I visited Tsukihisan at Kameido Niboshi Ramen for a solo lunch on a regular day. The location is about a 3-minute walk from Kameido Station. Tsukihisan is a cozy little shop with a nice Niboshi (dried baby sardines) flavor. I arrived around 11:45. The shop is located at the back of Kameido Yokocho, so first-timers might have trouble finding the entrance. There are only 7 seats in total, a mix of counter and table seats. There was already a group of 2 waiting. I bought my meal ticket first and then lined up. This time, I ordered the Special Rich Soba for 1,250 yen, Meat Rice for 350 yen, and Chicken Oil Tossed Noodles for 250 yen, totaling 1,850 yen. I was called to the counter shortly after. On the table, there were kombu vinegar, chili pepper, chopsticks, toothpicks, and disinfectant alcohol. Tissues were also available under the counter, and water was self-service. After sitting down, the food arrived in just over 5 minutes. The super rich Niboshi soup had thin straight noodles, topped with 2 slices of pork chashu, 2 slices of chicken chashu, flavored egg, seaweed, 3 slices of green onion, onion, and leeks. The soup, ingredients, and noodles were all fantastic, a bowl that Niboshi lovers would adore. The Meat Rice had 2 types of chashu, soft-boiled egg, onion, and green onion, topped with a slightly tangy sauce. It was a very luxurious and delicious dish. The Chicken Oil Tossed Noodles had 3 variations - Niboshi oil, chicken oil, and beef fat. I chose the chicken oil version, and personally, I found it tastier on its own rather than mixed into the soup. I was quite full after finishing everything. Tsukihisan also had excellent service. Niboshi lovers, be sure to visit at least once!
