Located about a 5-minute walk from Ginza Station on the Marunouchi Line, this restaurant has a great location. The draft beer is a must-try, and they have a good selection of Suntory whiskies. The private rooms have a special atmosphere, but the cost performance may be a bit questionable due to the location. I felt that it might be difficult to use this restaurant for purposes other than entertaining clients.

I had a last-minute change in plans due to work and couldn't make a reservation at the restaurant I originally intended to visit. I ended up going to Sushi Kaa, a place I had been curious about for a while. The restaurant is located in a nice building in Ginza, just across from Sushi Kanare. It was my first time at this restaurant and sitting at the counter made me a bit nervous, but the sushi chef was friendly and made me feel at ease. I started with some cold sake and the service was smooth and efficient. The coordination among the staff was very good. You can choose whether you want a sushi-focused meal, a meal to pair with drinks, or a balanced meal. I opted for a balanced meal. The dishes were all beautifully presented and delicious, but I didn't have any particularly new or exciting discoveries. Personally, I felt that the restaurant is more about enjoying a casual meal and drinks. The prices for drinks were a bit on the higher side, typical for a sushi restaurant in Ginza. Overall, I appreciated the generous portions, excellent service, prime location, and cleanliness of the restaurant.

This time I went to the main store. It was nice to be able to choose between sushi main, appetizer main, or a balance of sushi and appetizers. I was worried about not liking certain ingredients, but they handled it well and I was very happy. The bright interior and friendly staff make it a comfortable place to be. I will definitely come back!

I went to a sushi restaurant that I always go to, but it was full, so I searched on Tabelog and found another place. The atmosphere of the restaurant was nice, but even though I mentioned my dislike for certain ingredients, they still served it. The taste was just average for Ginza standards. A large and impressive grilled turban shell was served.

Two of us enjoyed a leisurely meal together. We are repeat customers, and we find it comfortable that the chef doesn't talk too much or too little. The sushi rolls were satisfying and we enjoyed the food as well. It's nice to have a moderate option amidst the many high-end restaurants in the area. Our company is located in Ginza, so whenever we feel like having sushi in Ginza, we will come back here!

I went to Ginza Sushi Kaji and had sushi. It was actually my first time at a sushi restaurant that doesn't have a rotating belt. Since I don't drink alcohol, I ordered tea and they kindly offered me the chef's choice sushi course! Every piece was truly delicious, and even though it was a course, I was full. The sashimi was rich and fresh, everything was so tasty. They also adjusted the amount of wasabi to match each piece. My favorite was the sea urchin♡ It's about a 10-minute walk from Ginza Station. There is another affiliated restaurant right across the street. They have private rooms and a counter.

I visited for the lunch course. The chef seemed very friendly, as he was often chatting with customers. I had a private room, but next time I might try sitting at the counter. The sushi was made with fresh ingredients, and the chef also recommended some special items of the day. I heard they also have a bar area now. I'd like to come back for a leisurely dinner next time.

I used this restaurant for a date-like meal with another person. The restaurant's design, atmosphere, staff's service, and the chef's appearance and actions all felt like the ideal setting. Of course, the taste, presentation, and timing of the dishes were all perfect! I am very satisfied and will definitely use this restaurant again in the future!

The sushi restaurant previously owned by the Nagatanien family was taken over by the man who was the manager when the family exited. The restaurant had a curtain with the familiar face of Hannya, known for Nagatanien's ochazuke. The quality of the sushi was high and overall satisfying. However, there were no particularly impressive dishes.

This time, I visited the main store of Ginza Sushikasan, which is close to the station and within walking distance, with my friend on a trip. I was a bit nervous as I rarely have the opportunity to eat high-end sushi, but the interior of the restaurant was clean and had a very calming atmosphere. I have always been a bit hesitant to eat hikarimono sushi due to its fishy smell, but the hikarimono here was fresh and had no smell at all, which impressed me when I tried it for the first time. Everything was delicious, but my favorite was the grilled sea bream with bamboo leaf. The crispy skin and fluffy flesh were amazing. Each piece of sushi and dish was so beautifully presented that I couldn't help but admire them, and I was able to enjoy the various flavors and textures. The food was fantastic, and the chef's witty jokes helped lighten the mood, making the staff's service very pleasant. I had a great time dining with my friend and spent a valuable time that we don't usually have together. This is a suitable place for entertaining important people on dates or anniversaries. I definitely want to visit again when I come to Tokyo.

I was taken to this restaurant for a meal. The alcohol and food were both very delicious. Seasonal fish dishes kept coming out, making it a great place to enjoy a leisurely time chatting. They have both counter seating and private rooms.

Luxurious lunch course with 6 dishes for 5,000 yen. The private room was calm and the atmosphere was nice. The sushi was fresh and delicious, and the portion size was just right for lunch. It was a bit disappointing that there was some trash on the beer glass and had to ask for a replacement. However, they gave me a complimentary bottled beer so it was okay. (^.^)

It was a luxurious time enjoying fresh sushi in a warm restaurant. We visited for lunch on a weekday and tried the reservation plan "Chef's choice quick meal" with 8 courses (limited to counter seats). The atmosphere in the restaurant was cozy and welcoming from the moment we entered. Despite feeling nervous, the chef greeted us with a smile and made us feel comfortable. The young chef was calm and easy to talk to, creating a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Starting with mozuku seaweed, chawanmushi, and edamame, the main sushi dishes were incredibly fresh and delicious. The chef had already seasoned each piece of sushi perfectly, allowing us to enjoy it at its best. We were unsure whether to eat with our hands or chopsticks, but the chef reassured us that either way was fine. The hot sake was excellent. Thank you for the wonderful meal. We will definitely return with our parents next time.

I went to a sushi restaurant in Ginza for the first time. At first, Sushikarenare's main store is located across the street. It's a small shop, but very clean and the counter seats were comfortable. I was nervous at first, but the speed at which the dishes came out was just right, and the conversation flowed along with the drinks. Both the sushi and the appetizers were excellent. Although counter seats at sushi restaurants in Ginza may seem intimidating, the atmosphere here is welcoming even for solo diners! The chef was young but very easy to talk to, and despite being busy, provided excellent service. I would like to visit again for special occasions like anniversaries, friends' birthdays, or just to treat myself. Thank you for a wonderful time♪

I went for lunch on a regular day. It was a counter seat, but the atmosphere was not formal, and I could leisurely enjoy delicious seasonal dishes, making me feel luxurious like in Ginza. I would like to use it again for celebrations or meals with important people.

I used it for dinner time with my friends. The chef and staff were very friendly and provided attentive service. We ordered the "Chef's Choice Fast Meal". The restaurant has spacious private tables where you can enjoy a leisurely meal, and at the counter, the chef explains the dishes in detail, which was enjoyable. The variety of drinks was surprising, and we could enjoy them with the food. The sushi was meticulously prepared, allowing us to savor the taste of each ingredient. Personally, I was impressed by the delicious smoked mackerel that had a great aroma and removed the fishy smell. The fluffy conger eel was exquisite, and the salted cucumber roll brought out the flavor of the ingredients. Everything was truly delicious. The appetizers, such as the perfectly grilled shirako and the flavorful blowfish tempura, were also outstanding. The soup, made from fish bones, had a rich umami flavor without any fishy smell. Thanks to the attentive service of the chef, we were able to enjoy our meal comfortably. The variety and volume of the dishes made the price satisfying. They also offer a casual lunch menu, so I would like to visit again. The overall attentive service from all the staff made it a restaurant I would like to revisit. Thank you very much.

My husband made a reservation for my birthday, and we enjoyed a course meal at the counter. The chef was very friendly and the dishes were seasoned to my liking. I even tried sushi toppings that I usually avoid, but they were delicious. Personally, I recommend the mozuku vinegar as well.

I asked my friend if there is a delicious restaurant in Ginza that is not too expensive, and they recommended Sushika Ginza. My friend and I visited the restaurant, located in the middle of Ginza. It is a small place with a few seats at the counter and private rooms. We visited for lunch on a weekday and it was relatively calm. We ordered the chef's choice lunch course, which included salad, warm vegetables, and about 10 pieces of sushi. The young chefs skillfully prepared the sushi in front of us. The staff was friendly and the meal was enjoyable. We had medium fatty tuna, bonito, red snapper, squid, horse mackerel, egg, conger eel, and sea urchin. The atmosphere in Ginza and the prices at this restaurant were very reasonable. Unfortunately, I took a video of the sushi, so I don't have any photos to share. The average cost per person was around 10,000 yen. The seating options were at the counter or in private rooms. Thank you for the wonderful meal!

There are many sushi restaurants in Ginza, but this one is a place where you can enjoy sushi in a relaxed atmosphere. They cater to your preferences, whether you prefer more small dishes or more sushi. We opted for a balanced mix. We also enjoyed some sake that complemented the sushi well, and had a pleasant conversation with the chef. However, the towel had a slight smell, which unfortunately affected the overall enjoyment of the sushi.

Ginza Sushi Kasa @ Chuo-ku, Ginza
I used a gift certificate given by my daughter as a celebration for our wedding anniversary to visit this restaurant. I was nervous about eating sushi in Ginza, as I had never thought about it before. Each dish was made with care and the flavors were uncompromising, which impressed me. Especially, the smoked and seared mackerel at the end had a rich taste and aroma that I had never experienced before. I am grateful for the delicious lunch. Thank you for the feast.
