Arrived at Wolfgang's Steakhouse Teppan during the monthly Tsukiji Ginza Day, right in the middle of lunchtime on a weekday. Despite the scorching heat, there was no line and the food was delicious! I had been wanting to visit this restaurant, so I decided to check it out. Walking from Tsukiji towards the Kabuki-za theater and zigzagging my way, I arrived at the 7th floor of the Kirarito Ginza building, where Wolfgang's Steakhouse and Ushigoro are located. In conclusion, enjoying Wolfgang's new teppanyaki-style lunch menu on a weekday makes you feel like you got a good deal. The service and food quality at lunchtime are almost the same as dinner (presumably), but the lunch prices are quite reasonable. This time, I tried the lunch special recommended by the staff, which was a combination of American prime beef and Kumamoto red beef patty cooked medium rare right in front of me by the teppanyaki chef, complete with flambé service. It was the first time I saw a hamburger patty being flambéed. The meat quality was outstanding, to the point where I honestly wanted to eat just the patty. If you think of it as a typical hamburger, you'll be surprised. The dessert selection was also appealing, but I chose the New York cheesecake, which had a rich and creamy texture, reminiscent of America. The staff had a classy yet friendly demeanor, which added to the overall experience. Even the Wilkinson Ginger Ale tasted 30% better for some reason when enjoyed here (laughs). Next time, I want to come back to try Wolfgang's signature Prime Steak course. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

The counter was full, so I reserved a private room and was able to enjoy a quiet and relaxing meal. I was a bit worried about the number of courses, but around the time the abalone finished, I asked if they could reduce the portion a bit. They kindly offered to pack the remaining food to take home, so we shared the meat and pilaf for two and took the extra portion as a souvenir. I appreciate their flexible response! I might go back just to eat caviar next time! (laughs)

A new restaurant in Kirarito Ginza. It's a teppanyaki steak restaurant by Wolfgang's Steakhouse. They have private rooms, a private counter, a bar counter, and a lounge, making it surprisingly spacious. The menu mainly consists of steak, but they also offer hamburgers and loco moco for lunch at a reasonable price. The taste is quite simple and light. It's fun to watch the meat being grilled right in front of you on the teppan. The service staff are excellent and the restaurant is open all day, making it very convenient to visit. It doesn't seem to be well known yet, so I want to keep coming back before it gets too crowded.

It seems to be the world's first teppanyaki style Wolfgang's, and I have been to other branches and at night, but this was my first time at this location for lunch. The appetizers like tuna tartare and shrimp cocktail were delicious, and the champagne in the glass was very tasty. The hamburger cooked in front of you and flambéed was impressive. The burger, full of the flavor of the meat, was delicious!! I couldn't finish it, so I had it as a takeout. The wine selection seems amazing, so I would like to visit for dinner next time. ♡

I found a Wolfgang's steakhouse style open while using the hometown tax payment vouchers. I decided to try it out and the appetizers like tuna tartare and beef soup were pretty average. However, the lobster course was excellent! The rich flavor of the lobster was delicious. For the meat, I chose a combination of fillet and ribeye, and the aged flavor was incredibly rich. As someone who can be picky about meat, I really enjoyed it!

I went to Wolfgang's Steakhouse for the first time. Despite the low rating on Tabelog, the food was really delicious. Every dish was carefully prepared and the staff were very kind. It was a great experience and I would love to visit again.

I visited a teppanyaki-style restaurant opened by the top figure in the steak world, Mr. Wolfgang. As I entered the restaurant, I passed through a wine cellar and the reception area, where the atmosphere was already starting to set in. It had a different vibe from a typical steakhouse, with various seating options including private rooms and seats with a view of the night scenery. Today, instead of a course, I let the staff recommend à la carte dishes. - Caviar Plate: A soft tortilla-like crepe with caviar and toppings. Shockingly delicious! - Vegetable Soup - Tuna Steak: Perfectly cooked - Steak Sampler: Tried 4 types of steak, including sirloin and filet, to expand everyone's taste buds with the maximum umami of aged meat. A must-try! - Garlic Rice - Dessert. This place provides an exceptional experience, perfect for special occasions like anniversaries. I highly recommend it. Thank you for the wonderful meal!

insta updates every day https://www.instagram.com/ginzagourmet/5.18, talking about the lunch where the personal number one Ginza hamburger was decided. I've already written the conclusion, so I'll just lightly expand on it. Being a dog that can't eat a lot of meat, I had been skipping Wolfgang’s Steakhouse Teppan at Kirarito Ginza 7F since it opened. @wolfgangs_steakhouse_teppan I thought they only had courses, but when I found out they had a lunch menu with individual items, I made a reservation the night before. I was looking forward to the hamburger lunch. The classy atmosphere of the teppanyaki counter that loosely arcs, and the great location on the 7th floor overlooking Chuo-dori, are advantages in themselves. I ordered the Classic Burger with avocado topping and a Coke. Being able to enjoy this combination whenever I want is pure happiness. It was a luxury. The patty that appeared was huge, a whopping 280g. It was an unexpected turn of events. As the patty sizzled and cooked with a wonderful aroma, the people sharing the counter were also surprised by its size. It was truly surprising. The avocado topping quickly appeared when the patty was ready, and the buns and potato/onion rings were all set on the table, ready for the meat. The meat was placed on one of the buns without being sandwiched, and that was it. The rest was up to me. I heard that many men eat it by just taking a big bite wrapped in paper, so I followed suit. I squeezed it tightly and took a big bite. The meat was delicious... the fresh avocado and vegetables gave a strong impact. Their confident assertion was not in vain. The potato wedges were thick with skin on, clearly cut vertically from a splendid potato, and the onion rings were also perfectly cooked. It was an endless loop of burger-potato & onion ring, occasionally sipping Coke. The whole burger experience, including the price, left a lasting impression. If you're ever unsure about which hamburger to choose, this is definitely the right choice. Definitely. The service was also meticulous from all angles, with polite language, and thoughtful conversation. It was a recommended lunch that made you feel like continuing to do your best after experiencing it. Thank you for the meal. Continuing from yesterday, let's talk about Twitter Blue. The ability to post directly is still appealing. I think it's good to have the individuality of each platform, but the flexibility to change restrictions on the sender's side is wonderful. The purpose of SNS subscriptions has been more about reducing the number of ads you see, but there also seems to be a demand for removing restrictions on posting, as I strongly feel after experiencing it. With the emergence of SNS, we have been able to access various information for free, but it's a mixed bag, right? So, we started paying for online salons to access information, and now there seems to be a trend of making postings paid to protect one's style of expression. Tomorrow, where should I go? == Small solo exhibition "Points of Contact in Stories" at Mrs. Dada == Period: 5.29-6.9 (closed on weekends and holidays) Background: I featured it as a highlight.

Developed with the knowledge and worldview cultivated at Wolfgang's Steakhouse, this new brand has a global perspective. The interior is a gorgeous yet sophisticated space with a teppan grill, making it a truly luxurious environment to dine in. We opted for the ¥16,500 Prime Lunch Course this time. We started by admiring the ingredients of the day, which was a delightful experience. The appetizer was tuna tartare, presented in an incredibly stylish manner, allowing us to mix the ingredients on the plate. The half lobster was grilled on the teppan, enhancing its natural flavors, which we enjoyed with butter or lemon. The butter was surprisingly light and paired perfectly with the lobster. Next, we had Wolfgang's original salad, a warm vegetable salad grilled on the teppan, a delightful combination of vegetables, shrimp, and bacon that I would want to eat every day during my workout period. The main dish was the Prime Filet Steak, made from rare beef graded as "Prime Grade" by the USDA, aged in a special aging room, and grilled on the teppan with a rich flavor. The steak was cooked perfectly, juicy, and satisfying. Lastly, we had the garlic steak rice as the finishing touch, a garlic-infused fried rice that was a perfect ending to the meal. The portion and quality of the course were just right, leaving us fully satisfied. Ideal for celebrations such as welcome and farewell parties, business meetings, anniversaries, dates, and birthday parties. I visited the Wolfgang's teppanyaki restaurant after seeing an article on Smart News. It is located above Kirarito Ginza, next to Ushigoro. The interior of the restaurant exudes a luxurious atmosphere, giving off a sense of sophistication. It had been a while since I last visited Wolfgang's, so it felt like a nostalgic experience. The dishes were seasoned in a Japanese style, and the meat was delicious. I would love to visit again if I have the chance.

Wolfgang's new concept is a teppanyaki restaurant. Unlike when Wolfgang first opened, it's not difficult to make a reservation. It seems like they may have opened with the intention of catering to American teppanyaki lovers, but on weekends, the restaurant was full of Japanese families. The course dishes like tuna tartare, soup, and warm salad felt a bit flat. I was skeptical about aging meat being cooked on a teppan instead of a high-temperature roaster, but it turned out delicious as it wasn't cooked in butter, giving a refreshing taste. The nutty aroma unique to aged meat seemed even more enjoyable without any distractions on the teppan. The garlic rice was also good. I couldn't resist ordering the chocolate fudge sundae, and now I'm stuffed. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

I have been to Wolfgang's Steakhouse a few times. I first went in Hawaii, then maybe in Marunouchi? I hadn't been there recently, so when I went the other day, I was like, "Was it always like this?" Maybe I had eaten too much delicious meat at other restaurants. I wasn't quite satisfied and went home that day. I knew that a new branch had opened next to my favorite restaurant, Ushigoro, but when I saw the prices, I was like, "Whoa, that's expensive!" and I remembered that the taste wasn't that great the last time I went to Wolfgang's. So, I had been avoiding it. However, a friend recently told me that they had gone for teppanyaki and it was delicious. So, I decided to give it a try for lunch with my partner this time. We had Wilkinson Ginger Ale and Spicy Pineapple Juice for drinks, which were both high-quality and not watered down. For appetizers, we had the Tuna Tartare, which was beautifully presented and tasted delicious. The Beef Barley Soup was also very tasty. The Wolfgang's Salad was a warm salad served on a hot plate, and the service was excellent. We chose to share the Wolfgang's Premier Steak, which was either USDA Prime, Dry Aged Steak or USDA Prime, Petit Filet Mignon. The steaks were delicious and easy to eat, without any gamey taste. The Sautéed Vegetables, which included chicory, lotus root, and zucchini, were particularly good. The Garlic Steak Rice was average, but it would have been nice to have some miso soup or pickles to round off the meal. Overall, the food was delicious, but the prices were quite high, so in terms of value for money, it was a bit questionable.

I tried going to Teppan. It's located on the 7th floor of a building in Ginza Ichome, with a view of Ginza's night scenery beyond the teppan. I ordered the signature course. The wine list was extensive, but all on the pricier side. Since my companion doesn't drink much, I ordered a glass of champagne for over 3,000 yen. First came the caviar, which was surprisingly generous in portion. It was served on something like a galette that was cooked in front of us, topped with sour cream and other condiments to enjoy. It was quite impressive. The next lobster bisque was fantastic! Rich but perfectly seasoned. And then the abalone. The liver sauce was also excellent! The main course was the meat. Cooked on the teppan for a short time, there were still some red parts left, but I was surprised when I tasted it. It was cooked through softly and was delicious! For those who know Wolfgang's, they might imagine a crispy surface with a medium rare inside, but this had a unique way of cooking. I was quite satisfied. The bill came to over 130,000 yen for two people, which was a bit surprising, but I think it's worth trying at least once for Wolfgang's fans.

TEPPAN Wolfgang's Steakhouse @ Ginza 1-chome is a very stylish and spacious place that surprised me! I was able to sit in front of the teppan. First, I toasted with a lime cocktail! Although it was lunch, I ordered the dinner course for 24,200 yen. The interior of the restaurant incorporates elements of Japanese aesthetics with the theme of "Zen spirit". In the private rooms with four rooms, they offer a new style of steak cuisine called "KAISEKI". The concept of Wolfgang's Steakhouse is to focus on "quality, aging, and grilling" of the steak. They use only rare beef rated as the highest quality "Prime Grade" by the USDA (U.S. Department of Agriculture). The meat, which is not frozen but chilled, is aged for 28 days in a special aging room in the restaurant with controlled temperature and humidity. The thick-cut aged red meat, full of flavor and tenderness, is grilled on the teppan in front of guests, providing a sense of presence. The steak, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, oozes with juicy meat juices when you bite into it, making it an exquisite dish. I was looking forward to enjoying the meat. The chips were freshly fried and crispy! They cook a crepe made of buckwheat flour with caviar on the teppan and let you top it with caviar as you like, enjoying a luxurious style of eating! The toppings include green onions, egg yolks, egg whites, capers, red onions, and cream cheese. Each of them skillfully brings out the saltiness of the caviar. The caviar is large-grained and sparkling. The soup was a very rich consommé soup with plenty of vegetables and beef. The live lobster was so big! It was served with lemon and clarified butter. It was firm and full of happiness. The Signature Salad was a salad that combined cold and warm elements, with shrimp and bacon grilled on the teppan placed on a salad of tomatoes and green beans. The Prime Aged Steak was very thick when the meat was removed from the T-bone! It had a rare color but was cooked medium rare. It was surprisingly tender and juicy when eaten. There was no rawness at all. The aged meat had concentrated the flavor of the meat itself. It was enjoyed with wasabi, horseradish, salt, and soy sauce. The accompanying vegetables were a combination of broccoli and kai-lan called stick seniore and daikon radish from Shogoin. The meat was so delicious that even the red wine tasted great. The meal ended with steak rice. I asked for garlic to be added. It was a satisfying end to the meal! The miso soup with nameko mushrooms and pickles was heartwarming. For dessert, we moved to the bar's sofa seats for vanilla ice cream and tiramisu. I was surprised by the variety of rare liquors available! You can even come here just for drinks. The tiramisu was generous and had plenty of whipped cream. The coffee was rich and delicious. A whole teppan-grilled T-bone steak would also look amazing! It's likely to be very popular with foreigners too! I was completely satisfied.

Because it's teppanyaki, the flavors are influenced by Japanese cuisine. When it comes to Wolfgang's, T-bone steak is a must. While Wolfgang's butter-seared steak is good, the light T-bone steak allows you to truly savor the natural flavor of the meat. The performance of cooking the meat right in front of you was also enjoyable. Overall, the unique teppanyaki menu items made this dining experience stand out from other restaurants.

At Wolfgang's Steakhouse Teppan in Ginza, you can enjoy dinner with aged steaks cooked on an iron griddle. The meal includes fresh caviar and blinis, live lobster, soup, prime aged steak with grilled vegetables, garlic steak rice, miso soup, and dessert with coffee. After dinner, you can relax on a sofa seat. I thoroughly enjoyed this luxurious dinner experience.

I used it for her birthday. I made a reservation in advance and they had prepared a birthday plate. I visited at the end of February. I was surprised by the variety of drink options. I was indecisive, but I asked for wine pairing. From the appetizers to the dessert, I had a wonderful time. Thank you very much.
