, with only one blueberry inside. The financier was just average. The Vegan Chocolate Banana Muffin was eaten by my mother, and she really liked it, even though she usually doesn't comment on food. She was very happy, saying it was delicious. Looking at the cross-section, it seemed to have a lot of banana, giving it a chewy texture. There are more cafes popping up in this area, and I look forward to exploring them at a leisurely pace.

I had some time before meeting my friend for a daytime drink, so I decided to stop by this place for the first time. I got two croissants, one for my friend. It was on the moist side. I forgot to take a picture of the cross-section, but the layers of the dough were not very defined. It was similar to a convenience store croissant.

I purchased salt bread, croissant, shiitake mushroom croque-monsieur, and mini red bean butter. The salt bread is cute in shape and has a crunchy texture with French rock salt. The croissant is crispy and fluffy. The shiitake mushroom croque-monsieur is delicious when reheated in the oven, with hot cheese and fragrant shiitake mushrooms. The mini red bean butter is made with 100% Hokkaido milk without water, with red bean butter made from Hokkaido red beans, creating a gentle sweetness that pairs well with the milk bread. The facility combines a bakery, cafe, spa, and monthly hotel.

Located on the west side of the New National Theatre, just past Opera Street in Fudomachi, this cafe opened in July 2022. It is situated on the B1F of ART HOTELS SHIBUYA, a small boutique hotel. The cafe is open from 8 am for both hotel guests and non-guests. The bakery attached to the cafe opens at 11 am. I purchased the Pandemi mini bread for 180 yen and a cinnamon roll for 280 yen. The Pandemi bread is cute and palm-sized, with a simple taste and a hint of sweetness. It was very delicious. In a time when bread prices are often over 400 yen, I found the prices here to be reasonable and affordable.

- Salt bread: 230 yen (including tax) - Pandomi mini loaf: 180 yen (including tax) I passed by this place around summer and noticed an elegant hotel had been built. However, it seems like the first floor is a cafe and bakery. When I walked by in the evening, I was told they were preparing to close. They offered to sell me some bread, so I decided to go in. The place had a spacious table and a counter with a showcase. The atmosphere was stylish and spacious. When I got home, I tried the bread right away. First, the salt bread. It was small but had a strong flavor. The outside seemed like croissant dough. Inside, there was butter kneaded in, making it perfect for breakfast. The loaf bread was a bit hard the next day, but after spraying some water on it and baking it in the oven, it turned out fluffy. It was a delicious bread with a clean and simple taste, without any unnecessary ingredients. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I would like to try out the cafe next time!
