Reservation was almost a year wait, but I got lucky with a cancellation spot! Comes with all-you-can-drink sake and finger foods. Starting with a glass of Guibertin NV Champagne, followed by a variety of dishes including tofu, seaweed, sashimi, and sushi. The sushi was delicious, especially the spring red snapper and fatty tuna. The atmosphere was lively and the staff were friendly, encouraging guests to enjoy the drinks without hesitation. The sake selection was diverse, with options from different regions of Japan. Overall, a great experience and I would love to visit again in the future.

I have visited this restaurant so many times that I have lost count. This is my second visit this month. The cost performance is really great at this place. Inoue-dai is a very kind person, so I think even first-time visitors can enjoy the atmosphere of this sushi restaurant. Especially because they offer all-you-can-drink alcohol, those who can drink can enjoy various types of alcohol without hesitation.

The fried and marinated saury appetizer was delicious. I love saury, so the horse mackerel and striped jack were also delicious. I was full and satisfied. There were many types of sake, which was great. The tempura was delicious. I saw a label I had never seen before. I made a reservation for next time, looking forward to it.

Great value for money. With all-you-can-drink included at this price, and right in front of the station, it's amazing. The taste is also delicious. There may not be many high-end ingredients, but there are a variety of carefully selected ones. Every dish is delicious, so with the help of the recommended dishes, I ended up ordering more. My next reservation is almost a year away, but I'm looking forward to it.

The all-you-can-drink deal at Ebisu is such a great value! I've been here more than 20 times, visited three times just in August! It's getting harder to make reservations though, so it might be tough for new customers to get in. The chef's entertainment is unique to this place! The pudding roll here is really delicious! And the "Fuku-maki" they serve at the end is also tasty.

This is my favorite sushi restaurant that I have lost count of how many times I have been there. I must have been about 5 times already! The sushi is incredibly delicious, and they have a great selection of champagne, wine, and sake available for free flow. It's like heaven! Whenever I go, I always make sure to book my next reservation in advance!

I received a reservation from someone who couldn't make it, so it was my first visit. It was a bit of a challenge to get to the restaurant due to the Bon Odori event at Ebisu Station. Thankfully, I made it to the building and took the elevator at 5:40 PM. When the door opened on the 5th floor, the restaurant was right there. I started with a glass of champagne, which most people were ordering. It's rare to have champagne at an all-you-can-drink event. The seats were filled up to 12 people and the food started coming out at a good pace. We ordered additional dishes like scallops, sea urchin, shrimp, and nodoguro. Everyone also ordered the caviar topping. The head chef is great at recommending dishes, so we ended up ordering everything. On this day, it seemed like Sniper Inoue was not feeling well, but the highlight was Chef Tahara's pudding roll. (Please be sure to upload a video of it on social media) There were options for sake, shochu, white wine like Riesling and Chardonnay. It seemed like most people were ordering sake. You can also add Etigo for an additional cost. The next reservation is in April! Can't wait for it.

I had been looking forward to dining at Sushi Yui Tsubasa for six months. The price, which includes all-you-can-drink, is unbelievably reasonable. The performance by Sniper Inoue and Chef Tahara was fantastic. They thoughtfully paired the sushi with the drinks, making the experience even more enjoyable. Counter sushi restaurants have the advantage of consistent taste, but coming here so frequently with no change is a bit concerning. This time, the special item was a hand roll with nodoguro (blackthroat seaperch). Last time it was teriyaki, but this time it was salt-grilled. Just like last time, it's rich in fat, so when you eat it as a hand roll with carbs, it's really delicious.

A sushi restaurant where reservations are booked out 6 months in advance. I knew it was a sister store of Sushi Yui in Roppongi, but apparently Sushi Zai in Hiroo is also part of the same group. I definitely remember the hand rolls with crab and sea urchin. The sushi is delicious, and the head chef and sous chef are not only skilled but also entertaining. Plus, the all-you-can-drink option for tasty sake is a delight for those who enjoy a good drink. Looking forward to returning after the New Year, another 6 months later.

On the weekend, I went to Ebisu for some drinks. Today, I was invited by a friend to "Sushi Yui Tsubasa" in Ebisu. This restaurant offers a sushi course with all-you-can-drink for 13,200 yen, which is very reasonable. We started with a lemon sour for a toast! The dishes included: tofu, mozuku seaweed, wakame seaweed, aosa seaweed omelette, steamed egg custard with plum paste, and swordfish tempura. Then, we enjoyed a variety of sushi: Kasugodai, striped jack, bonito, rolled egg with sea urchin, snow crab, horsehair crab, Japanese jack mackerel, marinated tuna, fatty tuna, gizzard shad, cooked scallop, conger eel, and lucky roll. We savored the delicious sushi made by Snapper Inoue. Of course, we paired the sushi with Japanese sake: Kirin-yama, Hidashimizu, Tsururei, Nabeshima, Kokuryu, Gakki Masamune, Houou Mitaka, Ichihikari Mizunari, Matsunotsukasa, and Dassai. We had plenty of sake and got pleasantly drunk.

This is the sister store of Sushi U, a casual line. I made a reservation based on a friend's recommendation, but it was a 7-month wait! I was really looking forward to it. It seems they are not taking regular reservations now, so you have to make one on your way out. The popular course is 13,200 yen, which includes drinks. The hospitality of the head chef, like giving out stickers, seems to be geared towards younger people. The appetizers and sushi were decent, but it didn't leave a lasting impression. If it was nearby, I might consider using it again.

Upon entering the 5th floor via elevator, you are seated right away. The drink menu includes "Cheers," shochu, fruit sake, sake, whiskey, and more. Premium sake is available for an additional fee. The meal started with appetizers like tofu, seaweed salad, egg with nori, chawanmushi, and crispy swordfish. The sushi course included various types of fish and uni, finishing with red miso soup. Overall, it was a great course with interesting presentation and a good selection of sake. I would definitely want to come back if I can secure a reservation.
